I made an initial appointment with this firm on wood rd in braintree,ma. i then canceled it 3 to 4 days before the date of service. they insist they came and billed me 65.00. i insist they did not. they said if the bill was not paid they would give it to a collection agency. i paid it because i have excellent credit and do not want it damaged. very very poor business practices. would never recommend them. p cardarelli, quincy,ma.

They do a great job employees very friendly to our dogs thank you for making our home a little nicer. If you are thinking about it just do it great value and they email you when its done.
