I went here once for the service department awhile back to get an oil change because I was new to the area. I do not have a Cadillac but I do have a vehicle which has been suggested to use Cadillac dealerships due to the similarities and that they usually have someone certified for my type of vehicle. They are a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected, and normally the work matches the money. The oil change probably didn’t take too long but I did wait an extended amount of time for the vehicle to be looked over, which is a courtesy. The customer service was great.Why I give it 3 stars and why I probably won’t return is the enormous “suggestion list “ of work they gave me upon completion. It totaled upwards of $7,000.00.. Half of, if not almost all of the things listed, had been dealt with already at my previous Cadillac dealership. So do dealerships have a way to communicate with each other at all? Is a question I have.. I understand that there will always be up-selling for certain services and I didn’t press the issue, but it definitely doesn’t make the business seem trustworthy.Overall, if there is a major issue I might return, but for regular maintenance it won’t be worth it.

I went for my last oil change as my lease was almost up. I ended up working with Austin because I wanted to test drive the newer models because I was in-between buying my lease or re-leasing. After talking with Austin and looking at the newer vehicles, I decided to go with a new lease. I got a lower monthly payment and $0 down!!! Austin was a miracle worker. I would recommend Ed Morse Cadillac to everyone!

This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. My husband and I were amazed at their attention to detail and going above and beyond. We went to 7 dealers that day. We arrived probably 30 to 40 minutes before closing time and they all stayed through our test drive, bargaining, financing, and preparing our vehicle to take home. They were quick getting everything done.When I’ve purchased vehicles in the past, you would spend all day waiting for them to get anything done at other dealers. We are more than pleased with the experience of purchasing our first Cadillac at Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon. Nate, our sales consultant, was very kind and remained enthusiastic as we test drove several cars. Nate and the business manager worked to get us as many discounts as possible. We were treated with respect the entire time and drove our new XT6 home within just a few hours. Two days later Nate answered my call for help while learning to use one of the many neat features on the car. He walked me through the process and told me to call anytime.

Really nice staff but we were not able to close the deal on a 2021 Escalade. They insisted on keeping their added “market adjustment” of $20,000 to the sticker price of $87k bringing the vehicle to $108,000. I am fine paying the sticker price and no haggling but I can’t justify an extra $20,000 because the car is “in demand.” I am sure they will have no challenge selling it but it was disappointing.

I’ve had my Cadillac serviced here 3 times and the service has been great! My liaison is Eric and every time I come in for a service he is friendly, knowledgeable, and remembers me (extra bonus lol). My loaner vehicle is always ready to go when I have been assigned one. The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because service tends to take a while. I frequently bring my car in early morning and get the notice to pick it up around 4pm. However, since they provide a loaner I don’t mind. I will continue to come to this center.

We purchased an Escalade from this dealership and are not happy with their service. When filling out the app they put the wrong income information, we make more. So one bank denied us, even though we make way more than that. We received a call about whether we were happy with our purchase and told them we were not and they said we would get a call back. Did not receive a call. Then we mailed them a replacement check for the down payment, and it took 10 calls and several complaints to find out where the old check was to make sure it was shredded. By then, we had to call our bank and pay to have it cancelled. After all of this, they then chose to hold on to our plate because we owed $23 since the finance department did not charge us the amount. I had an expired temporary tag for 2 weeks before I received my new one.

My experience with the service department has been favorable over the past few years for two vehicles. The staff seems organized and professional, although the wait time for standard services like oil changes could be reduced. Concerning the sales section, the experience was positive, but I ended up buying from another Cadillac dealer due competitive pricing, less fees, and a good trade-in value. Ill continue visiting this business as long as the standards do not degrade.

The ads online are misleading. When it says you can get a lease for 329 per month w/3600 down, it really means 7000 down given all the fees etc they charge.They are not upfront with the TOTAL FEES you will be paying on a lease. There are many and only listed on the contract after youre ready to sign & leave. Get the contract up front & make them cover it a-z.I love the CT4 and the sales person was friendly etc but the sales manager was short on the phone when we had questions and hung up in a hurry to do something else. Never once came to see or meet us etc.The finance person was very good and tried to clean up the mess prior to signing the contract.More training of sales people & sales manager is needed in my opinion

STAY AWAY!! We bought a new 2021 Xt4 took it home and 3 days later they claimed we dont qualify for an incentive so they charged us an extra $1,000 from the original deal so we took the car back and got our trade back. They will rob you blind too so I will never do business with them again!!

16 weeks ago on December 4th, I sat down with Jason Savoy and built a 2021 Cadillac Escalade with every option available including 4WD Totaling just under 110k with no “Market value” fee, expected delivery in 6 weeks, 2k deposit. 6 weeks passed with no calls with updates. I called and was told there was no updates on progress. I waited another week and this time decided to go in. I was told that the black wheels was what was holding it back from being delivered, so I removed the option. I waited another 2 weeks and stopped by for an update, this time I was told that the “Super Cruise Control” was what was holding it back from completion, so I also eliminated that from the SUV so it could speed it up. A couple more weeks later I sat down with “Store Manager” Jason Savoy, says “I’m glad you stopped in, looks like the trim package you ordered is what is holding the SUV from being completed” again I agree to the order change to maybe get the vehicle at some point. The more time that passes, the more I see the 2021 Escalade’s, they’re all over the roads and a lot of them are the exact color and model I ordered. March 17th the sales man Sean Michael gives me a call telling me an identical model and color just arrived and I should come in to work the deal. I stopped in the next day and agreed it was very close to what I ordered just missing a few things such as 4WD, ONYX Package etc. I was assured Jason Savoy would “take care of me, and not over charge” later in the day I received the offered numbers and that wasn’t true. 20k over Sticker price! They added a 10k “Market value” markup, added the highest interest and are under paying for the Escalade lease I’m turning in, which was sold to me by them 3 years ago. I’ve been receiving multiple offers in the mail from GM encouraging to trade up to the new Escalade however Jason Savoy at Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon chose to treat me as if I was just another desperate know nothing buyer. I came in with my family to discuss how these numbers came to be and what can we do to move forward and from the minute I walked in he treated our conversation as if we were arguing. Gave me short and rude responses when all I wanted was to have understanding so I can in return make an intelligent decision. He told me “Sell your truck to whoever is willing to pay more”. I said since I don’t want to pay 20k over sticker price, how long is the truck I ordered 16 weeks ago going to take? he pulled out a stack of folders and slammed it on his desk and said “All of these people are wondering the same thing!” He then proceeded to tell me rudely “What I’ll do for you on Monday is refund your 2,000 dollars!”. I could not believe the treatment I received when I’ve been a customer for the past 4 years and I’m continuing to want to spend money with them. My 5 year old daughter asked me in the car after we left “why was the man mean to us daddy?”....

I own and operate a mechanics shop network back home and I ran into trouble with our own vehicle having engine failure here in Tampa during our road trip. I knew what the problem was as I had my diagnostics tools with us, but didn’t have the tools with me to fix the problem as it was internal engine failure.The repair with extended warranty approval should have taken a week at most, but this nightmare lasted 3 weeks. To start, they sat with our vehicle for 2 days untouched, even though we informed them at the beginning we were trying to get home to Colorado. Then they diagnosed our problem as something different than what I told them it was, only to call me a week later to say they messed up and I was right about the problem.To add to the wound, the advisor sat on maintenance record for 3 business days they requested from me that warranty needed in order to approve the repair. In all they wasted 2 extra weeks of our time, dragging feet, and not doing do diligence to listen to what I was saying in the first place.I was hopeful for a good experience as I love the opportunity to work with other shops when I can and since we are looking at expanding full time in Tampa, but unfortunately we got the bottom of the barrel service with this location that ended up costing us thousands of $$ in lost revenue and airfare.The only positive out of this mess is the tech did a proper repair once the problem was figured out.

The Chevrolet dealership in Brandon, FL told me that it would be two months before they could even look at the transmission in my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I dropped my truck off at Ed Morse on a Monday and my entire transmission was replaced by Thursday. Michael Pullero has been my service manager at this dealership for years, and I highly recommend Michael and this dealership because of their stellar customer service.

Great job getting me in the Brandon store for purchase on 8/10/2020. My bank still has not received the purchase order. Several emails with no response. Craig asked me questions I didn’t know the answers to and got frustrated with me and hung up the call. I was told last Wednesday the purchase order would be sent. Very disappointed in this dealership. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had a 2016 Yukon as a trade. Our vehicle wasnt perfect but we had been car shopping all weekend and had already received an appraisal on our trade at several locations. When we went to Ed Morse because we thought we were ready to make a purchase, they came at us with less then half for our trade then all the other places we had been to. It was quite offensive! Needless to say, we bought a 2020 elsewhere.

I bought a Cadillac Escalade from the Fletcher Ave location. When I bought the vehicle I specifically asked can I service it at your Brandon location because I work in Brandon they said absolutely its the same company. They replied we even provide your first oil change as a courtesy at free of charge. Which when I bought my 19 Chevy Diesel truck from Wesley Chapel Chevrolet they provide the first 3 for free so I figured this was normal practice. I tried to schedule the first oil change and I was told I had to do it at the Fletcher location if I want the free one. They would only do pay service at this location. I asked to talk with someone else. They said the same thing. I bought an Escalade with a full warranty on the vehicle and I am blown away they talked to me like that. It was VERY SNOTTY. I said if I buy a Outback gift card from the Dale Mabry location I can use it at the Brandon location. I will not be servicing my Escalade EVER at Ed Morse Cadillac!! This is the 2nd Escalade we have owned back to back and both bought from Ed Morse. I never have been treated and talked to like this from there before. I will pay for the oil change myself it is no big deal. My grandfather bought cars from Ed Morse when it was downtown Tampa I always felt like I would keep on that same tradition. Well NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Truck was great. Service, not so much. We went on knowing exactly what vehicle we wanted because wed seen it online. It took 4 hours to get it done! The salesman, Mike, was excellent. Finance manager aggressively pushed financing, even though we had cash, and an very expensive extended warranty. Eric in service always does a great job. I give him five stars. I now have a 2018 XTS. which I bought from Ed Morse. I have been trying to get a second key fob for the car since I did not get one when I got the car and was promised one. I have asked several times and still don’t have one. What does it take? I am not a happy customer.ti

Best experience I’ve had purchasing a car- My salesman was Peter. He has a great and friendly demeanor. I truly enjoyed how he was not pushy at all. Also the finance and the management staff did a great job in accommodating my needs.They actually beat my already low rate from my lender. I encourage you to ask for Peter when you shop here. Shopped several dealerships and Ed Morse Cadillac was by far the most personable, helpful and had the exact car on the showroom floor I was interested in purchasing! My service provider Michael was truly awesome.. great service and they respected my appointment time..In and out within a breeze...!!! However I have lost all trust with Ed Morse. My engine light and overheating light came on about 2 days later. I had to wait on road side assistance to help figure out what was going on. When we lifted the hood of my car the coolant resorvoir was bone dry. The lid to my other water reservoir was missing. Even the Assistant gentleman they sent to help me was in shock. My car engine was on the verge of blowing up. I pay the extra money to service my car there because I trusted Ed Morse. Now, I feel cheated and disappointed. How negligent could they get on an oil change. The last thing my service advisor said to me was “ we topped off all you fluid and EVERYTHING looks great”.

After 1 payment on a 2018 Certified pre-owned Escalade the battery needs to be replaced. I have only put about 500 miles on the car and Ed Morse refuses to help. I do not recommend them at all.

Bought a brand new xt6 got home and realized turn signal wasnt working. Took it back to be looked at told me it was light. Told me to come back next week so I did. Come to find they ordered the wrong part. So now there gonna take a light out of one of there cars for mine.come to find out its not the light but a bad ecm system. Now they want me to leave the car. I live 2 hours away from dealer. Have been wasting my time and gas for two trips back and forth. And when I picked up the car they charged me for gas in the loaner. Terrible .service
