I started at the gym as a complete newbie and I was prepared to be daunted, especially as a younger woman coming into a competitive martial art gym. Allan and his team are professionals through and through, and made me feel comfortable right away. I never felt judged - only encouraged to keep learning and progressing at my own pace.They focus on the basics of fighting while incorporating more complex fighting techniques and sequences so you can learn how to actually use the fundamental skills like elbows and teep kicks.If you are interested in learning martial arts or honing your skills, I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Best place to be, if you are truly interested on learning the classic Muay Thai (Muay Boran) and modern Muay Thai. The school is a exactly replica of a Thailands school, and not only the art is taught there, but the culture, the language and the real technique. The school has a family atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming, from coaches to students, always willing to help, support and guide you throughout the learning.Grand Master Suphan, who is based in Thailand, comes when he can leave his own school in Thailand, and spend time teaching and transferring all his knowledge with love and care.SitSuphan Muay Thai Boran is my second home, and theres no other place I rather be! Awesome gym with amazing people. This is not a meat head gym with intimidating people. Everyone is friendly and willing to help if asked. If you want to learn to fight and get into Muay Thai, this is the gym.
