My boyfriend and I love going here for our nails. We always get mani pedis. He loves the hot stone massage they do and they cut and put a clear coat on for him. My nails always come out looking clean and fresh. They even insist on helping me put my socks and shoes on since my nails are still drying. Love them here! Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful experience in an immaculate salon. Got a lovely French manicure and very relaxing pedicure with hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. Easy in and out appointment with parking in the back. Great attention to detail and my nails and toes look great. I will definitely go back again.

These ladies are absolutely amazing! Always so kind and professional. They even gave me a gift on Christmas. They are THE BEST! Would 100% recommend these lovely people.

Great got a mani and pedi looks great! Would suggest more wider parking because was a little squished but great service was very nice and answered questions!

The staff in the salon did not preform up to the expectations that I was expecting as a paying customer. the pedicure that I received was not pro-formed properly nor was the manicure that I paid for.I will not serve this nail establishment again in the future. Poor service not worth the time nor money.

Is just nails, the spa is only in the name, the hot rocks massage is not hot a little warm cold two rocks and is not massage at all

***** WHAT A RIP OFF******I GOT THE GROUPON FOR PEDICURE ANDMANICURE. I ASKED HOW MUCH IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GEL AND REGULAR MANI AND WAS TOLD 10 (25 to 35$). SO I ASKED FOR THAT ADJUSTMENT AND BECAUSE I HAD A GROUPON I WAS TOLD THE DIFFERENCE IN THAT CADE IS 15. AFTER ARGUING AND ACCEPTING THE GROUPON AS US I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. 5 MINUTES LATER I GOT A CALL THAT THEY DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME.CUSTOMER SERVICE =0, In the business industry it is important to have your customers appreciated and well serviced. There are numerous places in Braintree that could offer me both. So I will take my business somewhere else.

I dont know why I go any where but Nails and Spa in South Braintree Square. I tried Xius on Saturday 8/20 and got a pedi and Gel mani, by Sunday at 4:00pm three of my nails had peeled. Never, ever again!

Their pedi service is bad and when you ask for a better service they so quick to charge extra$10. Do not purchase the Groupon!
