Great computer store that I will use for all of my computer needs. The young man that assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They have a wide array of computer components that I did not know could be attained without the aid of amazon or newegg. The amazing part is, their prices were actually better! While browsing, I noticed a PSU I had previously purchased at Best Buy, they had it for slightly less. This store is a gem and I pray it remains a local resource.

Brought a computer in to get assistance with it not booting properly. Was told it would be $22.50 if I chose not to let them actually repair whatever the issue was. Once they checked the machine they called and said the GPU had failed. Since it was under warranty I decided not to buy a new GPU from them. When I went to pick up my computer I was told it would be $45. When asked why I was given some excuse that the $22.50 price is only if I choose not to have work done, and since no work was needed they wanted a full hour of labor costs. All that was done was then clearing the CMOS and trying a new GPU in my machine.

I went in and tooked my grandchild computer in with a broken hinge,I was told they had to look at the wires,so I left it,then get a call on the price of a hinge,then they tell me they didnt look at the wires,gave me a ridiculous price for a hinge, their diagnosis was a broken hinge,Hello I knew that thats why I brought it in,So I paid 29.43 for them to tell me What I told the associate.
