Isabel Mira sent me an email about a different policy Holder providing personal information about someone else , I explained she was asking about someone else but she implied I should had know that even when she asked about someone else she meant in regards my car policy now she never attempted to call to email prior to July but according to her she left numeral messages and emails and in reality the only voice-mail she left was because I asked her to Call right away which she called 4 hours later while at work and the only thing she said was Im calling you because you asked me . She never once indicated that it was in reality related to my car policy instead of providing personal information from someone else. Which by the way she violated HIPPA . Honestly they say they protect you but you better off with a cheaper car insurance rather than having people violating personal information and providing it to unauthorized callers without any claims involved.By the way my name is Alma and the car it is mine but was never in any accident the other policy holder was with a different car .

I have had Maria Miranda State Farm Auto Insurance for 20+ years, since I lived in the Tampa area (Hillsborough Co.), and now in Saint Pete (Pinellas Co.). My high performance vehicle (in mint condition) was damaged in a parking lot. State Farm immediately hooked me up with a local body shop of my choice, as well as a car rental. My car was fixed within four days, and it looked great. I paid my deductible and 20% of the car rental. I then called and thanked Maria Miranda (via a representative) for an extremely quick response, high degree of professionalism, and the caring attitude in which her office handled my claim. I’m sticking State Farm, specifically that office, even though I live on the other side of the bay now!

I had homeowners and auto insurance with State Farm in Des Moines, IA for over 12 years. I moved to Brandon, FL in 2015 and was told that i could not get auto insurance and had to try back in a year. In 2016 i was giving a auto and renters insurance policy and have been a customer ever since. In 2019 i was involved in a car accident that was not my fault and i was just informed a week ago that because of that accident my policy is being dropped. I was very upset to hear that after over 16 years with State Farm and they get rid of you after 1 accident that was not your fault. I get that the decision comes from underwriting and not the agent , but the process still is not fair. You pay insurance companies to have you back and it seems once you cost them some money, they get rid of you, is that not the reason you pay them? to cover damages and have your back? It worked out good for me anyway, my new insurance company has giving me the same coverage that State Farm has for $120.00 a month less.

Very expensive insurance, they do have good customer service. That being said, even if you are in an accident they still try to sell you more unrelated services.

If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve have ever witnessed in my life! I’ve had this company for car insurance for 4 years and every time was such a hassle. They dropped me in July for having 4 tows, even though I had emergency road side service for my car that I paid for monthly. It was such a pain to call and get a statement because my monthly payments went up every month.... every time I asked about it they always gave some excuse. Worst company ever!!!

Kemi made buying a car so much less stressful! My car turned 10 years old and I realized it was time for a new one so I started frantically searching. I made a list of at least 15 cars with different years and models and she gave me a quote on each one, informing me how much my insurance would change each month. As soon as I bought my new car, it took all of 10 minutes to switch from my old car to new car. If you’re looking to stop your day, have to babysit adults into doing their job for basic customer service, look no further than Maria Maranda State Farm. I placed a request to cancel my Renter’s policy and auto pay yesterday because I have moved and was told by the 24 hour service representative I would hear back the same day during business hours from an agent from the agency. It’s now the next day and I have still never heard back (of course).Well consider me heard; your service is atrocious. If you can take the time to post on your business Facebook, you can take the time to contact your customers back. I’m sure if I had a payment due, you’d have no problem contacting me. Because I’ve already renewed my policy for the month, I’m no longer a priority to you. If that’s how it is, you’re no longer a priority to me as I will be calling Corporate State Farm to file a formal complaint about you and your location for inadequate business practices.Im sure Ive not heard back from you because you want to fake your numbers by putting off a cancelation to show better numbers, that is not going to work with me, this will be resolved today, either by your office and me speaking or your office and your corporate office speaking, but it will be addressed. I recommend anyone who sees this do the same as me and look for a company that has adequate business practices and a leader whom cares.

My first auto insurance company, did business for 8 years. This is a great office representing statefarm. I did apreciated the great customer service, the friendly staff who were always kind, and professional, flexible and helpful. Truly an exemplary way to practice business. I canceled my policy after State Farms claims unit refused to acknowledge a loss sustained from collision. Marias office coordinated with myself and the claims department to indemnify me for the loss resultant of the collision. In the end, after I upheld every aspect of our contract; State farm did not. My car hit a really old vacuum tv- super thick glass. It pretty much blew up chipped my windshield and parts of the paint on the hood. After several days back and forth with the claims department I finally got a Sr. rep who told me there was no way I could actually prove the damage to my car came from the collision and as a result it would be fraud to attempt claim such damages. I take great pride in the appearance of my car and for the few hundred dollars you saved by not upholding the contract that I signed with you- you lost a lifelong customer.

Dont use unless you want to discover you have gone without insurance for over a month because their office screwed up and did not document my new drivers license over 5 years ago, so they randomly cancelled my policy saying my DL was expired. However, my DL is current and does NOT expire until 2019. None of my information has been updated over the past five years (new addresses, new DL) despite it being given to them.
