Called milke told him what i wanted he quoted me a price then told me he would make some changes to make it less expensive and less labor and less materials . he has experiance in what he does he desinged a 2story addition for my 1 story house his skills are impecbible . also this during the 2016 hurricane codes and i psses county the first time with all the new stuff
