Just blew a valve stem in my work truck that I NEED tomorrow.Called and spoke with Tom.....he said bring it right in. Got here with the tire and Larry took over and had the new stem installed in about 3 minutes.Heading home to put the wheel/tire back on the truck and Im good to go.....all this 20 minutes before they close....on a Saturday. Ive been coming to this location for years. THIS IS WHY.Thanks again Tom and Larry!

I had an appointment at 12 got there 11:55 AM, I was the only customer at the store, there were some other cars, the guy behind the counter let me wait 2 hours and I was still waiting without them asking for the key of the car, he kept saying we are busy! After 2 hours waiting I left. I never seen such a think in any other town fair tires. Never will be back there.

I did not have an appointment and they were very busy however he took the time to meet with me and assured me that he would get the job done as soon as possible. 15 minutes later I was good to go. Going to tell you right now, if theres one person who has been here more times in a month than me, Id be genuinely surprised.With that being said, every time Ive been here Ive been met with curteousy and politeness on par with what I would expect from any town fair tire. Cant say this about all locations Ive been to, so its a welcome experience that deserves to be shared.The staff are welcoming, upfront, knowledgeable while being willing to provide you with all details available that you might be concerned about/unsure of.The turnaround is generally quick for the services provided, the only delay would be the time waiting for others in the bay, but from what Ive experienced there isnt usually a large wait, and if there is, the guys in back do well enough to power through.Overall, for the amount of times Ive come back, and how displeased I was originally (had a bit of a poor experience due to the nature of my vehicle ((not a typical car)) the management at this location have done as much as they possibly could to assure me that I was in good hands.As far as national retailers go, youll have your fair share of mixed experience, but at this particular location Ive been fortunate to feel well taken care of, and Id recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, confident experience.At the end of the day, your wheels are your cars foundation. Dont overlook their importance.

Went there at first was a good experience they helped me get the tires I wanted and had them delivered next day. Downside get ready for this. Put the complete wrong psi on all 4 tires was basically driving around on flats, they told me they did the aliment which they either didn’t do or they messed it up a lot worse. To be honest all this not worth $600 I’ll go somewhere else from now on

HAD 4 NEW TIRES PUT ON AND AN ALIGNMENT 5 MONTHS AGOI WENT BACK FOR FREE TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENTTOM STATED THE ALIGNMENT GUY WAS NEW AND MY F350 WOULD BE TO DIFFICULT FOR HIM. HE TOOK MY KEYS AND CAME BACK AND SAID THAT THEIR LIFT COULD NOT LIFT MY TRUCK. I STATED THAT THEY HAVE ALIGNED MY TRUCK BEFORE. HE SAID THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE. I ASKED TOM FOR A SOLUTION AND MY MONEY BACK FROM MY OTHER ALIGNMENT THAT THEY COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY DONE.. TOM REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Townfair tire in braintree is the besstttt the manager ,Tom i believe was so accommodating. Did me one better not only price matching sullivans but also going cheaper. Super nice crew who actually fixed my key fob on top of fixing my tire pressure and changing my tire such a fantastic team.

I had to have flat tires replaced on two separate occasions. There was too much sidewall damage to repair the tires both times. Both times, they were honest and courteous. In fact, on the second occasion, Larry who was working at the counter, knew that I only had a tight window in between meetings, so he personally put a tire on for me and I was out the door in no time... many thanks!

I called minutes before they closed with a leaking tire and they took care of me. Service manager Marco stayed late to hook me up. Their process are always good, but their service is even better.

Weve been buying our tires from Town Fair for years. This past week we hit what must have been a large patch of dropped screw. Over the last couple days we have had 3 tires go flat. We took each one to Town Fair and they have been amazing. They continued to update be about status and when they worked on the 3rd tire they checked them all just to make sure the issues were taken care of.

Had an issue with a nail in a run flat tire. I was told by others you can never repair a run flat. In the past I have used Town Fair on Grove Street in Braintree for wheels and tires so I thought I would give them a try. I brought the tire to Town Fair and spoke to the gentleman behind the counter, I think his name is Tom. He said he would take a look and let me know if it wax fixable. I received a call the next day, expecting to have to pay 300+ for a new run flat, he informed me he was able to repair the tire and I could pick it up any time. I had called 4 different tire shops and all happy to quote me for a new tire but not interested in helping me out at all. I should of just gone to Town Fare in the first place. Tom the manager is extremely rude. If there is an issue with your tire Rod they will not tell you charge you for an alignment that can not be done with a bad tire Rod. Manager even admitted his staff isn’t trained. Never do business with them again. Be careful they will not tell if your tires will come off since “they aren’t mechanics”

The town fair in brockton is the worst place that you can go to get tires never going g to them again

I made a 4 tire change appointment on my 19 Toyota Tacoma online a week out at 1pm . Showed up a little before 1pm and they took it in a soon after. As curious as I am, I took a look at the shop in the back and the crew was putting in hard work as expected. Mr. Larry was friendly and helpful. I’ll go back to this shop for any tire service again. Thank you to the crew who changed my tires and aligned it.Also, the price quoted online after a price match was the same when I showed up. No up selling on any parts or services from any employees. I wanted a all 4 alignment so I gave the go ahead on that for $60. A good deal and practice whenever swapping out an entire set of tires to a new one.Update: Dropped it to a 4/5 for a reason. It is the day after. All is still well with the vehicle. However... I inspect the wheels and photograph it before turning it over to a shop every time. I have noticed that on one wheel, there is a inch long deep scratch on the outer rim. I bit disappointed I’ve got to be honest. I have also noticed that on one of the Factory TPMS Valve stems have been replaced by a different one. The original must have broken during the install and mount. Would have liked to have been let known at the very least. TPMS still registers you the vehicles computer though which is good.

Another store told my wife they couldn’t plug a hole in her tire, and that she would have to pay $1000 for four new tires. I brought the car into Town Fair and they plugged the hole and saved me $990. Thank you Matt.

Thomas Quinn (Manager of the Store), did an excellent job in guiding me to get the right tires at the right price for my SUV. The shop was clean and the men were professional yet personable. A quality rarely found in most car service places. I strongly recommend Town Fair Tire in Braintree for your car needs. I only wish TFT can do oil changes and brake jobs. Then they will be a force to contend with.

The customer service there is AMAZING.... They are friendly and helpful they always have a coupon for you and they are nice people. At first i wasnt happy with the braintree one but they helped me out. I usually go to quincy & got 4 new tires 2 mths ago. Somehow a nail ended up in my rear tire. Couldve been plugged but guy said it couldnt cause outside was worn. How? So he wanted me to buy another new tire. I called quincy & they called them & gave me a credit. I got ins to be safe & only pd for them to put it on. So all in all not too bad.

I had a GREAT experience at the town fair tire in Braintree. Tom and his crew there are amazing and they have phenomenal customer service. Second time here - overall great service and good prices. Only four stars because I asked them to rotate fronts to rear after replacing and they didnt. In all fairness Ill probably go up to five stars when I get the rears done.

Damaged my car and denied liability. The day after I picked up my car I realized my fender/bumper had been significantly damaged. I reached out to the manager, and the district manager. Both claim their cameras are only live feed and dont record anything. They said my car was probably side swiped, but I have my own driveway. I called and the man on the desk said it couldnt be us we take before and after pictures, I came after work and he then said he was confused they didnt take a before picture.

I had a totally terrible morning, followed by a blown tire. I waited many hours for a tow, that never showed. I called all around for closest tire shop, but by this time it was 5... everyone was closed. However Towne Fair Tire in Braintree came to rescue! I slowly made my way there, Matt held a bay for us, so we could have it changed today. The tech was fast and super nice, even wished our pet in the hospital well I wish I remembered his name. A day long nightmare, fixed in under 10 minutes.These guys are Heroes! Cant thank you all enough.

Had a great experience at Braintree Town Fair Tire. Prices were amazing; I told them the quotes I recieved from other places, and they dropped their price to below the competitors. Furthermore, the gentleman that helped me was great- helpful, fair, explained things to me, etc. Didnt try to talk me into things I didnt need, as Ive experienced at other places. Took only a little over an hour to have 2 wheels replaced and to patch a third (including sanding rust out of the rim sidewall.Would definitely recommend as the best place to go if you need new tires!

I purchased 4 new tires in town Fair Tire, Braintree, Ma. Just 3 days, one tire flat slowly so I came to repair. My tire sensor was still good before I came here. I was broken, I have paid more money and lost too much time. I had made big mistake. I will not buy more tire in town fair tire any where.

Twice Ive been handed a piece of my wheel and been told its broken. First time a lug nut was stripped, the second time they broke the lug nut stud. Both times I ended up going to my dealer to have the issue fixed. Even if the wheel is safe with 4/5 lug nuts I came in with a complete car and left missing a piece.

Tom was awesome and went beyond to help me out. I would definitely go back to Braintree all because of Tom the manager. Also Larry was a pleasure who processed all the paperwork and treated me the way every customer should be treated no matter what. Five stars for Braintree Town Fair Tire.______________________11/4/19One is too much. low tire pressure light came on so I went to Braintree. It was 2 in the afternoon and every bay was busy which I understand. The employee who was actually rude told me about 2 hours. I told him Ill come back around 6. He said that should be fine. Well I got there at 5:45 to get just air in my tire. That same rude employee was there. He checked my tires out front and then tells me 45 minute wait. Only 2 bays were taken and if Im right it only takes not even 5 minutes to put air in tires. I took my keys and WILL NOT RETURN TO THEM EVER. Ive been a customer for years...no more rude employees.

I recommend this place. The guy who attended me could be in a better mood. In the other hand I waited until my car gets done almost 3 hours but as far as Im not a mechanic I will just wish could be faster.

This Town Fair is so much better than the one at the Quincy line. Every time I have been there the guys are fast, courteous and very professional.If you are having a flat fixed they do all the little things right like cleaning the bead of the wheel, torquing the lug nuts properly and putting your trunk back in order.

My tire was punctured, I had limited time today. Larry was a fantastic service man, he was quick, efficient and very professional .I was very impressed with the great service experience. I highly recommend Town Faire in Braintree.

Everything was nice. they took me in right away. They send you a text when your car is going in and when its ready. Unlike the Quincy location, parking here is easy and its not as busy.

I went into town fair tire a few months ago and purchased 4 tires. they say they give you a free alignment. after i get there they recommend that you get an additional factory spec alignment. I didnt want any problems with my tires. I figured it would be good to protect a 700 dollar investment. They said they would knock a regular 80 dollar alignment down to 50 bucks. So they did all the work and printed a sheet showing what your cars alignment was before and after. I didnt think much of it. I thought they knew what they were doing. Come to find out both front tires on the outside worn down substantially. I went and looked at the paper they gave me showing the alignment and i noticed that they never did what they said they were going do and they charged me for it anyway. So i brought my truck back and told them i want two new front tires and another alignment. But they said no they cant do that cause the tires are only 1/2 worn and they are still good. 1/2 worn after 15000 miles. wow thats not good life expectancy. all they offered me was another free alignment. So now Im going to call the corporate office and see what they say and if nothing happens well have to see a judge. Mabie the corporate office will take care of this problem. i dont know. But i do not recommend you go to a place that does one job all day long every day and they still havent masted it yet. They also couldnt get my outer tie rods to move so i went and replaced them for them. I asked if they saw anything wrong in the front end to let me know. id rather fix it than chew up tires. They said everything was good.

These folks are the last people in the world ANYONE should go to. I went to the shop with one nail in each back tire and as a team they all said that they didnt know how to remove the nail. they also kept encouraging me to buy new tires from them instead of fixing the nail......I have been thru this more then 10 times in my 20 years of driving and have never had anyone try so hard to have my debit card in their hands...I decided to just fill up my tire with air and I drove directly to Dorchester where a real tire expert fixed both of my tires in 5 minutes for $8 each tire. Town Fair Tire at Braintree employees a bunch rude, careless and lazy people who pose as mechanics.

I went into there store thinking I had to get a new tire. After I was told at another ship I needed one. The Braintree staff looked at it and had it repaired. And back on the road in no time.

2 time back and agion taken care of. Had a Toms light on in car and the guy at the frount desk came out and reset the light.

Purchased 4 new tires in december, had to go back 3 times due to loud rumbling and vibrations while driving on the highway, it was definitely a wheel balancing issue and they checked the tires and re-balanced them, issue is still there. They also left 2 of my tires without a stem cap and highly over-inflated my tires, which can damage them. I went to a different tire shop and they said my wheels were not balanced correctly, so theres proof town fair tire doesnt do a good job at all. Also they didnt perform the TPMS re-conditioning as two of my TPMS sensors were corroded and leaked air shortly after, so again these guys dont even do the services properly that you pay for. The tire mechanics do a very sloppy and lazy job and as you can see, didnt even give me the correct services that I paid for and they are too lazy to correct a simple tire balancing issue. I highly recommend you avoid this place, you wont get your moneys worth and youll get ripped off. Also the employees at the front end are completely incompetent to do their job, they always seemed confused with peoples keys and orders and theyre very unorganized. The multiple times I went there they never told me what was done or fixed on my car, they just hand you keys and send you off on your way without even saying a word, you HAVE to ask which is unprofessional on their end.

It was my first time there and maybe the last time, I was treated very poorly at the Braintree location today! the front desk person who completed my transaction was rude and very unprofessional.

These guys really saved me. I came in late in the afternoon and was stranded hundreds of miles away from home. They got me going in no time.

Solid option for tires. The pricing is competitive. Weve had great experiences with both Rome and Tom there. Many thanks to them both. They were helpful - answered questions, explained issues well, gave good options and were personable. Much better experience here than at other local tire dealers and car dealerships.Other suggestions:1. Check prices online with Town Fair. Sometimes there are online deals and rebates.2. Research tires online. TFs online ratings define the strengths of one tire vs the next. Other sites can help with tire decisions also. Ex: Toyo vs Michelin.3. Plan ahead if at all possible. Some tires are not in stock. If you have a few days, then get the best tires for you, schedule your appointment in advance and have TF deliver your favorite tires to your local dealer. Braintree and Norwood are good TF locations.4. Consider paying for four-wheel computer alignment, especially for SUVs and trucks. Usually worth it

I bought 4 Hankook tires and a front & bk alignment for $595.00 total, I couldnt have been happier.

3.5 hour wait for new tires when i had a 10 am appointment. only 1 guy working in back . Employee Larry at desk took 15 minutes to check me in talking on his cellphone. Wasnt able to get my car until 1:58pm . Horrible.

I sent a colleague down to have snow tires put on her car. She had contemplated trading her FWD Chevy Impala in for an AWD vehicle. I told her you really should look into getting snow tires. I had told her I had a set of Yokohama ice guards on mine and how I love them. She could not stop talking about her experience with John Oung in particular and how honest and professional he was. She has found a new love for her vehicle and she feels safer than ever carrying her grandchildren around. She works in Braintree and lives in Bridgewater, but she said she will never go anywhere else but the Braintree location to deal with John because she trusts him. She would have wrote this review her self but she isnt computer savy. I can not thank John enough for making this a great experience for her, and I will continue to refer people to John as will she.
