Been having Bob do my taxes for many years. He is thorough, fast and accurate! Takes all the stress out of tax season! Highly recommend--Christine is a sweetheart--EXCEPTIONAL.

I had been getting my taxes done by Bob for the past 5 years, but this year things went terribly wrong. After he filed my taxes this year, I received a letter from the irs that there was a problem on my last years taxes. I called Bob for assistance, he said he would help, but then he went completely MIA. He doesnt respond to emails. He doesnt call you back. I used to be able to schedule in-person appointments with him, but now he no longer offers that. I recently found out he was down in Florida for most of the tax season, so I would love to know who actually did my taxes this year. I paid a lot of money to avoid having problems with my taxes, and not only did my taxes get messed up last year and he didnt pick up on the error, he wont even offer me any solutions to how to handle the situation, because he wont get in touch with me. If I wanted this hassle, I would have done my taxes myself, and next year I will certainly teach myself how instead of coming back here. Be aware that Bob is really not the one handling taxes anymore, he is phasing out of that for other aspects of financial planning. Thats all well and good, but he shouldnt leave his loyal customers in the lurch. Im really disappointed.

Absolutely horrible service and took no responsibility for mistakes he made post filing. We are never going to use him again.
