What a great company. We were so impressed with their work and work ethic. After a pipe broke we had major water damage. They took over from start to finish, including laying new floors. They worked with us and our insurance company without problems! Great job and great people. We would recommend them to anyone!

Laundry drain back up. Plumber recommended EWR. Called them and they arrived within a n our or two. Set up water mitigation after analyzing damage. Floors/carpeting and baseboards dried by a.m. of third day and equipment removed. Repairs including new, painted baseboards, steam cleaned carpets, repainted trim completed within following week.

Have a leak in our roof that caused bad water damage, Alex B. Went above and beyond to help us get fans and a tarp set up so as to keep more water from coming in. He came back multiple times and crawled into our attic which is about 110 degrees to make sure the leak was not expanding. He was professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, if I ever have any other trouble with leaks again I will only call for Alex B.!!

Contracted services were exceptional, excellent quality of services, attention to detail above and beyond. I appreciate your help with my water crisis.

One of my biggest pet peeves is being held hostage by service windows. Despite me agreeing to a 4 hour window instead of a 2 hour window to be flexible, they still NO showed. NOT only did they no show and waste 4 hours of my day - they didnt even have the courtesy to call me. How would you like it if I held you up for 4 hours only to no show?? probably wouldnt.

Expert Water Removal negotiated well with our insurance and did both mold remediation and a rebuild for us. Keith Casas is great to work with- genuinely helpful and caring. He oversaw the process, which took some of the stress out of it. Enrique did most of our rebuild and he was professional, detailed, and kind. I felt that he was looking out for my best interests. I also appreciated being able to call the office and always get a prompt, friendly reply from Jill! I have no regrets about using Expert Water Removal, and I’ll recommend them to friends.

We hired expert to do mold remediation and than to do the rebuild post clean up. At first it seemed like everything was going well. But I started looking closer at the estimates and realized they were charging more than what they were doing. Also Keith our “project manager” was not present except when the work was initially started. When I comforted him via email about the extra charges he said that we were supposed to review that at the end yet that’s the estimate he submitted to my insurance. Also they put tape on my top cabinets numbering them not sure why as they were not removed. When the tape was removed it left a mark and we tried everything to remove it and it will not come off. We let them know and they said they would credit us which they never did. These are just some of the major things they failed on. The one thing that I can say was nice was the receptionist Jodi I believe was her name always polite and made sure to call us back. As far as the project manager Keith not sure what project he was managing as he was not present to even review the work or address concerns.

I have been trying to get a hole in my ceiling fixed that their technician put his foot through, there telling me that it will cost extra money to repair the ceiling that their tech clearly put his foot through. This ceiling should have been fixed by now. Instead I have insulation invading my living space when it gets windy, all I want is my ceiling fixed and painted. On 6/24/2020 @ approximately 11:30 I called and asked for Santos, apparently he is the General Manager there, I was informed that he was in a closed door meeting and will return my call. Santos returned my call and admits that their tech clearly put his foot through the ceiling, but does not accept any responsibility in making the repairs as needed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! All I want is my ceiling fixed!!!!

This is the best company to use if you have water damage in the Sarasota area. Unlike another company doing business here, Expert Water Removal is honest and will do only the work that is needed to put your home back in order. They do quality work and everything is scheduled just like they told me it would be done and it was completed quickly. I hope I do not have to go through anymore water damage issues again , but if I do this is the only company I would use. You can trust Expert Water Removal to get the job done right.

My mother in love had a leak from her bathroom to the kitchen and the water had to be dried of course so she called expert Water removal We cant begin to sing praises higher than these gentlemen I swear Eddie and Neil ,Keith, Joseph and John were Amazing they even clean up after themselves each day they remove it because they clean up the house doesn’t smell and they’re also extremely polite too Thank u sooo much for treating our house like your home

We had water damage in both of our bathrooms and Expert Water Removal came to our rescue . They were professional, calm and knowledgeable as to what our needs would be. Responding quickly with water mitigation and drying the affected areas. The office staff answered all questions in such a patient and thorough manner. Assessments and approval were done so quickly by the manager. We had no waiting time. The crew they sent to do the repairs were outstanding. I definitely would use Scot for any future repairs . He completed the work in a timely manner and it was good as new. The cleanup Scot did after each day was wonderful. Once all work was completed Expert Water Removal did a final check to make sure it was done to perfection. Definitely would use them in the future if needed.

Never did I feel that i didn’t make the right choice. I feel that my home had honest, caring workers returning the home and my life back to normal. All did a fantastic job. Thank you

My experience with Expert Water Removal has been very good from the removal of the water to working with the insurance co. for the water removal and upcoming repairs. All of the staff has been very kind, efficient and helpful.

Josh and Kyle were professional, informative and very polite. Josh explained the whole process so (following his directions) we knew there was light at the end of the tunnel. We appreciated all of the above since water damage is not a pleasant thing to go through.

After having a burst water pipe, which caused flooding and damage, we called your company and got an immediate response and dry out equipment was set up right away to assure we didnt get mold. From Julie, who answered the phone and was very sympathetic, to Sherri, who came to assess the problem, to Josh, who set up the fans and dehumidifier (and came for four days to monitor the progress and calm us down) to Shannon, who will be setting up the repair crew, they are all very knowledgeable and caring. Five stars well deserved! Barry & his crew did a wonderful job cleaning and restoring our Bradenton home after it was damaged by HVAC-related water leakage. They responded quickly, assessed the damage, and got right to work on a MAJOR clean up and restoration/construction project that was complicated and also required great attention to detail (in addition to having a tight deadline for completion). We recommend Expert Water Removal without hesitation to anyone in need of these services. They really are experts at what they do!

If this review were for Expert Water Removal, it would be a five-star review! They were prompt, efficient, and professional with the clean up after our multi-million dollar Beach Rental Property was damaged by a defective supply line. I can highly recommend their Water Damage Remediation efforts, as well as the diligence of their crew members.However, I cannot recommend this Company for the performance of any repairs or reconstruction actions. The Companys management committed to best effort to meet a specific need date on about $8,000 of drywall/trim repairs, and as I result I did not quibble with their quoted pricing which was about 20% higher than another quote I received. They then subcontracted the repair out to another vendor who was less than responsive, somewhat unprofessional, exhibited poor workmanship, and who failed to meet the need date, all the while obfuscating the schedule with a number of rationalizations and excuses. Only after extensive dialog with both parties was I able to get that subcontractor to work the weekend as promised to minimize schedule conflicts. I then experienced several call-backs due to poor drywall and baseboard trim workmanship, improper installations of Fire Sprinkler covers, and poor fit/finish on a bedroom drywall installation.All in all the Companys work performance was less than satisfactory; today, I made final payment on the invoice of which I had held back about 2 1/2% of payment pending final job completion---and I have hired another vendor to complete the repairs to my satisfaction. I cannot recommend the use of this Company for repair and restoration work.

One of the worst and unprofessional companies. They go through technicians left and right. Multiple technicians are getting sent to the same job and not even know its going on. Employee gave her two weeks notice then they let them go a day before they owed money employee end up having to file police report on not the Barry nicks. Come to find out he is not the registered owner to that company expert water removal. Its a gentleman with the last name of Santos that does not even live in Sarasota who is the registered owner of expert water removal.

Expert water removal was prompt, efficient, and professional with the clean up after our home flooded. However, I would not recommend them for repairs or reconstruction. It took over 6 months to have our home put back together, and even after project was considered done, it was less than thorough or satisfactory. Our insurance adjuster included all the work that needed to be done, and the estimate was then paid in full. We still have closets without baseboards, faucets without all hardware attached, wood floors bowing up from the subfloor, and a door that was not replaced which was severely damaged by water. Surprisingly the project manager that promised all our needed repairs no longer works for the company and they are now not standing behind finishing the job. Save yourself a headache and choose another business for your home repairs.

From Jill, who works in the office, and always contacted me with any updates, and the actual workers who did the work of fixing a leak, mould mitigation and repairs, they made the process so much easier.living 4 hours away made the process difficult, but i was in good hands with this company! They were very diligent, worked with my attorney, realtor, and lawyer. I would defintely recommend. And thank you Jim, for giving me good advice and always picking up the phone even when he didnt hsve the info, and needed to refer me to Jill.
