Was told amazing things about Mass Rehab but I had a horrible experience. I suppose it depends on luck on who you get to work with and I definitely wasnt lucky. Not only did she ask unnecessary questions but I felt judged and she gave conflicting information repeatedly. I was told Id hear back within 60 days whether or not I was approved and its been almost three, with messages left as to the status and still no call back. Its very discouraging.

They helped me pay for school, and the lady was really nice.

Very friendly and, helpful. They will help you to the maximum if you let them in enough on what you need assistance with.

Its ok. Wish they made it easier to be attended..js.
