I got right in. They were quick and did a good job.

My experience was fairly decent. Good quality haircut and im sure they do great stuff for women but for a standard mens cut it was was too pricy. Gentleman you can find your cut elsewhere.

Excellent cut but the color was wrong and it destroyed ALL my new hair growth. ALL of it, gone! You can clearly see my scalp but the unintentional purple/red might just distract enough. I wont bother to complain to management, hes the one who did my hair.

The hair cut is fine. I have given this place multiple chances and every time im left waiting around 30-40 mins later than my scheduled appointment every time. They serve walk-ins over scheduled appointments and it is so frustrating. This will be my last time coming here

Though the team is small they still do a good job at giving their customers their desired haircuts. Sometimes they even engage in smalltalk with the customers. Can be a bit pricy (at least $20) but its still a good shop overall.

My 8 year old son went to Supercuts for a trim. He saw Ginger. Although my son was fidgeting in the chair, she has no idea how to trim kids. She messed up his edges and cut his skin. She had absolutely NO patience with my son. NEVER take your children to get a haircut from Ginger.

So, Ive gotten my head shaved here maybe 8 or 9 times so far. I keep it skin tight because of comfort(prior military) and each time I get a different stylist. While you might think that could lead to mixed experiences, so far each and every one of them has been very pleasant.Ive even had a few were the staff and I were laughing and having some great conversations. They always seem to pamper you a bit here, hair washing, warm towels, etc and it never costs very much at all.Overall, the place is clean, friendly, and staffed with very nice people.

The hair stylist working was too preoccupied about getting out of work on time then paying attention to how my son wanted his haircut and ended up cutting it way shorter on top then what you want

This location is pretty good. Sometimes they can be super packed and you have to wait even if you book online. But for the price its worth it and they do a decent job. I think thru definitely care more than great clips

Yes its true, sometimes it can be a bit of a hit or miss depending on the location and stylist, but super cuts has always been good to me more or less, I have 3 locations that I trust including this one. I moved to Brandon last year and Jaime has been my stylist ever since.

I love this salon. Cindy the manager is really nice and listens to the way I want my hair styled. Of course shes willing to offer suggestions, but she doesnt force her views on it. I have had a positive experience with all the stylist there. My kids get their hair cut there now as well. I used to drive all the way over to cool cuts for kids in New Tampa. My son had his ear clipped when he was 3 in another salon so a childs salon was the only place I could get him to go to. One huge thank you goes to Adela, in April I was in for a color and cut. My 5 year old nephew was with me, he has autism and down syndrome. He was having a complete melt down while she was coloring my hair. She was amazing though, she didnt get upset or aggravated. She actually help calm him down. So I had an amazing color, great haircut and a calmed nephew. I like the feeling of a personal salon feel even though its part of a chain. Kuddos to the staff for getting to know their customers. It speaks volumes to a customer, there are a lot of places to choose from, but when you get that friendly atmosphere, you go back. Just thought I would give positive feed back, on an always positive experience.

Just like any other franchise, you have to make sure youre clear with what you want, the stylists cant read minds. Communication when entering could be better, but I have come here so often I know what to expect. You come in they acknowledge you, then you wait for the people in front of you to be done. Sometimes they will say how long your wait is, sometimes not.

Only one hair cutter till 11. Mostly Happy with my cut. Still fast service and very friendly

Although I prefer a different chain, Supercuts is good as long as you get the right stylist.

I wanted a V shape hair cut with layers; I had a very long hair (waist length). I came out with no V shape and she cut my hair so much that ended up just above the bra line. I am absolutely disappointed about the level of knowledge and professionalism. The girl’s name was Jessica. Do yourself a favor and look for a qualified person to do the job. Now I will have to find a treatment to help my hair grow fast again because of someone without the minimum skills to perform a good job. I do not and will not recommend this place.

Had appt today @ 10am and when I arrived a note was posted on the door closed due to AC issues?? Any thoughts about contacting your customers with an appt?? Very unprofessional! Especially when they ask for your contact number!

I love getting a haircut here. I always have Clara cut my hair. She gives the best haircut and cuts my hair the way I want it. I recommend getting a haircut here.

We have had two bad experiences with this shop. My wife received a terrible haircut that required two visits to other salons to repair. She would not consider returning. The stylist was inexperienced.I wanted to get a simple mens haircut but their computer system is horrible. The website said there was no wait but I went an made an appointment anyway. When I got there 5 minutes before my appointment, the shop was jammed. The stylist wouldnt allow me to talk to her about the appointment. She told me to sit down and wait my turn. I just wanted to know how long my wait would be.

Called ahead and arrived when I said I would. Wanted stylist to cut (first time) fringe bangs on my little girl just above the eyebrows. I even SHOWED her. She trimmed nice the first time, then as I was walking around my little one, she grabbed her bangs and CHOPPED them an inch from her hair line!! Im pissed. Guess what? Im announcing this to my neighborhood fb page. Get your shop under control!!! You will lose a lot of business.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Walked in with my husband and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before we were greeted with, have a seat...well be with you shortly. No hello or anything. Not even a smile. The next guy walked in and they didnt say anything to him either. One stylist got done cutting a mans hair and then sat there and played with the comb while we continue to wait to be called. We ended up walking out. Will never go back again.

Lacristian is one of the best hairstylist EVER! I have short hair and have it cut every 3-4 weeks, she always does a great job, Ive referred friends and they all love her too

The lack of customer service is very obvious when you walk into the store only to be said Hi to but nothing further.... Stood there for 5 minutes and still not one person approached me to ask me if I needed help or ask if I needed to schedule an appointment. I will make sure I never step a foot in this location again!

I didnt really like the haircut too much, but thats somewhat my fault for not really communicating with the stylist.Bad review is because, when I was there, a woman walked in for her appointment and was told that her stylist was unavailable because she had been in a car accident. The staff said it very matter of factly, like, oh...we cant honor your appointment today because so-and-so was in a car accident and took the week off.They didnt even call their customers to notify them that all the appointments had been canceled. I guess the plan was just to have the customers come in, and THEN tell them the news...messed up!

Couldnt tell you if they do good quality haircuts since we sat there for fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgement or being checked in. The people that were waiting there before us walked out also and looked irritated, should have been a clue on what to expect I guess.
