I received a follow up call on a Saturday from a local agent after my online quote. Just joined but the office staff and agents all seem knowledgeable and helpful. Its nice to have a local office nearby and the rates are better than expected.The phone call was an unknown number, so thankful i answered.

Absolutely horrid. Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra for the good insurance companies. They wont slither their way out of paying a claim.

Excellent Customer service. No reflection of this transaction . Always read your policy. Sometimes you do not notice when you are paying for things you do not need. That is why It was refreshing to speak with a local agent who was direct and informed. Juliana is very good at her job and she should be considered a valued employee.

Depth and breath of knowledge is incredible, can actually talk to a human agent at a local office instead of a computer selected random location in another state that is not familiar with Massachusetts bizarre insurance rules. I cut my Auto policy costs in half. I have several cars and saved over 4k! I came from Liberty Mutual (40 years and not going back).

We moved all our policies this March and not only have I saved money with Geico, I have received EXCELLENT customer service from both Auto and Home representatives. Matt Loranger worked so hard on understanding the unique circumstances of our house (old house but completely renovated in 1999) and found the best coverage at the best price. Even after a small problem, he has helped in any way he can to fix it! I can’t say enough positives about my experience!

I just relocated back to my residence in Boston from the suburbs and my car insurance premium skyrocketed. A friend of mine recommended that I get a quote from Geico, as she recently had a good experience and was able to get her rate down significantly for the same coverage.I called the South Shore office and was assisted by Joshua Destine. He carefully and clearly explained every detail of the quote. When I had a question or asked him to go over something a 2nd time, he did so in patient and professional manner. For the same coverages as my previous insurance company, I was able to save $500 off of my premium.Give them a call. You have nothing to lose!

Worked with Kora would was pleasant, professional and super helpful to knock hundreds off what I have been paying to insure our family with 3 cars and a motorcycle...uncovered a lot of stuff that I was wasting our money on, got the coverage options I wanted and still came in way less than what i was paying with my previous insurer. Very pleased also with the easy enrollment experience all done with the GEICO iphone app. Now I just have make sure the break-up with my prior insurance companies is complete. Ill post another review at another point in the event I have to call on GEICO to help with a claim or a breakdown (I opted for roadside).

Ellen,I want to know why my policy went from $150 a month (including renters insurance and a rider for jewelry) to $350 a month. When I emailed you, you did not respond. When I attempted to cancel, you did not respond.Customer service is simple. When you plan to charge someone a lot more money, you should contact them and let them know why. When someone tries to contact you, you should respond back. When someone tells you they want to cancel their policy you should respond back.This is a simple bait and switch. My car did not travel more than 4 miles total and my insurance more than doubled.Stay away from this company. They called me daily when they wanted to sign me up for insurance. Now that they have the policy, they do nothing.I had to call the main office to have the policy canceled.
