Got a call from a recruiter Cam out of the blew after going through multiple work search websites and he said that they were looking for people for a company. I have never used a temp agency before so honestly I was a little apprehensive. Cam ended up getting me a job with an amazing company after completing my term which got me transferred to permanent status. Aside from that Cam’s communication was incredible when I first got hired he reached out to make sure I was happy with it and if there were issues and if I had a question he would answer as soon as he could (which was fast) . I can’t say enough great things about this company as in these times with the pandemic it is hard to find work with your qualifications. Aerotek made it easy and also ensured you were with a company that treated you well.

Ive worked with several different recruiting companies but Aerotek Id say has been the best so far. The reason this isnt a 5 star review is because I started off with another recruiter at Aerotek and started pursing a job in February. That job ended up falling through because the company was on a hiring freeze. A couple months later at the end of April, the job came back up and that recruiter submitted me for a rate that was lower than what was discussed originally. I decided to wait it out a little bit with my old job (a full time spot was coming up) and then a couple weeks later decided to pursue the new opportunity. Unfortunately my recruiter had left the company by then. However Dave Grist took over and was extremely helpful. From setting up the second round of interviews, quick email responses and keeping excellent communication. If I could split this review I would give him 5 stars! The only slip up was Carina the manager, resubmitted me for the lower rate than the original rate discussed. I asked for the original rate and was told it was already submitted and was brushed off. Nothing was done to rectify the situation but I just let it go. I can always still keep an eye out for better opportunities. In the beginning this place was amazing it was a god send. They helped me get a job at one of the best companies i have ever worked for. But things went bad and the recruiter went off the rails on me because i told her i had a doctors appointment coming up. I was called a liar, unprofessional and untimely. Every interview id show up dressed my best and At least 10 minutes early. The one position i was in with them i was always arrived early and at times stayed after. I would get texts and calls at times in the middle of the night ( 9-10ish) to discuss work. My check was almost mailed to a completely different location than i lived. When speaking to a supervisor about the issues i was accused of being a liar yet again. Long story short my experience was bad id suggestion avoiding this place at all costs.
