The whole team at this location is awesome and do everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied! Ive been to other locations, but Car Care Clinic in Brandon is my number one choice.

Fair price on everything that I have had done like my water pump on my z71. In and out in no time at all. And at almost half the price of the dealership. And the master mechanic is just the nicest guy. Trustworthy and honest are hard things to say about a mechanic but he is.

Ive had it with this place. Last year, I went in for a oil and filter change in my Chevy Silverado. They disconnected the battery which, I suppose is a safety measure. When they reconnected it, they hooked it up backwards which blew the main fuse on the firewall. What should have been a simple oil change that should have lasted no longer than a half hour, turned into a 2-hour long ordeal waiting for their manager to get there for them to get parts from Chevrolet to replace the fuse that they had blown by hooking the battery up backwards. Bear in mind, it takes a lot of determination to hook a battery up backwards. First of all, the cables are not designed to reach that far when they are hooked up backwards. Also, the posts on the battery and, consequently, the connector on the cables; are different sizes, with one post being larger than the other. The cables and posts, match by size/polarity, are designed this way to prevent people from hooking the battery up backwards. In order to hook it up backwards, they had to beat the smaller connector onto the larger post and, over tighten the larger connector on the smaller post. That is determination!Admittedly, I can be hard-headed at times so, I decided to give them another try yesterday when I sent my wife there with her Toyota Camry for an oil and filter change. She is Filipino and new to the United States so, she called me when she arrived and I personally spoke to the technician on her phone. Her vehicle is a earlier model so I asked that they put a heavier weight oil in the engine plus a quart of Lucas oil treatment to help the engine not burn oil due to the wear and tear of the high mileage. About 30 minutes later, I get a phone call from the technician informing me that they had messed up and put the thinner oil in the engine and forgot to put the Lucas oil treatment in the engine as well. Rather than correcting their mistake, they told me that I would have to wait until my next scheduled oil change to have the correct oil and the treatment put in my engine. When I saw my wife later that afternoon, she said that the employees got into a full-blown argument in front of her vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague.Update: Following my wifes visit, which is detailed above, my wife told me that she was smelling something like fuel or oil inside of her car. I got in the car and turned on the air conditioner and sure enough, there was a very strong engine oil smell. I looked under the hood and discovered that the Car Care Clinic technician failed to screw on the oil fill cap. The oil fill cap screws into the valve cover, which is, as aptly named; a cover for the engine valves. Since the oil fill cap was just sitting on top of the hole, rather than screwed in, oil had splattered from the engine valves, out of the hole, onto the hood insulation and the back firewall. This is where the strong smell of engine oil was coming from as it filtered through the engine compartment into the interior of the vehicle. It was only sheer luck that the oil fill cap was still there, as it was not screwed on at all. It was just sitting on top of the hole that it is supposed to be screwed into. This was, without question, the very worst auto service experience I have ever had, or heard of.

Im disability & cant bend over ALOT or squat. I stopped by & a very sweet young man checked the air & added air in the tires! No charge which was startling 2me. 1st company Ive been 2n a long time that was this nice & when I asked how much it would be 4a oil change for the truck I was in the price was SUPER REASONABLE! The shop area from what I could see was VERY clean. They are the best! We had wheel issues on Memorial Day weekend. We tried to take the van to Gateway, but they were unpleasant and couldnt help us. We called around and Care Care Clinic could see us. Dont go here! The oil change side is disorganized and you will wait forever depending on who is working. Just waited an hour before leaving and I was second in line. I left without getting my oil changed and the first car was still not done. They were good in the past but some new guy was running things and he is clueless. I will not be back

Quick , efficient service. Theyll try to upsale with add one, but theyre just trying to make a dollar. As a woman in a mechanic shop, I generally trust them.

Great service. They got me in the afternoon of a highway breakdown and had the problem ready to be fixed the same day. I decided to wait till the next day and they had me ready to roll by 10am on a Saturday.

They did an awesome job and got me in and out within 15 minutes for an oil change. Ive had horrible experiences with one of the other spots down the road and when I expressed that, the workers were very professional and said they would do better. Cleaned up inside of car and vacuumed as well. Will return!

I came in to change oil on one of my work small hatchback cars that took 4.5 quarts of oil and it costed $65-68. Thats not even primary issue. The guys took forever to acknowledge me. I didnt know where the entrance was neither was I derected by anything or anyone to it. Also the guys threw keys across the air and dropped them on the ground, that showed minimal care for personal property of clients. Then when I finally got out into a waiting area, the guy came in and said I need your keys and he has already gotten them from me, so I stated just that. And he says what did I do with it? I was like umm, I dont know. Everyone chuckled. Expensive, careless, and terrible service. Stay clear of this place.

Went in to get a 28 point inspection and when I left I realized they had left the engine cover off. When I went back to get the engine cover they said they never took it off and that they didnt make an engine cover for my car. When I explained they did and then showed them pictures they said they couldnt help me.

Awful experience. They will do a poor job if it even gets done at all and will attempt to scam you out of your money. Will not be returning

Oil change took less then 20 minutes to fill 15 quarts and top my coolant, even helped me out with some extra oil and a funnel.

Spilled oil all over engine, which messed up 3rd plug. Engine light came on, I had to have plugs changed.
