Update: I contacted Eddie owner of A touch of class as he requested under this review. Eddie was polite and offered to come out and make things right- Eddie scheduled an appointment with me for Friday after 3pm NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED FOR THE APPOINTMENT! Save your money do not book!! Bad business practices!!Made an appointment online based off what appeared to be solid 5 star reviews. I left a message in the appointment request to go over packages/pricing. I received a call and we went over my vehicle info, a gold package and stream clean was suggested for $200. Detailer arrived and 40m later he was done.My husband asked if the outside was included? Detailer said it was not included that this was only interior detail. The vehicle was too big, but I went over the vehicle info the day before? I contacted the detailer and he sd he left a flyer with 25% discount for next time? Im confused is there new management or ownership? Please see photos to no attention to detail on interior. $200 for 40 mins is robbery!

Logan took care of my wifes and my car, and he did an outstanding job. Very professional and completed our vehicles in a timely manner. Logan was clear on our selections and even explained a few of the services provided, such as an acid-type of liquid (cannot recall the name) that helps with removing brake dust inside the wheel wells. I paid $200 the first time for a shampoo job but was told I needed the extraction to get my seats cleaned. Had to pay another $115 (after the discount for doing a review) and my seats still look the same. Only thing he did to the interior was vacuum and barely cleaned the seats. $300 wasted

Logan washed and waxed three cars for me at my home. Everything looked great! Eddie was helpful when I talked to him on the phone to make the appointment and Logan was also very friendly. This was all done at a fair price. Will use again in the future!!

Eddie did a amazing job on my Ford F-150!Really nice wash and wax, engine detailed, whole entire wheel and tire clean, cleaned and conditioned leather interior, and did a great headlight restoration. These guys are definitely pros and they definitely know what theyre doing. Great friendly and customer service as well! I will definitely be going back and I will recommend other people to them.

I honestly did not know what to expect from these guys because I never got my car professionally cleaned before. But they truly exceeded every ounce of expectation I had. Eddie and Mike are THE BEST! They just made it such an experience. As a business woman, cleaning my car was something I just did not have the time to do. But now Im going to have them come regularly to clean it for me. Ive had my car for 5 years now and it looks like I just bought it yesterday. It honestly looks better than when I first got it. Eddie was honest, and transparent about what I needed. I had left a five pound bag of potatoes in my SUV for about 1.5 months. It wasnt as bad as it could have been, but he showed up on time, had a VERY fair price, spent plenty of time searching in the cargo space to insure that he cleaned up any and all residue that might have been present. He took the cargo space apart and found the ultimate culprit, cleaning up with solutions that were better than toxic aerosols. He used some organic solutions mixed in and I was thankful for that. He was more than personable as was his co-worker and we chatted during the process - he had me check things as well while he worked. I was very thankful that he was so professional. I paid with my Apple card and was done in less than 45 minutes. Thanks a bunch you guys! I would HIGHLY recommend Eddie and team.***3 Week follow up - still a great job. As long as I reside in the Tampa area I will only use A Touch of Class Mobile Detailing for my cars. Eddie was extremely professional and on time.They cleaned and detailed my car for me and gave my car an almost glass finish! I could see every detail of my reflection in the paint once they were done. The interior looked like a brand new car. My leather seats looked amazing!!I was able to easily book and choose my service online, I received text messages confirming my appointment and a reminder the day before. I wasnt pressured to upgrade my service or to schedule an additional appointment later.I already scheduled another detail job with them for the future!

We bought a used car that had been sitting and was pretty dirty on the inside Mike and Rayyus went above and beyond and did a fantastic job on getting it clean and back in shape for us.

My mother’s Lexus suv was in bad shape. It had been sitting under trees for a while and was very dirty and moldy and had scratches and swirling marks down one side and on the hood. It also had black marks on the bumper. Eddie came out same day to give me an estimate and the next to do the work. Although he couldn’t promise he could get the marks out he far exceeded my expectations! He and his guys got her car back to like new shape! I highly recommend Eddie and A Touch of Class. They did an awesome job!

Ive never paid for a professional detail but Im glad I did. These guys were able to get a bunch of swirl and scratch marks out that had been there from the previous cars owner improperly detailing it with a buffer. They car looks better than ever!

The service was good, car was clean, but they did not clean my front window 😕its very dirty for the price I paid I expected everything to be on point, I had to tell them to clean my view mirror, I didnt notice the front window if so I would of had them clean it, for this business to be around for 16 years they should have everything on point especially for the price they are charging I wont be going back.

Needed an emergency clean, called quite a few different mobile car cleaners and had to leave messages. He called me back quickly came within 30 min and took great care of me. My brother has been living oversees for 2 years and his car was parked in my yard and he’s decided last min he’s moving back when I went to charge the battery I realized it had mold inside and I freaked out. This past weekend I hired Eddie to help me surprise my husband by cleaning his dirty old truck. I would have never imagined that the truck, which has been cosmetically neglected for years, could look so good! The interior was covered in dog hair and now it looks like there has never been a dog in the truck! The paint has been chalky for years. I thought that maybe Eddie could wax the truck and give it a temporary shine, but instead he buffed the whole exterior. It’s so shiny! The headlights were also in need of buffing or replacing and have been for 5+ years, but now they look new. I was seriously blown away when I saw the whole truck completed. I was concerned about hiring a mobile detailing company because I thought it would be too expensive to have someone come to my house, but to my surprise, it was not. The pricing was on par with the local brick and mortar places and I feel I got a much better detail than if I was hurried through at one of those places. Eddie spent a long time on the truck and didn’t ever seem regretful for taking on the project. I even had to leave the house to pick my husband up from the airport and he stayed to finish the job. I can’t recommend Eddie enough. Seriously, hire this company.

My car was used for work car and the light grey interior seats were horrible. But after a touch class steam cleaned my seats and floor mats - it looks like a Brand new car. They cleaned EVERYTHING, not an Ounce of debris anywhere. Nothing in those hard to reach places in the car, like between the seats - I am highly recommending them.

I have a 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder in Toyota absolute red. Recently it accidentally got an overspray and I thought I could get it off, instead I totally screwed it up with scratches and swirls. I started utilizing Touch of Class just over 3 years ago. Eddie and his team are the real deal. When they do a detail they bring their own generators with their own treated water to ensure there are no water spots. After seeing their work we also started having them power wash the driveway and roof of our home. Eddie is a true professional and I recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent experience.

I had plenty of water stains due to window not being able to roll up, stains from kids spilling stuff, and just getting out of hand dirty over time. When I say they got both of my cars looking like brand new cars they really did. I love that steam vacuum it got all the stains out recommending friends every chance I get.

I have a black vehicle which I park in front of my house and was struck by sprinklers. Eventually the hard water left terrible water marks on my vehicle.
