The price is Ok . But I think a good job for 4 room is impossible to finish in 20 minutes.

The technician showed up almost an hour late then told me that the $89 special didnt cover the size of the carpet I needed to clean and that no matter how well they would clean it, it will show the traffic pathways after done. Obviously he wasnt interested in complying with the commitment of honoring the promotion they had on TV. So, I rented a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot and did it myself in less than 3 hours.

Hired F5 to remove a recent coffee stain and do overall carpet cleaning.Did a hasty job - several missed spots of soap residue remained and the coffee stain is still there.Called to try and resolve the issue, left message - no one called me back.When finally reached them, the argument was that they cant dial my area code. Called again on Monday (as agreed) no one answers and no one calls me back.No way for me to even ask for my money back.

I have used many many many carpet cleaning people! As i have moved a lot!!!I randomly searched and by chance fell upon F5 carpet cleaning. Tony was lovely on the phone but i had no expectations as i thought the carpets i needed cleaning were beyond resurrection. I was moving houses so i left tony to complete the work on his own whilst i picked my kids up from school. When i came back i was so surprised and amazed at what he had done with my carpets!! At that point i thought there maybe a chamce that i may get my security deposit back!!It was also very cheap amd unlike other people i used in the past i didnt feel like i was being ripped off or been sold a million things on top of what i asked for!!!I dont usually write reviews but honestly i was so impressed.Thanks again Tony!!Catherine Vernon

This company is THE BEST for carpet and upholstery cleaning! Do not use anyone else. I have tried other companies and come up short, even with Chem-Dry, they just domt clean as well.Tony (the owner) walked me through the house and educated me on what was happening in the carpet. I would not recommend this company for cleaning, my floors and furniture are still dirty! As I sit and write this I overlook my carpeting and get angry because I spent $243 and it still looks horrible. He tried to fit us in as there was a scheduling conflict on line and he did not receive our scheduled date we picked to complete the job. I had Tony do both carpeting, furniture andwalk-in closet. Walk in closet was never touched, he did state the carpeting in the Bedroom was worn ,which I totally understand, the bedroom is not the problem . The living room ,Walk in closet and furniture is what I have a complaint over. He did call 1/2 hour before he arrived, spoke to my wife. I was concerned about darkness coming, I left him a voicemail back to return my call to see if he wanted to reschedule because of the darkness. He came to my home anyway at 7 PM and I asked him if he had supplemental lighting because I had the rooms empty except for the furniture that was to be cleaned and there was no lights . It became dark in the home and he put a small headlamp on his head and ran through the living room very fast. I feel that due to the darkness In the room and the lateness of the day my carpets and furniture were not quality cleaned! The next day you could definitely see he did not wash all the carpeting in the living room, hence stains were still in the carpeting that I was able to remove easily with a brush and carpet cleaner. The next day his company automatically sent us an invoice along with a questionnaire , I stated my concerns .the e-mail stated please allow us to get back with you for any issues or concerns . The answer I received back was ( we’ll do better next time!) There was no phone call back to me to discuss the issues.

They came and did a horrible job cleaning the carpets. Honestly, that’s not what bothered me. In business, you have days where you drop the ball. What really bothered me is what happened after they dropped the ball. After bringing the concern about the quality of the work to their attention, I was promised a refund. Well, this was in May 2018!!! It now, Feb 2020 and they still have not paid me back! I have the email chain to back up what I am saying. I don’t normally write reviews, but these folks shamelessly lied to me and I think people should know.

Did a great job on carpet the carpet was wet a few months ago and the room had a musty smell. F5 carpet cleaning came in and remove the smell and remove 90% of the old stains that was there. they suggested that we get it clean again in a few months and even gave us a voucher that it will come out to do it again at no extra cost. They even made a suggestion on how to get rid of the musty smell in another room that did not have carpet repeat. I would definitely use this company again and refer everyone I know to this company I will be calling them again in a few months thanks

My dog was sick and had thrown up on my bed, on the floor in my bedroom, the living room and the kids room. My carpet was only 9 months old I tried cleaning it myself and only made it worst. Call them and they asked me a series of questions and told me that they will be there asap. once the got there, they treated the carpet and cleaned it all up. when they were done, The carpet looked like brand new again... They cleaned my mattress and removed the stain and sanitized the mattress. They also did a Ultra Violet Light check on my carpet to find areas of carpet my dog had urinated in the carpets that I could not see with my eyes but they was able to find it with the Ultra Violet Light. They treated those areas and removed the bacteria. I am very pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future.

2 weeks ago we hired this company to specifically clean pet odor in two rooms and they convinced me that cleaning 2 rooms would be the same price as 5 rooms. It seems like a good deal for $144 with what they call an enzime treatment for the urine odor. Well, save your money because it took 3 days to dry the carpets and the smell is all back and we think worst, because now is urine and a powder smell combined. I called to get them back, but the guy told me to call again next day to schedule since he didnt have his calendar in front of him. I called and it went to voicemail. He also said if we gave a positive feedback they would come back and do a new cleaning in 2 months for free...such a scam!! We have now gave up and wasted $144 dollars. They may be polite and on time, but did not solve our carpet problem. Go somewhere else because these reviews are definitely not what I experienced.

My husband watched evmthis time. They sprayed all the carpet with an enzyme soap solution and vacuumed it in. No real scrubbing. All he did was spray my mattress. No cleaning. My sectional got sprayed and went behind and used a buffer. No cleaning at all. Dirt is still in the furniture.

I had a scheduled cleaning for the end of August but had to reschedule for the end of Sept. Tony and friend arrived late due to who knows what. The y were supposed to do kitchen and 2 bathroom tile floors, 2 bedroom living and dining room carpets. When they left and we put furniture back into the kitchen there were numerous puddles of dirty water standing around and edges of the tile floors were not even touched.A sliding door was splattered half way up with dirty water. One bathroom barely done. A deplorable mess and we had a second cleaning company come the next week to re clean the mess left by Tony. When I called him he said he would refund the $289.00 I paid but in spite of multiple calls to him over a length of time I finally called my Credit Card Co and disputed the bill.He has asked me not to write a review if he refunded the money but since that did not happen I felt compelled to relay my experience and it was definitely NOT a good one

Hired F5 and Tony to clean my fathers tile floors at his home which was empty, back in late May or early June 2018. As the other reviewer stated it had to be rescheduled by Tony as they were running late and then next day he ran an hour and half late again allegedly due to a train. When he saw floors he said it might not get cleaned good because of texture to tile. He said it would take about 2 to 2 and half hours and I could leave if I wanted. I would suggest not leaving...Im not sure he cleaned everything and I know he missed the bathrooms. I asked if he did them and he said yes. He also said there would be a film left on tile that I might have to wipe with a wet mop.Well the bathrooms were not cleaned. I could wipe up dirt spots with a cleaner and towel. On phone he said give it a few days if it didnt dry right and look clean he would come back and make it right. I called about a week later. Keep in mind house was empty. The floors were so slick I almost slipped and fell several times. I had to get a floor cleaner and clean his cleaning It took me a couple of hours to get the light film Tony said might be left, so no one else would slip when showing house. I called and he said maybe he did miss bathroom and that he would make it right and bring a differnet cleaning machine.Well it never happened. Very disappointed. A waste of money and I had to clean after him because floor was worse. Ive had my tiles and grout cleaned before by another cleaner who was very good but was no longer in business. I would have been better buying an Oreck floor cleaner for same money and cleaned myself.UPDATE After owners reply. Im not sure who youre talking about because everything youve stated in there is untrue. I also have the text messages which you corresponded with me on. On June 15th we talked about this and texted and you apologized and stated you must have missed the bathrooms and stated you would bring another machine out that next week to make everything right at no cost to me. I said OK and you were supposed to schedule with me.On June 22nd I texted you again to ask you when you were gonna come out since you didnt contact me or come out the week before and to make it right. You never replied back to me. Then I also put comments in a review on your Facebook page in early July all of this contact was well within the 60 day guarantee.I never stated I had someone else clean his house 1st and 8 never complimented your work that was untrue. My father only lived in the home for 3 years. I stated I had used someone to clean my own home but they had gone out of business and they did a really good job. You showed me one little spot that you cleaned before you told me to leave the house for a couple of hours. And when I came back I clearly said to you that it didnt look that good and you said give it a couple of days and if I didnt like it you would come back. I dont know what system you are saying I used in past. I never discussed a system. And yes I did want a deep cleaning but that was certainly NOT a department cleaning.Wow. I have the text messages. And again you could have made it right when I put the facebook post on your page which is the exact one here even after I tried texted you on June 22nd to ask when you were coming. But I guess Google was a better forum. Pretty sad reply from your company. Never seen a worse job or the audacity of your untrue reply. You must have me confused with another unhappy customer.
