Not a cut and dry experience. We started out with one sales rep who answered my questions and was nice enough but was absolutely not engaged with the quality of my experience. Left out important details and costs, didn’t really seem to care if he was offering me the best deals, poor attention to detail. On the flip side, the new store manager (Aaron) was amazing. Was super sharp guy who went above and beyond. I had to specifically ask to work with him though when it became apparent that the other rep lacked knowledge of store promotions and just wasn’t invested in meeting all of my phone service/internet needs. Bottom line, know what you want/need going in, advocate for yourself, request to work with Aaron, look over what you have been signed up for as soon as you can. 5 stars for Aaron, 1.5 stars for other rep, 2.5 stars for overall experience. Super time consuming and tons of oversight required to get all the information I needed to make the choices I needed to make

Called this store to ask about getting a new phone as I was coming from some distance. Explained to them it was a work phone, and that it had stopped working so I needed to replace it. They said they had what I needed in stock and could help. Drove the 40 minutes only to walk in and talk to the same person in person as I did on the phone and was informed within minutes that they had just wasted my time and money. And I need to go to a corporate store as they dont have the ability to help. Classic example of not listening to customers and only waiting for your turn to speak. Complete waste of almost 2 hours in what could have been handled much differently.

Give this kid a raise!, He is always so helpful. He is a credit to the company! Certainly Verizon should appreciate this man.

My 84 yo mother came in to the store to get a screen protector since hers cracked. She obviously had very little knowledge about her options. All they had was a $70 screen protector for her phone. They were not kind enough to let her know good protectors are available elsewhere for $10 or less. As far as I am concerned they took advantage of a vulnerable adult. They were only after the sale!

Probably the worst experience Ive had at a cell phone store... This place sure has gone downhill in the last couple years... Used to have the same awesome people. Now it seems like its a revolving door of poorly trained staff. If I could I would rate this store 0-5. Would not reccomend this place to even your worst enemy.

I walked in. I was greeted and introduced. I asked what I needed help with. I told Bill. He went right to work showing me products and asking how I used my phone. I picked out the phone I wanted and then he explained the pricing. He then set up the phone, transferred what I needed from the old phone. He made sure I understood how to use the new phone. I was out of the store before I knew it. Bill knows how to get the customer what they need. Thanks for the great experience.

Real good conversation and funny

Every time I stop at this store it takes Far too long. Example: Today I waited over and hour to pay 2 phone bills. I started greeting the people coming in the door, warning them they would have at least a two hour wait as they had 3 people in front of them, one who had been waiting over and hour to simply pay a bill with the exact change in cash. Dont waste your time going here. Go to the Baxter store instead. Youll get a lot better service, much faster.

Amanda took some time to explain everything and sometimes answer the same question more than once. I never felt rushed. Never felt stupid for asking anything. Amanda is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly enjoys her career choice with Verizon. My hubby and I really enjoyed our visit today.

Glowing 5 stars for BeMobile in Brainerd! I was dreading going to the phone store because every other past experience I have ever had anywhere else turned into a grueling 2-3 hour experience with hidden fees and round about answers from staff. My entire visit at beMobile was not over an hour and I left with a brand new, activated, covered phone. All my questions were answered promptly and the staff was very knowledgeable. The best part was their transparency. There weren’t any round about answers or “educated guesses”. On top of that, I was there with my four year old and 2 month old infant. The entire staff was understanding and very patient with me as I managed my children while trying to answer their questions. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone with ANY phone or service issue. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays. Very refreshing. Well done!

Most helpful Verizon store in the area! They helped my trade in my broken iPhone 6 and use that credit to get the new Red iPhone 7 Plus and at the end of the deal they paid me 63 cents!! Amazing place!
