I brought Greg my built 6.0 I bought in pieces to be assembled and completely gone through. Although it may have took a little longer than I hoped the wait was worth it and the product turned out very well. The engine is in the car and running great with awesome oil pressure. Greg was more than willing to answer any questions I had even if they werent related to the work he was performing for me but just car/performance related questions in general that I had. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the engine and where he was in the process along the way. Definitely will recommend Greg and pardigm auto in the future.

Paradigm was highly recommended to me. Staff was professional, courteous and (very important to me) patient with questions. Work was done expeditiously and repair costs were very reasonable. I’ll definitely return and recommend them.

I brought a truck in to get a full tuneup on the chassis dyno. That never got done, but they managed to lose the flexplate cover. They ordered a replacement, but it was the wrong one. They didnt offer to install it. They replaced a battery that didnt need to be replaced - the starter was actually bad. I finally decided to cut my loses and went to pick up the truck and it barely made it to the next driveway - there were a bunch of vacuum lines disconnected for some reason so I fixed that up myself. I literally cant think of anything that went well and gave them plenty of chances.

Received 5 estimates for timing belt change and transmission fluid change from local auto repair and the Hyundai service. Paradigm provided the biggest bank for the buck and scheduled the work 1 week ahead of other offers. The auto team lead by the service manager Patrick demonstrated both a professional attitude and elevated customer service as a core principal of the business model. I am a retired military aircraft maintenance officer who understands the concepts of maintainability and reliability on systems. I was impressed with the accuracy and depth of knowledge of the service manager when addressing my questions concerning the required repair procedures to be performed and the likely parts to be removed and replaced. Also, I was impressed with the timely performance of the work during a heavy workload day. Bottom line for my confidence in the quality work accomplished and the can do attitude of the team, will lead me to tell others that Paradigm is a professionally run operation to be considered if one wants it done right the first time. Also, I appreciate the 2 year warranty on the work. Well done, Ill be back.

I brought my Jeep in for diagnostics and they. diagnosed at wrong for 2 weeks finally they found out the problem . Its been 2 months theyve had my vehicle and still aint done.

I appreciate the experience and knowledge this shop has of todays newer automobiles. Paradigm had taken care of all the suspension and Brake issues I was having with my 3/4 ton truck. They also built a custom tune for my engine and transmission that has giving me a noticeable performance increase. The service advisor was able to handle all of my questions and was spot-on with the estimate. I would definitely recommend.

Had my axle tubes welded and braces added to the rear differential for my mustang. Welds looked great and had it done by the next day. Thanks!

Got the ball joints tie rods and some other things replaced on our 2011 Xterra. They did it all in day and had us ready to go by 6PM. Super courteous people at a fair price. Ill be back next time I need maintenance on any of our vehicles. Good jobs guys

Though we didnt get the car back at the time they said we would, it was not due to their fault, it was additional worn parts, they were very upfront and treated us extremely fairly. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work and professionalism.

Buyer Beware. Broken Transfer Case which also cracked Transmission mount. Had to replace Transmission as well. They sold me a used Transmission which died 6 months later. Paid for 2 yr Warranty on Transmission but they only provide 90 days on labor. 2400 miles away with bad transmission and their response is not our problem. Buyer Beware.

Just had Paradigm bolt in a K&N cold air intake and dyno-tune a 2014 Mustang GT. Ended up with a rear-wheel gain of 45 hp!! Did not have to purchase an after-market tuner; they used the factory ECU to tune. Excellent job and Minnesota Nice people to deal with and the car went from fun to very fun to drive. These people know what they are doing.

I was recommended to Paradigm and I have heard good things about them previously but here is my story. I brought my truck in for a free alignment check and was told my lower ball joints needed to be replaced and was given an estimate of 5.5 hours plus parts. $750+ I thought it seemed high.... but again they were recommended by someone I trust. I work out of town and had to take a day off to schedule my appointment and did making an early afternoon appt. I brought the truck in about 10:30am to make sure they had enough time to get it done. (and I also asked for an oil change while they had it in) I drove by the shop at 1:30pm and it was still where I parked it...and I drove by at 3:00pm and it was still in the same spot. I called to ask how things were going and they said it would be done by 6 at the latest. I asked how much time it will take and they said it would be about the 5 hours estimated and that they got it in about 1pm (an known untruth). I drove by again at 4pm and it was still in the same spot. They called about 4:45pm to tell me they should be finishing it up about 5:15 - 5:30 when I went to pick it up I asked why it didnt get brought in til after 4 but did not receive a good answer and how they were able to get a 5.5 hour job done in 1 hour (or less). I was told some jobs just go easy and some dont. I was told it would cost the full estimate as they use a flat rate and sometimes they get done sooner than the estimate. I understand everything going well but to do a 5.5 hour job and oil change in 1 hour seems out of line. After I paid, I asked for a receipt but was told there was not one available describing the work done. I only got a copy of the alignment results. I am disappointed as I was hoping to find an auto repair facility I could trust

When it was all said and done my cost was exactly what they said it would be. No hidden fees what so ever. Pretty disappointed. Charged just shy of $500 for a simple alignment, ( I replaced one control arm and needed front alignment) and carb tune. Kid forgot to turn electric fan on and over heated the car after it WAS explained that water and fan was on manual switch on obviously large switch panel. Didnt keep promises, had to drive hour back into their shop to collect Dyno sheet that was promised would be emailed to me because they were to busy to print it off when I picked up the car. Had to bring the car BACK because of first botched alignment. Carb wasnt tuned properly but was still charged for service. They blamed possible worn out carb, recently found it was a simple float level adjustment that needed to be made. Walked away feeling ripped off.
