FedEx has been delivering my items on Time an Im satisfied with how quick they are, they do leave your packages on your porch but I havent had any problems with them, also the drivers are nice and, Id give FedEx a thumbs up

Ive been expecting my package since Friday and tracking history says could not deliver because business is closed. Its a frickin residential and weve been home all day since Friday til Wednesday. Some drivers are plain lazy and liar!

I would give less if I could. I do not write reviews every time something happens because I know things keep happen. I paid extra to have delivery sooner. Then got an email it was delivered, but it was not. I called and they said it was delivered and signed for, but the person they said was signed by no one knows who that person is. after 2 days after it said was delivered I call fedex again and after they finally looked into it they said oh it is at the ware house it will be delivered tomorrow. I asked if i can just get it from the ware house seeing how it is not to far from my work. was told flat out NO. they have to deliver it. after going back and forth i finally hung up and now have to wait for the package which is going to push back getting a vehicle fixed even further which is costing me more and more money. very disappointed and like I said it has happened before and not the first time Fedex has done this to me. very very disappointed.

FedEx stated they delivered our package at 8:55am today but no one could find it on the property. The agent was very difficult to understand with broken English and offered no help other than opening a case. Could not even check with driver to see where package was left. Said it would take 5 days to find out any information. The temperature is below freezing, items perishable, hope jars dont burst open. We are NOT happy campers with FEDEX - AGAIN !!!!!

They left my package at the garage I dont have! Went to go look around the neighborhood and I could not find it. Called them and they said it was my fault. I needed to contact the company. My address was not correct on the label? Yes it was. But they left it in the alley! So dont like this company.

Didnt deliver on time and brought the package back to there home base

I had an order being delivered even marked it on their site saying to put it by my apartment door but they couldnt even do that this is their 3rd time leaving my fragile packages outside and been fighting with them but they dont even care I have caught someone even trying to steal it since they left in plane sight where people can see it and they wont reimburse me anything they are the most worthless shipping place ever my 5 year old daughter could do better I dont recommend anyone using them.

Said they attempted delivery 3 times but didn’t not.Door was left open multiple days and somehow delivery was still not made and package was returns disrupting and canceling an important Business order that will need to be reordered. Timing was important.This company failed at multiple points and will never be used again.

Had a delivery scheduled driver never came to the door

Couldnt give any information on my order. Didnt even know tracking on something in there possession.

Very poor communication from company about package delivery time and customs issues. Customer service was absolutely no help and didnt really even speak english.

I live in a secured apartment building where there is a call box to call the residents when there is package delivery for them.The FedEx driver(s) NEVER CALL us to let us know we have a delivery.Most of the time on the 1st (and sometimes on the 2nd) attempt to deliver they never even leave us a slip to let us know they were there.I have on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS called and compained about thus to no avail.I recently had a failed delivery attempt notice from them.When I called to see where I could pickup the package they told me it had been sent back to the sender.I asked who the sender was and they told me that they could not tell me who the sender was because I was not authorized.I said how am I not authorized, Im the recipient of the package.They said sorry, but we cant tell you because your not authorized.This has happened to me (not getting a call or slip) and others in this apartment building on numerous occasions.THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.And when you call to complain NOTHING IS EVER DONE to correct the problem.If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR rating I would.
