EDIT: Since the owner replied with obvious cover up. Heres the facts:Called Monday at 1:08pm for a quote for a Wednesday 6:00 Pick up. He said he could do it no problem But they said it would be end of day, maybe 6:30I told them as long as it was 6:30, I could do it.I call at 4:21pm on Wednesday to check up on the progress and see if it was availble as I live about 40 mins away. They told me 2 hours before the scheduled time for pick up that they didnt have the materials to print.This is twice now, the business has been caught in a lie. 8 business working hours Updating review to 1 star for lack of Customer Support.Cons-Missed deadline agreed upon. Week late.-Lack of communication when deadline was going to be missed. I called the day it was suppose to be done and was given an excuse they were aware of the issue days before.Pros-product does look decent

Very unsatisfied with the decal that was made for my vehicle. First time they made the wrong color, and the wrong size they changed the color and when we went to place the sticker on the windshield the sticker was 6 shorter than what we ordered. When we called about it we were told that they can not change it again because they already changed it once free of charge. So I am stuck with a decal that I am not happy with. I will not ever use them for anything ever again. Do not recommend this location.

Great and easy to work with!

I reached out to signs now (Luke) on Wednesday to get some basic advertising done on my truck and trailer and informed them that I needed it done as soon as possible. After I sent the verbiage via email to them that day I didnt get any response from back. I called them Thursday to see what was going on and Luke had to go back to find the email that hadnt even been opened. He then said they couldnt work with my logo because of the file type and I needed to resend one. I sent a revised logo that day, still no response back. I contacted them today to get an update and Luke said he couldnt find it, then realized one of the designers had already opened it. He proceeded to tell me that they would have to clean up the logo for upwards of $45-$75 (maybe even more he said) and that they would no longer be able to guarantee the installation date. Keep in mind, Ive NEVER had any advertising agency or company have problems with this logo or charge me to fix it up. So I told Luke I was going to go with somebody else because of their poor customer service and because of the headache it was and he didnt seem to care one bit. I say all this to say, they might have great pricing but their customer service sucks and they dont place their customers as a priority.

Great People, the best sign shop around

Terrible customer service over the phone. Lady was very curt and came across as rude. She said things like ‘I can’t pull a sign out of my gut’ wow! Really? Kept asking me to email information, but I wanted to just give the information over the phone. Talking to her was like pulling teeth, finally I said just forget it.

I have been using this place for years. I have never had a problem with them and they have always got my work done in time.

Great staff and quality work.

I went to make a quote, they took my number and told me that the next day they called me to give me the information, and obviously it never happened, 👎
