Excellent service, friendly, helpful. Was willing to do the research and find out what my insurance would pay. Unlike the other glass companys. They advised that I needed to look into the endorsement myself. Guess they have enough business. Fine! Not surprised.

They are very friendly and don’t rush you thru the process like the national companies do. Very satisfied, replaced windshield in 2016 Lexus RX350. The cost was actually $16.00 less than what I was quoted ! Will definitely be back when needed. Live Local , Shop Local and BUY local !

Best customer service in town. John was very helpful and let me know my options for fixing my windshield. I had a large chip in my windshield and he was able to quickly fix it where it was barely noticeable. Will definitely use them again.

Brought a SUV to this business on 9/24/2020, the original date for completion was 9/24/2020. My husband called to ask how much longer would be, Rebecca, answered the phone, and was extremely rude.We had to wait until 9/25, to pick the truck up. Even then, Rebecca acted like we knew nothing about new windshields.We did not appreciate the rudeness!

I went up to Glass by Daughtry around 10am on a Tuesday. Explain to me why they weren’t open? There hours say Monday-Friday 8am-5pm so explain to me why I had to waist my gas for nothing? I will not be returning again.

I’ve been getting glass work done here for many years. They do great work and take pride in what they do. They are locally owned and operated.I had 2 rock pecks in my windshield repaired the other day. Before the repair, both pecks had small runs. Afterwards, the runs were invisible. I was very impressed with their work.

I have had several windshild replacements completed by this team. They are very helpful and speedy. They will work with you on any glass repair situation. They have reasonable pricing and friendly service. I would refer my mother to these people. They even work on camper shells and can use alternate materials if possible.

Was talking to the lady on the phone, and she hung up on me during our conversation. (I was asking her if they would come out to where my husband worked b/c we live an hour away, but he works 10 mins. from them). We have done business with them in the past, but not anymore! I will not recommend them to anyone either. I understand it is a Monday morning, but hanging up on customers is not nice!

John Daughtry is one knowledgeable (and personable guy). Hes handled more than one snaffu on my behalf with ease and graciousness. Rebecca makes the insurance claim a snap, too. Im impressed. Definitely trust them with future work.

I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced and over the years I have had to do this 4 other times each time I go there I not only get outstanding service in a timely matter they take the time to answer any questions I have.
