Very friendly staff at the time of my visit. They have decent stock. I went for car seats and I found less collection. It would be nice if they had more collections. I understand it’s space constraint but they should atleast have it online which aren’t.

Went to the Braintree AutoZone on Ivory Street normally I go to the Quincy one on Southern Avenue which is fantastic the employees are excellent then knowledgeable and I always leave their satisfied. The Braintree one I was underwhelmed the employee there was not very welcoming and considering I shop at AutoZone quite a bit I was disappointed when he did not give me my 10% discount which I always receive when I go to the Quincy AutoZone he told me not yet but considering I was spending $223 I figured he would hook me up but he must not have noticed the fact that I have multiple vehicles on hands underneath my phone number and I spend that much money in there all the time and due to the fact that I can also get 20% off online if I make an online purchase instead but I needed it right away so I had to go in store

Autozone as a corporation would do well to instill some type of employee training for its workers, as it seems like it puts no effort into its employment practices and youre sort of left to fend for yourself, which, given the category of store youre in, isnt exactly unexpected.Lot of men with prior experience and specific intention that walk through, so questions are likely few, but it would be nice to know the employees are trained / experienced in the products in the instance a younger man or elderly lady hobbles on in, as quite a few times Ive asked opinions only to be met with shrugs and Im not sure s .. though, on the contrary, Ive had quite a few managers give me their earnest opinion, to positive results.As with anything else, your experience will vary.

Great place this particular AutoZone Im on first name basis with them Im in there all the time theyre very smart individuals there they know what to look for they know what parts I need and they always do wonderful when it comes to warranties if you want a part store that you can continue to stay at this particular AutoZone is that place

Overpriced, customer service is non-existent, 3 employees present, only 1 could cash me out, but first he had to fill an order to be delivered. I paid $12.99 for gas stabilizer that is $4.85 on Amazon. Only in an emergency will I ever give AutoZone my business in the future.

The gentleman working there went above and beyond helping me put an air filter in my car.

I bought (2) Bosch Envisions wiper blades. There is a promotion that if you buy 2 Bosch Envisions wipers and mail the mail-in rebate to AutoZone, I would receive $15.00.But when I cashed out, I asked the cashier where is the mail-in rebate was, because there was nothing on my receipt for that promotion. The cashier made sure the promotion was still available and took $15.00 out of the draw since I did not receive the mail-in rebate on my receipt. It was cool of him to do that!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great for minors who love to shop at AutoZone Auto Parts. No public restrooms inside the store. Store was clean and fresh for minors. Great for car repairs.

Town of Braintree has a requirement for everyone to wear a mask to protect from COVID-19. The manager and staff member working on june 29th were not covering their mouth and nose. One had it hanging under his chin. The manager was not wearing his mask at all, just holding it in his hands. Not impressed with the staff here. I walked out and went next door buying the electrical parts I needed from West Marine.

Great customer service

Normal auto parts store. It was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helped me find what I did need. I was looking for oil and some paint. I will be back here for all of my car parts needs.

No one in the staff was wearing a mask... One guy on the register was even coughing but did not bother to put on a mask! I was in disbelief when I stepped in. On top of it they gave me a condescending look when I went for checkout! I regretted going in..... if it wasnt for my partner, I would have left right away!

An ok parts place. They can be helpful and they can be annoying. Depends on who waited on you. I would say overall the parts quality is ok. Nothing compared to am OEM part but thats reflected in the price. The loan a tool program is great. Often its the only reason I chose them.

I see why they don’t charge for charging batteries, I was told one hour, An hour later I was told 30 minutes. 25 minutes later they locked the door and told me to pick it up tomorrow. Brought another battery to another auto zone because this one only had one charger and they told me it would take at least 4 hours to pick it up tomorrow 🤨 🤣 🤷
