Jerry is amazing!!! We looked at quite a few places before we pulled the trigger here. Jerry knew the answer to every question we gave him and was honest up front about everything (get ready for a delay due to COVID). His crewmen are professional and courteous.Our Hot Springs Spa was worth the wait and money well spent. We have the Envoy (5 person) and we use every seat (there are just two of us that use it). Our favorite seats are the captain’s chair and the lounge seat.We have used our tub at minimum 1/2 hour a day and used it easily 90% of the days we have had it. High quality parts, easy to maintain, always ready to go when needed. We have the salt system as well and recommend it.As long as you are checking the water every few days and cleaning the filters at least monthly (takes about 15 minutes) it will always take care of you.Thank you Jerry!!! Jerry was great through the whole process. We had to wait a while for the hot tub because of COVID, but it was well worth it. He kept us informed when the shipment was finally coming. He explained everything that we needed to do beforehand so we were prepared when delivery day arrived. They did a great job fitting the tub between our fence with no issues. Wendy and I stopped by on a Sunday around 3:30pm not realizing they closed at 3pm on Sunday. I came in the showroom at 6pm. I asked how soon can you get a hot tub installed because I own a vacation rental in Apollo Beach. We have our third Hot Springs hot tub. It is our favorite thing, it gives our aging bodies a dose of physical therapy each and every day. We didn’t buy this hot tub from Tampa Bay Hot Tubs - but they have honored the Hot Springs Hot Tub warranties! Their technician, Kevin was able to troubleshoot a problem with our jets....even though it was a concern, he proved that our electrician was wrong. We are so impressed with this company! They will be servicing our hot tub from now on and when we get our next Hot Springs tub we will buy it from them! They are awesome! Their product is by far the absolute best hot tub on the planet!-I wrote this review a year ago. This morning I got our hot tub back after a quick service for a leak (still under warranty). Thank you Tampa Bay Spas for being flexible with us while having our deck renovated! The spa we ordered was to arrive in 4-5 weeks but the work on our deck was moving faster than planned. The contractor needed the spa in place in order to finish the project. Jerry offered us the floor model, which could be delivered right away. The positioning of the spa in our space was a bit challenging but Jerrys crew (JR & David) worked with our contractor to put the spa in place. He also walked us through the initial start up of the spa and answered the many questions we had about maintaining it. Jerry meet every criteria point we could think of in what we where looking for.We came in for the two person tub but after listening and understanding the therapy the Caldera offers we wanted to know about all the models that could fit, not in the smaller porch but now in the main porch of the house that has more room.Jerry talked about the different Spa tub models never even suggested the model we decided to go with which is the Caldera Spa Hot Tub Utopia Tahitian a 6 person spa. Far from the two person model that we seen on a home improvement TV show.This was one of the higher price models that has very powerful jets options and very beautiful lighting system. Plus the cover which has a swing-a-way bar is so easy to move the cover on and off the spa.After we order was placed, Jerry gave us an electrical company that was very professional to wire in the 230 Volt electric to the spas resting spot. Jerry and company installed the tub in two hours (included in the price) professionally. They needed to disassemble part of the screen to get the 1000 pound tub onto the porch. Once installed it was like they were never there, except there a Hot Tub. Jerry taught us how to care for the water and was very generous with time with his time.From day one we realized that this was the best decision we made in a long time and we love our Caldera Spa Hot Tub Utopia Tahitian really was a great choice. We used it twice a day and its almost two weeks now. We feel better and much more relax and any pain is going away. We both get regular massages and the spa is like getting a deep tissue massage.We never went to another store as Jerry talked our language had the best brand and we felt like we can depend on Jerry to talk care of any warranty issues in the further. We couldnt be more satisfied with both the spa and the service that Tampa Bay Spas provides us.Strongly recommend them!

We owned a 1996 Hot Spring Model F spa at our previous house, and when we moved in April, 2014 we knew that we wanted to add one at our new house. So, we went to the Hot Spring dealer in Tampa and we were completely turned off by our experience. So, now we were essentially at ground zero and we decided to literally explore every spa store in Tampa Bay looking for a new spa. On a Sunday afternoon we stumbled into Jerrys store (Tampa Bay Spas) and we were immediately impressed not only by the spas we were shown (the Caldera line at that point) but by Jerrys enthusiasm and extensive knowledge about the product line. He explained that Caldera was owned by Watkins (who also owned Hot Spring) and then showed us a comparable spa to the one we used to own. One of the most amazing things about Jerry, however, is that he creates a relationship with his clients by getting to know them personally - both in terms of what type of spa experience they are seeking and then who they are as people. We were completely impressed with our experience that afternoon and immediately signed on the dotted line for our new spa. It would take 8 weeks before we received our spa, but Jerry kept in contact throughout that time. On the day of installation, he and his crew quickly and efficiently installed the spa. Jerry spent a lot of time with me teaching me how to use our new spa and even gave me a final examination by demonstrating to him that I could work all aspects of the spa prior to his departure. Within just a week or three of owning the spa, we had a problem that was promptly diagnosed and repaired at no charge to us. Even though we live almost an hour from his store in Brandon, we still visit once a quarter to purchase supplies and say hello. And each and every time Jerry remembers who we are, what spa we purchased and details about our installation. This last time around, he even remembered borrowing a few pieces of wood from a deck removal we had completed to aid in installing our spa. Our experience at Tampa Bay Spas has been second to none, and we highly recommend anyone looking for a spa to visit Jerrys store. Clients here are treated like family. 5 / 5 ..I shopped for spas for over a year before I made the decision to go with Tampa Bay Hot Tubs and the Caldera Vanto. The reason I took my time was because years ago I purchased a lesser spa from another manufacturer and was disappointed with it. I did not want to make that error again.I am happy to report that the Vanto was worth the wait. The jets are very strong, the fit and finish are impressive and the quality is world class. The controls are logical and simple to use and the lighting is beautiful and tasteful. Water maintenance is a breeze and all is well on my patio.If you happen to be in the market for a spa, you should stop in and see Jerry at Tampa Bay Spas. My husband and I purchased a HotSpring, 3 person Jetsetter Spa tub from Tampa Bay Spas. I have knee problems and was advised by my personal trainer, physician, and several co-workers that investing in a spa tub would be beneficial. I have used the our new Jetsetter tub to exercise my knees and the results are phenomenal. After about 20-30 minutes in the tub, I get out and then apply ice to my knees for about 15-20 minutes. The next day I am walking and can lightly jog without pain or stiffness. J.R. Raga was very informative and helpful in the selection of the perfect spa tub for us. I bought my Caldera spa from Jerry about 5 years ago and have been extremly pleased with the purchase and the service he and Dave have provided. I checked out many other places before choosing Tampa Bay Spas. What made me choose TampaBay was more than just the spa itself, it was the patience honesty and geuine intrest that Dave gave me that made me decide on them. I was in the process of remodeling my home at the time and from the time I decided to purchase my spa from him it was over a year before I finally took delivery on it. During that time never once did Dave ever pressure me into hurrying up to deliver it. They worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed in place so that when I was ready to have the spa delivered it would be a quick and easy process and it was just that. I have only had one problem with the spa since then and they were quick to respond, it was one of the buttons on the secondary control panel and Dave came out and replaced the control panel at no charge. Caldera has since redesigned it so that it would not be a problem in the future. I love my Caldera spa, have Ruematoid Arthritis and when I start to hurt I get into it and it really helps ease the pain. I run my spa all year long, I have experiment with shutting it down during the summer thinking I would save on my electric but after comparing my bills over the years I find either no difference at all or it is so small that it is not worth it to me to shut it down. I have never dealt with a business that was more honest and interested in selling me the right product for me rather than the most expensive one than Dave at Tampa Bay Spas. If he does not feel the spa is right for you or that you do not need the more expensive one he will tell you. He will not try to sell you the most expensive spa he has, he is more interested that you get the one that is best suited for you. I have recommended Tampa Bay Spa to every person I have ever talked to that was interested in purchasing a spa since then, and I will continue to in the future, they are the best.
