Oil levels 3 weeks after oil change… I had a great experience with their customer service. Great staff but I got this warning that my engine oil levels are at a minimum. Went ahead and opened the hood and noticed oil all over the engine and there seems to be a leak. Too bad this happens going into a long weekend.Took it to a shop and oil filter gasket seems like it wasn’t replaced. All of this has caused the oil to get on the belt as well which will need replacement. Definitely not a great first impression for this shop. Too bad they seemed real nice and professional but quality of service is not there.

These guys were the most professional techs I have ever experienced. When you see an error message on a BMW that says TRANSMISSION you feel the car is done. Steve changed that perception completely around. Thank you. My car was fixed and did not break the bank and rums excellent again. THANK YOU.

I have gotten so used to people gouging me and recommending repairs I dont need I was shocked when it didnt happen at Bergmans! Thats kind of a sad commentary about most auto repair places but it is a testament to how well-treated we were at Bergmans and a guarantee that well be back the next time our Mercedes needs service.

Carl and his team do a great job on our cars. They perform a quality service at a reasonable cost. We trust them to work on our vehicles and have recommended them to friends.

Excellent diagnostic service and timing. The only thing that kept them from a top score is more a BMW 550i issue. There is a minor antifreeze leak of 1/3 gallon every few weeks. Repair cost estimate for the hose was about $1200. I blame BMW engineering for that. Thanks for your efforts. Well done Bergman team.

I think these reviews are bogus. I am a single woman trying to find a dependable auto shop. I called to see if they could look at my volkswagen jetta for an oil leak. They told me sure. After a day with the car and $85 charge, they tell me I need to take it to volkswagen dealership cause they dont work on engines. They said they are charging me cause they had to replace the key battery and had to get the car started several times cause the battery was dead. Such a waste of our time. So they made $85 off us for doing absolutely nothing but replacing the battery on the key. So sad.

This is my second time using this company and like the first, the advisors were honest, professional and very knowledgeable. Just a note, before my first visit to Bergman’s I had taken my vehicle to the dealer to fix the same problem three times and they still did not fix it to my satisfaction. I found out about Bergmans European Auto and took my car to them to get fixed and after the repair the issue was actually fixed. I have found a new home for all my auto needs with reasonable repair costs.

Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I arrived early before they were supposed to open. They were already there ready to help and explain work. I needed a lot of work done and they helped me pick out the most important services so I could make it affordable and will continue to have my car fixed there. I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done. My car was vibrating quite a bit and one of the things they fixed made for a lot smoother ride. Very happy!!! Highly recommend them.

Very professional and honest mechanics!

I usually do the work on my own car but I needed something done that I did not want to do. I called in and spoke to one of the reps (Steve?). He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He called me back (promptly) with a quote for the work I needed. I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be much more than what I ended up paying. When I got the car back I did my own checks on it and was very happy with the work. Also my car came back to me cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I will be back when I have more work I dont want to do.

I use to live in the Brandon area about two years ago when I first used this shop for my vehicle needs. Very clean very professional. I recently moved to Hudson Florida which is about an hour and 15 minutes away. And I could have easily found a local mechanic. But I chose to keep the shop because of their professional attitude and a job well done.

My 1st experience with Bergmans, but definitely not my last! Ive found a new service-home for my 2016 BMW X-5. With 50k miles on the odometer, the dealerships estimate for front brakes, rotors, spark plugs and an air filter was RIDICULOUS. I took my Beamer to Berman, where I received excellent customer service and repair/replacement services at half the cost.

I bought a 09 VW CC used, I had a lot of issues. I took it to the dealership for some work which was extremely expensive. Then I found Bergmans. The work they did was excellent not only did I have my car back a day early but the workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness was unmatched. Bergmans is top notch.

First time using Bergman’s, I was having trouble with My Volvo with my usual repair shop and wanted a second opinion on the repairs needed. We found customer service very helpful when we called to make an appointment, we explained our problems and they listened, we scheduled an appointment for a few days later, when we dropped the car off customer service were again very helpful and listened to my history of the car and suggested certain things of what they could and should do and gave me an estimate of cost and said they would call me back with their findings. Later that day they called with their results and suggestions of what we should and can do, we discussed in detail and agreed to what needed to be done right away and what could be left while I think about it for a while, they again gave me a estimate of the cost , the next day they called car was complete, I picked it up and paid the bill as quoted, since then the car has been fine, great service all round, thank you Bergman’s

As a matter of fact, I did find another mechanic who did work on my vehicle to help restore it to almost new. I have another car to drive but wanted to work on this one. It is now very safe and fun to drive. New tires, front end, rear end, windows and lots more. All I need is a paint job now. I was looking for a specialist in my type of vehicle and I guess it wasnt new enough for you. No problem. I just wanted everyone to know that if you have an older European vehicle that needs work that youd like to get restored or even just worked on, this is NOT the place to go.

Excellent service. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle before I even brought the vehicle in. Price I paid for battery and installation was nearly $200 cheaper than the dealership quote with a warranty. Trustworthy guys who I would definitely pay another visit to!

Bermans was quick to look at our vehicle and provide a clear update on what happened and what steps we should take. It is not to often a mechanic tells you that no further work is needed and the car is in good shape. Most mechanics will try to take advantage of a situation and they did not. Needed them to look at the parking brake service warning light on my volvo, and possibly reset computer.Turns out the computer is defective and there is a technical service advisory for the issue.Gave me several suggestions on how to proceed from here to correct the problem.Very honest company and I plan on going back for other work on our cars.

These guys are awesome!I needed wheel bearings done on my Audi A4. Got quotes from a couple places. Not only were they the quickest to get back to me with a quote, They did both bearings for the same price the dealer quoted for just 1 bearing.They communicate quickly via email and phone and were swift and clear keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs.They also offer a loaner car service for a very reasonable price with a confirmed appointment.After the work they check in a couple days later to make sure everything is working correct and if you are happy with their work. Awesome customer service! I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs.

The quality of service was great 👍🏾! The gentleman that assisted me was very patient in explaining all of the issues that were going on with my vehicle. Their prices are “fair”. They are more reasonable then the Mercedes-Benz dealership,. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it would be great if they opened at 7AM instead of 7:30AM to give us working folks a little more leeway to make it to work on time . Overall, a good experience.

I have been with them for 14 years now,. Great work, reliable and they have kept my cars in great running order. Cost, well with BMW and Mercedes you expect it to cost, to keep them running well, but here you will get a better price with great performance, dealer work cant touch them.

Top notch service! My BMW needed some work done and my co-worker mentioned Bergmans works on BMWs at a fair price unlike the BMW dealerships.
