Love it, great deals, went to pick a bigger wedding ring. It was amazing! The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly!! Dont remember her name saddly but she gave me a lot of time to choose and that was great! Will visit this place again for sure! 😊

Theyre giving my wife very hard times to fix ONE ring - our wedding ring!1. At first they said that fixing her ring will take 1 week, its been 3 weeks and they did nothing .2. They sent an email with a $150 estimate cost of fixing. When she called them today they said itll cost $350!!3. She keeps calling them and every representative gives a different answer. Also they all say they will call her back and no one calls back until she has to call again!!Thats SO frustrating and unprofessional!

I came into Braintree to purchase diamond studs. The pair that I picked was too expensive ao I picked out a smaller pair. Well the pair that I picked was not diamonds and didnt realize it until I came in 2 months later to clean them and give them to my niece. Now I did say I was looking for diamonds. The associate that cleaned the jewelry informed me what kind of stone it was.Called back to get there return policy and of course I am outside the return date and offered store credit. Im so so upset. I dont want a credit I just want my money back and never to visit Zales again. Sad thing is Zales was my go to store for jewelry at one point in time, but not anymore.I agree with one of the reviews. When I came into the store they assumed I was just looking and no one ask me if they could help me. Just got the stare down like I was stealing something.Fi

Went to Zales in North Attleboro on Tuseday my Wife bought a pendant for my daughter my wife and I looked at it when we got home and did not like the pendant so we went to return pendant. To the Zales in Braintree the assotant manager was rude saying they didnt have cash go give us for the return as we paid with cash talked to manager and he said that they didnt have cash to give us for the return the pendant cost 189.00 not alot of money then they said we could give us a Zales credit card I will never step into Zales anymore in my life except to return pendant for cash

The people are so friendly. We picked out my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings here and they were very helpful and patient with finding what we were looking for.. I also really liked that they werent just trying to push the sale they genuinely listened to what we were asking for and when there was something we didnt want they didnt try to force it like some people in sales tend to do.

Very rude, no one greeted my husband and my I. Everyone ignored us and barely wanted to help us. There was a fat white bald guy who just keep staring us down as we asked for assistance in getting a knot out in a necklace purchased from them. The person who did help us was very useless and just told us to go to the kiosk next door(very nice guy!) to get it fixed not even attempting to help. Pretty sure they were racist but then again the girl who was useless was black so πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ.

She is very knowledgeable of the jewelry and can quickly grasp what you are looking for from your description. Truly a pleasure to have there. We bought the Ariel Disney engagement ring almost two months ago because we fell in love with the colors and design. Unfortunately, it took 2.5 weeks initially to get the ring sized. Then, after 3 days of gentle wear, a stone fell out. Had to send it back out, which took over 2.5 weeks again. Having had this happen, I decided to not wear the ring while sleeping or working just in case, and within two days of extremely gentle wear, yet another stone is now out. Needless to say, will be returning tomorrow, as I am unwilling to wait another 2.5 weeks for yet another repair. We have owned this ring for almost two months and I have only had it in my possession for about a week and a half..Additionally, I found out today that a family member has had similar problems with the Elsa ring. Don’t trust this collection. We will be shopping for our replacement ring at a smaller jeweler that can size and repair on site.

This location has every excuse in the book not to help. I asked to see a ring and was not allowed to because the lady said she could only help one person at a time. She would have made a sale but since she wasn’t able to help me and she had to nerve to make an excuse for the other employee who was on Facebook... I guess I will be looking at other wedding bands. I already had my mind made up. This was an easy sale for her and she blew it.

I could not be more pleased with the service at the Braintree store. Michelle was awesome and help me pick out the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be fiancΓ©e.She was not pushy at all and showed us quite a few options. If you’re at the Braintree store ask for Michelle. I will definitely be going back to her for our wedding bands.

If there i can put a 0 star i will give 0 star. the peoples working there are so mean. very very mean .i was trying to buy the rings and watch over there. but they dont want to sale you at all. are they treat customers only by nationality and dressed? oh my god. they mean just like a witch. at the final . i buy my rings at other store. other store are very very nice . i give south shore one couple chances.but they just keeping be mean. i dont care ! I will not step in this cheap place anymore, ew.. i guess thats why how they lost bussiness there because their very awful attitude. so makes them keeping or getting more and more mean.
