My wife went for the ups store for Amazon return and the ups guy Rohan was quite unprofessional with her, she was asked to buy masking tape to tape on her box. It’s just unbelievable how unprofessional it is from UPS end that they wants to make money for just a piece of masking tape!UPS representative’s response was like NOTHING IS FREE I believe UPS management needs to keep eye on their employees about their behavior and the way they treat customers.

Extremely professional, fast, and friendly service. I think it was less than 10 seconds and I heard all set!!?Its a popular location. They did practice social distancing. 2 customers at a time inside the store, which is very nice. Im sure soon this place will receive full 5 stars! Thank you very much!

WOW!!! I have been hung up on my fare share number of times, but I was just hung up on without any explanation 3 times in a row by employees of this location. That is unacceptable. The 4th call, they put the phone down on the counter and ignored me. I have never been treated so rudely by any UPS employee.Update: UPS called me back to give me grief about my honest review.Responding to response from The UPS Store:First and foremost, thank you for your response, but you failed to accept any responsibility for the communication issue. I will also be the more respectful adult and ignore your insults regarding how I feel and my honest negative review. Communication is a two-way street, and continuing to point fingers doesnt help resolve the situation. Additionally, having caller ID doesnt mean anything, and counting calls, again doesnt mean anything without audio recordings of the conversations. If you have audio recordings, that would factually and concretely prove the issue was NOT with The UPS Store. Whether it was my phone, your phone, my carrier, your carrier, my voice, your ear, it is all irrelevant, you are running a business, you need to be able to swallow your pride and help your customer resolve their issues.But, just in case it was my phone, or my cell phone carrier, this is NOT my fault, that is Googles fault (Google Pixel 3 phone & Google Fi carrier), and if you must know I am actively working with BBB (Better Business Bureau) to resolve a bunch of issues with Google. As mentioned above, if you have audio recordings, that may actually even help my case with Google, and I would really appreciate them.Last but not least, friendly suggestion, if/when you experience another technical issue, especially related to phone support, it is important to communicate, if you cant hear the caller, communicate that to them before you hang up. Doing this leaves zero room for miscommunication, instead of under communication which leaves it open to customer interpretation, which led me to believe you were having a rough day and taking it out on customers, which would not be very smart business move, but weve all heard of and read of people making significantly worse business decisions.

This is the best packing and shipping store I have ever worked with. The owner and his staff go above and beyond to meet my needs. I have used many stores all over to ship (due to my job) and this store sets the standard! Keep up the great work.

The Braintree UPS store is THE place to go for all of your shipping needs. I have had to use other shipping carrier stores and even other UPS stores. The Braintree store is by far the best! They get you in and out quickly, offer suggestions for packing, and are generally very caring, kind, polite and professional!

As a digital marketer by trade, I like to give credit where credit is due. My office is in walking distance of this place and they have been a lifesaver already a couple of times. My home office printer cant handle big jobs and its great to be able to e-mail documents to them and walk down to pick them up. Today, I needed something done on a rush basis and they printed it right away and were very helpful and friendly about everything. This is my third time using their service for a mixture of mailing packages and printing and the staff has always been super friendly, kind, and helpful. Definitely check them out!

I just got home after mailing a package at this store, it was my first visit. I couldnt have asked for better service. another customer was being waited on and out comes Bob ready to help me. Wonderful service and shining personalities in both of them. After my package was all wrapped up and ready to go we had a bit of a chit chat even though it was close to closing time. Ill definitely be back! I cant for the life of me figure out why some here left bad reviews. I saw nothing but great customer service and very friendly employees. Thank you Bob and it was nice chatting it up with both of you. Keep up the wonderful work! If I could leave 10 stars I would! ~ Ann Marie

The old guy that works here is super rude and should probably retire. Definitely has zero customer service skills. Furthermore, if the owner spent more time actually training the employees on proper customer service, rather than coming up with snarky replies to the honest reviews (which is generally encouraged by all businesses) on their store, they might have less negative reviews or positively edited reviews. Customer service should be focused on being courteous to customers, whether they want to re-use shipping materials (aka trash) or are having a bad day, and in no way being rude to your employees, your employees should have the decency to not roll their eyes and huff and puff because they were inconvenienced at their place of employment.

At the tail end of a bad day filled with failed or frustrating errands, I stopped here to ship something and dealt with Kevin. He really turned my mood around. Super helpful and personable. Next time I need to ship something, Im coming here first.

Dropped off a package with pre-paid laid. Didnt take the receipt because thought I didnt need it because over the years there was never issued.the package didnt have update days later and I called the store and USP. Neither side tried to help at all!!! UPS said they never had the package so they cant even do any research on it WHAT???Called the store where I dropped off the package they told me they dont keep receipt from previous business days..... all their computer system scanning was only for the total of packages and it is not even linked to UPS. Means even they scanned, until the UPS scanned when they picked up and thats the time it will update the status.... Some one took all my info and promised will call me back which never happened. Now two weeks later nothing nothing at all. and no body knows where my package went strangely. Anyway how can my package nowhere to be found???? The store told me they cant print the receipt to proof that I dropped off my package and UPS telling me they never had possession of it. nothing but just getting run around here. so disappointed....

This store is by far the best store I have ever used. I started using them a little over two years ago and havnt looked back. They helped my take a small side business to a full blown career. Not only are they professional, courteous, and helpful, they are your friends. They know most of the people who walk in by their first names. On top of that the owner is usually there working as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Im not even from Braintree, I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to this store over any others and I live less than 5 minutes from both a post office and another ups store. If you need to ship anything, ever, use this store. You wont ever go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been customers of this UPS store since launching our own small business 12 years ago. In every interaction since then -- averaging at least once a week, more frequently during busy periods -- weve found the team here to be unfailingly professional, courteous, helpful, and genuinely concerned about their customers. They were especially helpful at the start, when we frankly didnt know what we were doing, but we still view them as important partners today. I hope that people will value a review from people who have done business with this UPS Store literally hundreds of times since 2005 over those of disgruntled one-time customers who stoop to anonymous online name-calling and vague accusations. I also encourage you to ignore the off-base complaints about Saturday hours (theyre posted; whats the problem?) or UPS delivery service (a separate issue in which this store has zero involvement). Im pleased to use my real name and to highly recommend this locally owned small business.

To the review posted yesterday by Kunnal Sinh: I was in the store and saw this exchange happen. Your wife is one of the rudest people I have ever witnessed. She instigated and then escalated this incident. The store personnel were only trying to explain what they needed from her to accommodate her request. Horrible. Store owner is a bigot, ignorant, rude, discriminates toward people. I asked if the price was a mistake because it was to much for a 5 pound package for UPS, and he said: then leave, i dont care what you think... leave now I wasnt even talking to him, I was talking to the employee-

UPS is horrible. The drivers will state that they made an attempt to deliver your package but dont even ring your bell or come to your apartment. What type of attempt is that if none is made. I will never use ups again.
