I have been seeing Claribel for the last several months (virtually, sadly, but her office looks super inviting and cute ;). I recommend Claribel 100%! She is very welcoming, inviting, nurturing yet also challenges me and pushes me in a way that I need in order to grow and become mentally well. Unpacking childhood traumas and attachment injuries that have only become more complex with time and age (while trying to ensure I don’t perpetuate any of that on my children/friends/family) is a hard endeavor to undertake, but I feel so secure and safe doing that work with Claribel. Terrible first time experience with therapy. It’s like I’m a joke or something, this place is making me feel worthless. Can’t even get an email back about trying to schedule an appointment. Y’all need to get your website scheduling portal fixed.

Sharon has been an incredible resource and advocate. She is extremely good at what she does and provides kind, compassionate care. She knows how to push me to deal with some heavy and unpleasant issues while knowing when to back off and let me process. My journey has been like coming out of the dark and into the light. But with the excellent help and guidance, I never felt overwhelmed. Some people thing its obvious to find help if you are struggling, but I think if you have that nagging feeling that something or someone in your life just isnt quite right, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. You will be so glad you did.

Ms. Claribel is amazing as a therapist and has created an office space that is modern yet warm, beautiful and comfortable. Just walking in the door puts ones mind at ease. I find myself able to relax, cup of coffee in hand as we take our seats in a living room type space. Surrounded by comfort while on a couch I focus on the issues that brought me to her. Shes very good at what she does and I cant think of a better place to help me become the best person I can be.
