Comprehensive and friendly customer service. The Co-op values its members and it provides quality products. Package options are limited in my opinion, but comparable to most major communication companies. Price isnt cheap, but is still reasonable for what you receive. You also get the benefits of being a co-op member.

These guys are, hands down, the best Internet company Ive had the pleasure of getting service from. They were fast, informative, highly responsive, and they went above and beyond.The lady doing our intake was friendly and polite while she made conversation with my father in law and I. We were in and out in a matter of minutes.When I was buying a router, or attempting to, I realized I had no idea what to get. I called them, and she gave me accurate and prompt information about what I needed. When I decided to lease a router from them, she switched our plan on the spot. Informing me that they didnt have a technician until Wednesday the next week, I asked if there was anything sooner. She didnt make any promises, but called a technician and asked him to squeeze us in for the Saturday work day.He was there on that Saturday, and got us hooked up in a matter of minutes, with all the precautions taken for Covid-19 on his person when he arrived.Not only is it the fastest internet Ive ever had, but they had multiple pricing options for our needs, and got us set up with fantastic fiber-optics based internet, for a great price.Im blown away by the level of service. These people are great. 10/10 highly recommended. Thanks Alliance!

I miss Alliance. We have recently moved and are using other providers. Alliance had amazing quality for my home and business, even with all the Zooming we have had to do. The cost for phone and internet was less than cost of limited basic internet where I am now, and the quality was much higher and faster. The dividend checks were also nice perks. But most of all I have been appreciative of the immediate, in person, real person, not bot chat, not use our online community, but real person help and assistance from technical matters to billing. Alliance was the best phone provider and internet provider I have had. Great product. Great price. Great service. And, finally, they always supported the Crooks community which was very important to me.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our services with Alliance. The ladies helped me to determine the best speed and service for our home. The nice gentleman who came to set things up was not only on time, but friendly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Alliance to anyone!

If at all possible go through someone else. We just got cable and internet in our home WiFi continually goes down and cable constantly freezes up. They don’t give full service however expect full payment for the 2/3 at best service

My grandmother has had this service for 8 years. Its horrible, It goes down once a week. She only gets 1 mb/s download speed and the upload speed is even worse. She pays over 100 dollars a month for cable and internet and she even has an out dated internet security protocol so shes at risk for cyber attack! When midco comes do your self a favorite and just get out of this horrible service!

They continuously charge us after we cancel and give property back. We have asked to make changes and they wont be accommodating even of asking for upgrades. Im disappointed.

I originally rated Alliance as a 3 star because their internet pricing was ridiculous; however, they have been incrementally improving over the years. The prices finally became reasonable in May of 2020. The rate reductions are highly likely Alliance getting ahead of MidCo rolling out service in Brandon. We should have had these rates years ago. The service has always been outstanding and the internet reliable, so I do not think Alliance will have major issues with customer retention when MidCo goes live. Hopefully the competition will bring even better pricing.

What a great crew! We recently switched to cable from satellite( storm outages). We needed to run a line for one of our tvs and I thought I would need an electrician due to the location. This crew studied our house and were able to add the line and make some requested changes without any disruption or damage. They explained what they were doing and had no problem with me asking lots of questions. Im a retired network engineer myself so I wanted to know what their layout and plan was.Since switching to alliance, tv images are clearer, Internet is outstanding, and Momma is happy. Now if only it were easier to learn the new channel layout after two years on the other one!

I would give them a -10 if I could. My boyfriend pays for internet that hasnt worked in 4 days. I call into technical support on Saturday and the tech tells my boyfriend that theres nothing wrong with the internet, yet it still isnt working. This company is just as bad as Vast!! After this experience I would never deal with them and I would never recommend this company. PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOUR DAM CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR!!!!!!
