City Auto Glass called my office when they arrived, I quickly talked with the repair person, let them into my vehicle, then did not think about it again until I was done with work and I had a new windshield. Great work, extremely convenient. I will definitely call them again if I need any kind of glass or windshield work.

A turkey flew into my windshield, I made one call to City Auto Glass, they contacted my insurance and were out to replace it the next day. Joshua M. was the guy that installed the new windshield, he went above and beyond! During the replacement it started storming, tornado warnings, hail, lightning this guy continued to work in these conditions and finished the job! Outstanding service!!! THANK YOU! This is the only place I would recommend.

They replaced my windshield in a flash. They came out to me; to my work. They worked quickly , efficiently and were helpful & friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone needing auto glass repairs. They also offered the least expensive rate of anyone in the area!

Great guy

Called and set them up for a Wednesday to install the windshield of my truck. Got a call Wednesday at 10. Was told he could not do the install do to the rain. It was not and never did rain. I told him, I told the lady I did the appointment with I did not have a garage to put it in and he said well thats not my fault rather rudely. He said he would call me Friday morning and set up a time to come out. Final at 2 oclock in the afternoon he calls. No thank you. I would NOT recommend them...

We had a great experience at City Auto Glass. This past summer we were on vacation and needed our windshield replaced. City Auto glass did it quickly, and efficiently. We were able to continue our Minnesota vacation with a new windshield.

Im super happy with my experience with city auto glass from the time I made the call the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable they didnt have my window in stock so they overnighted it and said that they would fit me in there busy schedule on a Friday which I was happy to hear they even beat everyone else prices by $125 they came out to my job and install the window super fast I would recommend city auto glass to my friends and family thank you guys very much for the fast and friendly service

Top notch service. My vehicle was picked up from my place of employment and delivered back to me when it was done. The installer also fixed a broken rear view mirror, which was not expected but very much appreciated.

Performed an excellent and efficient job replacing my windshield. A little tricky to find, but Google maps easier to find.

This is a HORRIBLE company to work with!!! I called to ask why my order was messed up when trying to get my back window fixed and the manager, Rachel, kept talking over me and interrupting me. She would ask what my problem was and when I would try to tell her she would start talking over me so I couldnt explain anything. I asked her who her manager was and she laughed at me saying, I am the manager of all the Branches. When I asked who the owner was she told me his name but would not connect me with his voicemail or give me a contact number. An outside agency ended up having to fix my problem because she was to unprofessional to handle her job.One of the most horrific phone experiences I have ever had with a manager and she just cost the company a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
