Ordered a card online received an email it was ready for pickup, when I got there the card had some kind of problem I was told to come back, an hour later I was told I would need to give them another large sum of money for a new card and the old card money would be refunded... I declined and had to call the company for the full refund I’m still waiting for. Very inconvenient, if I get an email saying something is ready, I expect it to be ready upon arrival.

Ive tried to pick up my order on 2 different days and theres never anyone working at the store. Computer is off, no sign saying if they walked away for a minute. If your hours are 10-9 there should be someone there from 10-9!

I got ripped off and admit it. Way below value and didn’t realize it while I was making the exchange. I’ve done stupid things in my life and this was one of them. Avoid this place like the plague. Total fail and will never go back...

No one working the stand at 12:30, though it was supposed to be open at 10. The computers were off and there was no sign stating someone was on break. Possibly shut down?

Do not go here to exchange your dollars into any other currency. They pay well below market value and on top charge a $10 fee. You end up buying at 35-40% below current rates. Its atrocious.

Poor customer service to say the least.
