This is a shout out for Barb, Reno and Rod! Barb always goes above and beyond for my parents who have a cabin in Pierz, and is so patient and diligent towards my dad. We had an air flow issue over memorial weekend and Reno and Rod came out to do a service check when we thought we wouldn’t get it handled until later in the month. Saved the fun family weekend time! Reno and Rod were both extremely kind and fast working, and took the time to slowly explain things to both of my parents. The Mayo family thanks you!!!! ❤️

The sale went great! I walked in knowing that I wanted to find a large hot tub as a surprise for my husband and kids. The saleslady was helpful and eager to help me find the right one. She expressed how important it is to buy local to get the followup service. I agreed, thats exactly why I chose them. She located one in the cities and arranged for a timely delivery the following week. The saleslady assured me that they will have us up and running and be available for questions. She even went on to tell me how they had surprised another customers husband for Christmas a few years back. They had it delivered, installed, filled and chemically treated days before Christmas without him knowing! Wow, this sounds perfect and exactly what I had in mind! Because our tub was quite large and being placed off the ground on a deck with a railing into a step down opening I decided to tell my husband days before Christmas in order to have delivery be a success. My husband used his skid loader and helped during the entire process. On his own he installed, wired, heated the tub, filled it. Huh. Thats not what I envisioned for my surprise. Then we were left waiting for the promised up and running. I ended up calling Valley Pools to find out that we were supposed to bring in a water sample...what? That was never discussed. So, I brought in a sample. She said to put in different chemicals based on our results and said she would call and come out to show me how to go from there, but in the mean time, enjoy your spa! No call. I called again after 1 week. She said she only worked once this month, she was out sick. Weird. I guess I had caught her the only day she worked (3 different occasions), but ok. She said she would come out the next day. She called and did come out. My husband met her. She kept telling him, I can do this, I can fix this. Our water was very cloudy and smelled awful. She took a sample, splashed a few chemicals in and said shed call. She did call and left a voicemail for me to add another chemical, which I did. She also said she would call me the next day. No call. No surprise. I waited 2 weeks and finally gave up, brought in their heater that was left behind (we used one of our own at set up)and told another salesman that I was completely disappointed in the service we received. He asked if I wanted our saleslady to call, I declined saying that I was done with her and her lies. I guess I was a little surprised that she didnt attempt a phone call anyway, but then again, that would be out of character. All in all, Valley Pool and Spas are great at their sales and completely AWFUL at their follow up service. Now, Im off to Amazon to try to figure out our chemicals for our $8400 spa we cant even use. I do NOT recommend this business.

Stopped for gasket to my hot tub. They only had books to look up parts . Seamed in this day and age a computer would be better..I left with a gasket but no real certainty if it was the right one.
