Once again Party Planet came to my rescue! My daughter’s teacher reached out to me that they were missing 2 top hats that they needed for a special performance tonight, so I was on the hunt for them. I love this family owned business and how they are so happy to help you find just what you need for the perfect party. I went in for a few graduation party items and was blown away when I saw a whole wall with all of the local schools and party items with their logos! I love party planet! I hadn’t been here in a while but today I went in looking for one item and I was surprised at how their balloon selection has grown, of course I had to get some while I was there! I’ve had the toughest time finding balloons that will withstand this Florida heat and I’m so glad I can just stop by party planet now and get these great quality balloons.

Great, welcoming staff and a huge selection of themes! Went there to find stuff for my son’s Mario themed party and was not disappointed! My son loved checking out all the different themes. It was tough getting him to leave. Will definitely be back, their balloon displays I’ve seen are amazing!

I was looking for specialty balloons for a memorial service and this was the party place that had options for me. They offered to print our dads photo on a balloon, decals and also had another option for making fine balloon bouquets. Had a wonderful encounter with the owners Patrick and Christine! Found the establishment via google searching for leopard/cheetah print balloons. Thankfully PC didnt have any or I never would have stumbled upon this quaint shop located in Brandon. Christine was very helpful when I called with my inquiry and just as helpful when I arrived. This place is amazing! I need balloons filled for a small birthday party and they had no problem filling them for me even though I didn’t buy them there. The price to get them filled was so reasonable too. What really won me over was the service. They were so quick to help me and took great care with my balloons, which included putting them in a balloon bag so they were nice and secure in my car. They even went above and beyond while they were filling my order and gave my son an extra balloon they had, which just made his day! I will definitely being going here for all my party needs in the future!

Wonderful selection, amazing staff, and overall a pleasurable experience to shop here. My wife and I love putting on fun, well decorated parties for all sorts of holidays and get-togethers, and Party Planet is always on the to-do list when preparing for them. I absolutely loved this place! The staff was extremely nice, offered to place the balloons in the trunk. I had not heard of this place before until my sister in law placed a balloon order that I needed to pick up. Ended up adding some more balloons to the order. This place is closer to me than party city, you avoid the hassle of driving through the traffic and dealing with the mall, and honestly shopping here was more of a pleasure. This is a family business and the customer service was 10/10. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future events to check out first before anywhere else. I love this party store! We randomly found it and are so glad we did. The owners are soooo nice and you can tell they are truly passionate about their business. What they lack in size they make up for in great products. We always stop there first for our party supplies. I thought Party City was the only party store in Brandon. It isn’t!! After having a bad shopping experience in Party City I decided to ask around and was told to go to Party Planet!! I walked in and was greeted by everyone right away. They have so much to choose from!! Everything I needed, I found right away and a lot of extras. I HAVE to go back and get the huge Spider-Man balloon that floats along the ceiling!! I have trouble making up my mind and they were all so patient and helpful!! Definitely I will shop for party supplies here now!! I bought some balloons for a party and while they were inflating them, he told me to bring my car to the front and he would bring them out!! I didn’t have to fight balloons to see around them while I was driving either!! He brought them out to me in a bag and they stayed contained while I was driving!! No other place have ever done that or been so nice to me!!! Thank you so much Party Planet!!! See you next month for another party I’ll need supplies for!!!

Called in a phone order to have the 30 balloons ready for today’s pickup. When I called on Wednesday they were amazingly helpful I wanted the balloons I rose gold as they were for a photo shoot, they had the color but it was two different manufacturers so he told me the balloons where a shade off so I changed to silver. Thank you for taking the time to tell me and you made my daughters 30th Birthday photo shoot AMAZING!!!!!

Very friendly BUT they over inflate the balloons and they dont replace them if they pop walking out the door. The second I walked out of the store the balloons popped. Its not hot enough for it to be due to the weather (its 80 degrees and I pulled my vehicle up to the curb). Even as I was waiting in line the balloons they were inflating were popping.. in the cold air conditioning. Long story short, Ill stick to Party City, never had this issue before.

I NEVER write reviews. December 11th I went into Party Planet to buy items for my son’s graduation. I procrastinated until the night before the virtual ceremony and the wonderful gentleman and beautiful lady (I’m assuming the owners) went above and beyond what was expected to help me. They helped me shop for all the items I needed. They put my balloons in a bag so they would not fly all over the car (we’ve all been there) and had me pull to the curb and put all my items in car. They were both so very kind, I feel truly blessed to have met such an amazing couple! Being treated with such kindness is truly rare in today’s world! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

Amazing customer service! Heres why: I was given helpful suggestions for my order, a courtesy call when it was ready, and friendly, quick curbside service. But THIS is why I will always order from Party Planet: my order was in large recyclable bags with the weights thoughtfully banded on the outside. I had a large order and it was SO easy to get them in and out of my car, with no twisted ribbons or herding cats!!! The bags were tied tight enough to secure the balloons, but not so tight that I needed to use anything sharp to open them. Smart! It is this kind of purposeful attention to detail that earns Party Planet 5 stars every time.
