I just want to thank the entire Crystal Ballroom staff for everything. I’m so pleased with how everything turned out to be. This was the best experience ever. My original officiant backed out on me the day before my wedding. Ellie from Crystal ballroom was my day of event coordinator and she was licensed to officiate our wedding. If it had not been for Ellie, I probably wouldn’t have had the wedding on my contracted date. I just want to thank Ellie, Paola, and the other staff members for 100% execution and for being there for us when we needed the most.

I went to a wedding about 2 weeks ago. Venue looks nice but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, specially the manager a latin male.We complained about the floor being extremely dirty and the event wasnt even started. We requested to speak with the manager. In an extremely RUDE manner he told us basically that we could either stay and have the party or leave, that that wasnt his problem and he started blaming the owner. He didnt care about our concern. We paid for a clean space and thats what we expected.I do not recommend this venue.

If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue in Brandon, Florida, then you HAVE to take Crystal Ballroom Brandon into consideration! We photograph weddings all over the Tampa Bay area and have been in different venues, and the Crystal Ballrooms never cease to amaze me. They think of everything! What I like about the Crystal Ballroom Brandon is the flexibility and how large it is. It has a separate ceremony site area, plenty of space for cocktail hour (indoors AND outdoors) plus the magnificent huge ballroom. The outside cocktail hour has some nice options for bride and groom couple photos as you may see I have attached a few, but we have more on our website if you want more examples! The staff were professional, friendly, and super helpful!!! We have photographed at the Crystal Ballrooms in Tampa, Clearwater, and Orlando, and I have to say, that the Brandon one has more space. I love the glam look and the decor is amazing. Overall, we recommend it and cant wait to go back to photograph another wedding soon! Thank you!!!

Crystal Ballroom Brandon is not such a venue, they are an experience. In a world where an elegant wedding can cost more than a car, Crystal Ballroom does an excellent job of giving you a dream come true at a fraction of the cost. Our experience was definitely a complicated one. With Covid-19, we were not sure if our wedding was going to happen. We did not know if we were going to be like the millions of couples who had to cancel their wedding and lose out on all the money paid. Crystal Ballroom put our mind at ease with their professionalism, and speaking to us as family members, instead of consumers. Instead of canceling our wedding, they provided us endless amounts of options to make sure both me and my fiance were happy. And boy did they deliver. going above and beyond to not only reschedule us, but assist us with all other fires going on around us. On a comfort level, there is no one that will provide the service that they did. At any time, I can call or text all of the members and theyre response was always, Yes, whatever you want. You will never find service like that.Lets talk about the ceremony. It was epic. We had 160 people sit comfortably in the ceremony space, and with an epic backdrop, everyone was able to see and witness every moment of our ceremony. It was decorated beautifully, vendors had a space to work, and everything flowed like a production.Reception... Everyone that came to our wedding said that it was the most elegant, classy and fun wedding they have ever attended. Centerpieces, napkin rings, flowers, décor, champagne towers, cake stands, gift tables, the list goes on and on and every inch was covered with elegant table covers, table runners, chargers, flowers, accessories, glitz, glamour. It was something out of a movie. Even our Cake Lady was impressed with their floating cake stand.Staff. Unreal. everyone works together to ensure we have everything we want and they do everything to make your dream come true. Special shout out to Paola and Ketie for always being there, at any moment, to fulfill any request, answer any question and provide guidance. Im a little extra, and I like to go over to the top. And these girls not only entertained my wild imagination, they helped fulfill it.But Geidy is something else entirely. There is nothing she cant do. She is a fairy God-mother. Anything we wanted, she procured. Any fires, she put out. Any stressful moments, she diffused. Every step of the way, we had the most attentive, detail oriented, professional person involved. She was made for this. She worked hand in hand with every vendor, she was running around to make sure not only we were happy, but she made sure the guests were as well.Planning a wedding is one of the most stressful phases of your life you will go through. Planning a Covid wedding, is 100x more stressful. With Geidy and the Crystal Ballroom Brandon, it was cake. Vendors canceling or going out of business days before the wedding. No problem, they get on the phone and they ask for personal favors to vendors they have exclusive access too, and just like that, right back on track. Days before the wedding, a vendor called to tell me they cant fulfill a request we had, after speaking to Crystal Ballroom, they got on the phone with my vendor and made the impossible possible.This is the ONLY place to host ANY event. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers. The space can me arranged in any manner. The staff are so flexible and talented.Picking the venue was the hardest choice of our wedding planning, and picking Crystal Ballroom - Brandon was the BEST choice we made. Because youre not just getting a space, youre getting a party team. With their attention on you. Ensuring every detail is planned out. Every vendor is on the same page. And every individual and vendor is satisfied.We came looking for a place to get married, and ended up gaining a family. Thank you guys for everything you did and hand to put up with to make our wedding THE MOST TALKED ABOUT EVENT OF THE DECADE!

I saw this venue and fell in love right away. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. What I love most about this venue is the decorations. They were in the process of changing owners but the transition was smooth. Covid-19 was tough for everyone so after a year of being quarantine this was a great place to celebrate with friends and family. I highly recommend this venue. Best Place in Brandon!!!

LeVenue is an great place to hold any event. I was married last Thursday(yes, you are able to have a weekday wedding) at LeVenue, and it was a perfect evening. I was told by every guest the venue is beautiful “like something you see on TV”. The staff is great and very accommodating to your needs. My wedding was postponed twice over the year do to COVID-19, we just wanted everyone to be safe. But the ladies at the LeVenue worked with me every step of the way, so I was able to have my wedding. There are many venues that can hold a wedding, but working with a staff who cares makes a huge difference during a stressful time. If you are seeking a Venue please go to the LeVenue and take a look, you will not be disappointed

The venue was everything I expected it to be. The only thing I didn’t like was the bartender; he didn’t speak English well. One of my guests asked for Tito’s liquor (vodka) and the bartender stated “no Tito’s”. I was made aware of the situation (because I paid for and provided all the drinks), went behind the bar and instantly located the bottle. I also received complaints from my father and other guests that the bartender was very stingy with the drinks (it was an open bar). Other than that this place was PERFECT.

This venue Is absolutely beautiful. It was such an easy process the whole way through. They were so helpful. Poala is amazing and she was my day of coordinator. Everything was done for me and I felt like a princess. She made me feel at ease. I can’t thank her enough! You guys rock!!!

One word. Amazing. The staff at LeVenue is phenomenal. Paola is awesome and assures you have everything you desire on your day. She and the staff made it easy for me even when I was in panic, P offered to speak with whoever I told her was giving me a hard time, she took it on without hesitation. All of the staff always had good attitudes and very helpful. The venue was indescribable. It was absolutely perfect on my day. I had no worries. I got an overwhelming amount of compliments from my guest on how the venue looked and how it was ran. Le’Venue was worth every penny we spent. Well organized and well worth it.

Hosted my best friends bridal shower here and it was a literal dream come true. From the very welcoming event coordinator, Geidy, to the beautiful decor, I was in total awe of how easily she made our Under the Sea Bridal Shower come to life!

Haven’t received any update on my refund from my wedding from 2019. That I was promised from the owner. Been calling and emailing haven’t received a check since January this year.

Great venue for a wedding. At least thats what I experienced here. Everyone is professional and courteous.

I dont even know where to begin in writing this review. The Crystal Ballroom of Brandon is the perfect venue to have your wedding or any special event. The staff are all wonderful and great to work with. They are flexible and one of the only venues that allow you to bring in your own vendors. They trust your vision and work with you to create the event of your dreams. The venue is spacious, decorated beautifully and immaculate. it is really picturesque. I had the wedding of my dreams at this venue and it was really just picture perfect. Furthermore, in these unprecedented times the staff went out of their way to ensure our guests felt comfortable and safe. Also, during the planning stages of my wedding the staff was accommodating, patient an worked with me every step of the way. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. We are so thankful for their service and dedication with helping us create the wedding of our dreams.

I would give this venue and it’s staff 100 stars if I could. Every single one of the girls made sure that my wedding was incredible, beautiful and absolutely painless for me! They took care of everything from decoration to clean up. I got to enjoy the most special day of my life with no issues whatsoever. I also booked this venue when it was still under construction and the entire year and a half I was waiting for my special day, everyone was always there for any questions and very straight forward about everything I needed to know. Ellie was an incredible day of coordinator and MC, I would 100000% recommend her for your event! Also a special thank you to Paola, Geidy, and all of the event staff for being incredible, honest and completely easy to work with from the start! So this is a late review that said I do want to say that this experience was a magical one to experience. The wedding was not my own but that of my baby sister’s and though she was not a full blown Bridezilla any small bumps in the road were quickly smoothed our by the representatives at the Crystal ballroom. On her day she was the princes he deserved to be and not a beat was missed by the DJ or the coordinator. I thank all the employees and the leadership for helping me make my sister’s wedding such a magical, unforgettable experience.

Idk where to begin but my girls Paola and Katy rocked baby my wedding was April 9th 21 and both our families were in awww how amazing the staff, service and decor was set up. Thank you ladies it was everything we could imagine and more this is most definitely the place for any event. Great location and very very huge has plenty parking.

The venue is absolutely breathtaking! We had our wedding here! The planning and communication was a little stressful however It worked out in the end! The decor was perfect! We decided to have a family member as our photographer and a guest which worked out perfectly for us however they had a bad experience with the event coordinator, she got a drink from our open bar and was given a rude smart remark about drinking on the job by the coordinator, It really upset my husband because that was his sister and we told her to have a good time cause she is our guest etc! They also told my guests we were out of food and cake but sent me home with tons of left overs. I also had the event until 11 and a lot of guest left early but the venue seemed to of turned lights on as 1030 and has us all packed up and ready to go. We still had an amazing time and regardless of everything it was a night to remember!

I would highly recommend Crystal Ballroom Brandon. I recently hosted there my daughters quiñce on 9/06/2020. I booked with Crystal Ballroom Brandon during its preconstruction period and we fell inlove with it then even before we seen it and let me tell you it was everything we pictured beautiful and elegant...First let me start off with saying Paola was always so helpful and attentive to my wishes she was very polite and courteous and if I had any concerns she made sure to address and correct them right away it was a pleasure working with her. Christina was awesome with the decorations and the whole setup she also was very attentive... I explained in detail my visions for the quiñce and she brought it to life Im extremely picky with decorations and detail and she met my expectations..also her banquet team and bar tenders were amazing... All my guest kept raving about how amazing the decorations and setup looked and how good the mix drinks tasted and how great the staff was...One of my favorite things about booking with them is the open vendor policy so I was able to use my own vendors... if I could give them 10 stars I would...everything was perfect thank you Crystal Ballroom Brandon for making my daughters fairy tale quiñce come true...

LaVenue has been a huge blessing in the process of making my fiancé and I’s dream wedding a reality. I don’t even know where to begin to explain the journey we had with our daughter’s wedding, following Covid-19. So many emotions, prayers and tears leading up to the day of the wedding. We weren’t sure if it would happen or not. Although according to our contract, we were not supposed to have a refund if we needed to reschedule, they were willing to work with us on changing the date, if needed. Although stressful, that was a blessing to know that they were willing. But, thankfully that did not have to happen.The venue was everything we wanted it to be. It was absolutely gorgeous. The staff, decorators, and the food managers went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I could not have asked for more. I am speechless. Today, the morning after, we keep hearing from friends and family that it was the most beautiful wedding ever.Thank you so much for making my daughters wedding the most beautiful memory I could’ve hoped for!

Last month (February) is a moment in history that I will never forget. My wife and I celebrated one of the biggest moments in our lives and hands down Crystal Ballroom Brandon delivered. Where amazed, impressed, and pleased with how everything turned out. Our coordinator Elli was able to deliver such a stress free experience that we had to let it be know that she will not disappoint! The staff was professional and helpful with the little things and you would be surprised how much the little things mattered. The office staff and Geidy are exceptional from their warm welcome to their everyday customer service I couldnt have asked for a more professional and understanding team. We hosted my friends bridal shower at this venue this past month. The venue was beautiful and the staff was so easy to work with. The staff provided us with gorgeous decorations and furniture to create a refined and sophisticated under the sea themed bridal shower. Big thanks to Geidy for all of her help and coordination in setting up our friends bridal shower. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful and organized event!

Attended a wedding there for my bestfriend... I must say, this venue was more than I imagined! The staff was very attentive and the venue was bomb! I was surprised on how beautiful everything was.

From the time I signed the contract I knew I was in good hands, I was treated like a friend, anything I needed, any questions I had was all handled very professionally! My wedding day was Sunday March 15th and I have to say it was the best day ever! They made sure everything was in order down to the coordinator! My fiancé and I went to tour this venue on a Friday evening.. the owner of the location showed us everything. She was patient with answering our questions and gave us so many ideas about my wedding. This venue is amazing. We are still looking for different venues just to weigh our options. This location has set the Bar for what we are expecting. I’m pretty sure this will be our pick!

This venue makes event dreams come true. Attended a bridal shower here and it was FINtastic. This place is a must!

Let me start off by saying the venue itself is very pretty inside, we booked with them before the venue was finished and it turned out to be pretty much what we expected. The staff we dealt with first hand were personable and nice. Our event turned out okay enough but the following things are things I believe future brides need to know before booking a venue. When we first booked we were made to believe we would be first priority and they could make just about anything happen. As our event came closer it became clear that wasnt really the case. We now know the venue changed hands right before our event and it makes sense now. Small details were forgotten multiple times. We spoke to multiple people about our event through out the process and it felt like everytime we had to go over some of the same details with everyone, almost like no record was being kept. The day of our event we arrived two hours early, like we were supposed to, and found our candy bar not set up and the table for our cupcakes that we had originally agreed on was not set up. The mens dressing room was being renovated and completely out of commission so my husband, the groom, got dressed in the bathroom. Some of the chairs that were for specific people (grandparent of the bride, grandparent of the groom and father of the groom) that we had asked be moved to the back were not moved. We ended up moving them ourselves because neither of us of had those family members attending and we didnt want empty chairs in the front rows. The charger plates we had previously picked for our table settings were gold, to match all the other accents. The day of the wedding all of the settings had silver plates and I didnt realize it in time to ask someone to change them. I wouldnt tell someone not to book with this particular Crystal Ballroom location but I would have a few words of caution. If you have a question or concern that you think is silly or obvious ASK IT ANYWAY. No one cares about the details of your event like you do. Follow up on EVERYTHING. Double and triple check that everyone you speak to is on the same page about all the details of your event. Keep track of everyone you talk to and what you talk to them about. To be fair, the venue is new and maybe kinks are still being worked out but regardless you only get one wedding day.

Not only is the facility stunning but the management team ( especially Hati) was unbelievable. She catered to our every requests and made our vision, her vision. Needless to say, the event we had planned for was nothing short of magical!

They stole money from me almost a year ago and still till this day fighting with them. Im 1 of many customers that was lied to and taken advantage of. Supposedly the last owners ran off with everyones money and they fail to pay people back the money they owe everyone . please dont be fooled by these people. Dont trust them . They want to make monthly payments and do it when its convenient for them. Once they get the money they tend to change things up and its over from there. They been all over the news and read the reviews. save your money time and stress.

In total awe of how this venue was able to transform their courtyard space until an Under the Sea mermaid theme for a beautiful bridal shower!
