Theres an auto part store every 3 blocks its seems and they all seemed about the same to me, until I needed parts ASAP. I have an 03 Civic and surprisingly for a Honda there isnt always parts immediately on hand. That is, until I called Autozone and spoke with Chipp, who is one of the managers.I told him what I needed and that my car was broke down at work and that I needed those parts badly. He took my number down and told me he would do his best to find them and call me back in a few minutes. Literally, 2 minutes later Chipp calls me back and says Ive got your parts for you and you can pick them up first thing in the morning. Sure enough, next morning around 9am I went and they had what I needed on hand. He made sure to double check my parts werent missing anything additionally to work and discovered that i would need a special gasket for a part that didnt include it and made sure i didnt have to make a separate trip and miss any work.Chipp was super personable and seemed like he really wanted to help me with my problem, and not just sell me some parts. If your in the Brainerd/Baxter area and need auto parts then AutoZone should be your choice. I know it will be mine from now on!

Very upset with so-called customer service. Called ahead and confirmed store had part on hand. As my truck was torn apart, someone picked me up immediately so we could rush there, ahead of the store closing. Eleven minutes prior to closing, staff were in the parking lot, fleeing for home, and one worker stopped us and said they Were told specifically by the store manager to get out of there before 9pm...Never shopping there again.So instead we went to Advance Auto Parts and dropped $425 on parts. And will tell everyone I care about not to shop there.

The store has very helpful and friendly staff but when you go on their website, and shop for parts, it tells you if the part your looking for is in stock at your hometown store. The 2 times I have looked for parts the website has said that they have the part in stock but when I get to the store, the part has to be ordered and Im told its not in stock, that the website is not always accurate and I should call before coming in to the store.

Been in your store and Your manger Nathan and Junior are the most rudest people I have ever meet. They know nothing about vechical And they know nothing at all. I know alot of commercial accounts are pulling their accounts because of being sent the wrong parts. The. Hearing they Nate blames everyone but himself on his mistakes. Untill you guys fix your management I recomend staying away. I know thats not the impression you want to leave but thats whats doing your store in. I am not saying its a bad store. Its just people want to go where they feel like coming back

Been there couple times parts for my Ford Freestyle the people behind the counter got the parts very knowledgeable installation I talked to them about an 85 AMC Eagle I have have not driven in 15 years my daughter wants to drive it it needs work I dont tell the name of the associate that help me but talking to him and the others checking on parts for that old car was not out of their way they know I wont get parts till next summer but they still check the parts got me numbers to get me set up I will keep going there if the manager cease this great crew thank you

This is my new favorite auto parts store. So far on each of my three trips to the Braineed store I was greeted right away and the rep was able to get me the part or the information that I needed. The prices are competitive and the service at the counter is very pleasent.

Nathan in Brainerd started out nice, but then became very short with me and basically pushed me to their competitor
