Staff was very nice and payed attention. Process was on the smoother side compared to other staffing agencies. To my surprise, this wasnt just a temp agency but they actually have promising full-time jobs. Hope to hear back from them soon!

I have a college degree, physical limitations so need an office job. After 4 months, I’ve gotten two solicitations for a warehouse and a housekeeping job. They don’t pay attention to detail in the profiles, clearly don’t have many contacts, and have poor customer service skills. The times I’ve called in the people don’t know what’s going on, have to retake my info including why i need an office job. They’re very unprofessional overall. Ive done several jobs through another agency in the time they have not done anything. Don’t bother with this place unless you’re a voluntary grunt worker.UPDATE 11 months after applying Ive never gotten a single temp job through this service! I’ve called remained in contact, and so on.. NOTHING! Do not go here!

If i could give this company 0 starts i would! My dad got a call from Alexandra (Alex) saying that there was a company that needed people and when he end up going they were never looking for employees then she called him again saying that there was a company looking for employees and my dad asked her if it was secure that he was gonna get the job and she said yes so she sent him the address of the job he went in the next day and worked all day, same with the next day and then she gave him a call saying not to go anymore because they didn’t have the patience to give him a training! What in the hell was that when all companies have to give you a training with or without experience! Such an unprofessional company so my dad called her and tell her thanks for everything and she said that he had an attitude when it wasn’t true.

Terrible experience... my parents had an appointment today and I came along to help them. I also had my baby with me...an employee then told me that the baby could not be inside and had to outside where it was 96 degrees. I would understand if a baby or a child were acting up but the baby was sleeping. Mind you we were in the waiting room...

This place is shady..... They will not tell you what company they are submitting you to until after you take the job. I need to know who I am going to work for BEFORE I step foot on their property. I dont trust them do the proper vetting of the company. What if the company is doing illegal activities? Has a bad reputation or is a flat scam. Express does not care as long as they make money. I have never been asked to provide MY OWN PPE to work on someone elses job site EVER. I gave one star because there is no way to give a zero.

This company is a waste of time . Dont give them your information . There are way better companies to work for then them . Ccs , american trades, workers to go , just about every other staffing or temp agency has provided more job offers then them. They post ads daily on craigslist for laborers but when called , they dont have anything availible . Idk y they are even open .

Terrible place havent been paid from 8 weeks ago because they cant get ahold of the person I was working for. They never update me and overall dont care if you are having issues with anything.

A waste of time!!! Job says available on line but when you go nothing available after you asked for all my information and want your social at the door!
