Iris and staff with the UPS Customer Care Center in Bradenton, FL really came through for us! Had an important item intended for my son’s college graduation that was going to arrive via UPS after our flight (due to seller’s delay in sending). I contacted UPS and they put me through to the customer Care Center and Iris called me at 7:30 am to tell me she had my package and she’d have it available for pick up before our flight. Thank you!!!!

We were sent a package of important documents and the driver delivered the package to a house a few houses away from the house. We went to the ups outlet and we were told by the ups counter employee we hope that you have nice neighbors. We quizzed the neighbor who told us that the mail was in the bottom of the recycle bin

I would like to personally thank Ms. Yvonne Rollins for helping me out with extremely good service. I order the Apple Watch 5 and missed my pickup because I was at work. I couldn’t get my watch unless I waited for another delivery attempt but Ms. Rollins saved the day for I and other customers by going out of her way after closing hours to make sure we received our packages. She personally went to the trucks herself and retrieved my package for me. I couldn’t thank her enough for the kind gestures she demonstrated today. Again thank you so much Ms.Rollins because people like you always make me smile and see the good in everyone !

Not exactly clean service was quick friendly professional. Definitely organized. You can ship and pick up here. Two computers are available for customer use. There was no line when I went but that my be due to the efficient service because people arrived before and after me. Dont forget they close from 1130 until 330 daily.

They will deliver your package, signature required, to another place and just drop it off and call you to tell you to pick it up at a random place for you to pick it up. Never heard of that.

I went by UPS yesterday morning because I was having issues contacting my supplier, who I was not able to get a hold of. With all of my concern and regards to my packages it was putting my business on hold. The lady at the costumer counter, I believe her name is Iris, told me in a calm demeanor that she can help me track the packages. Relieved, I trusted in her to do so and like magic she was able to find the packages, and called the next day for me to pick them up. What a relief. Thank you Iris.

I went when they were constructing and it was overwhelming. The service was not very fast and they person helping me was confused and didn’t think my package was there when it was. It’s better to have your package sent to a UPS store rather than the distribution center. I didn’t find the staff very welcoming or friendly.

Nice neighborhood kid I had never met just brought me my $1000 tool I ordered. Guess Big Brown delivered it to the wrong address. Got to LOVE UPS!!

I dont hate this place, Service is always great.

Fast friendly service. I run a business and do a lot of shipping, especially when ordering inventory. So rather then wait until UPS ships to my location, I have my items shipped to their main delivery hub in Bradenton. I like the fact that they will call me when I get busy and forget. That makes a huge difference in in customer service.

Very Slow.. the Service person needs help.. she had to scan and carry out the packages.. there was a line of 7 people.. PLEASE GET HELP.. THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING

Rude !!! Horrible customer service . I have worked in retail my entire life and I am stunned right now at how Iris handled a call from my fiancee. Every other word out to her screeching mouth was honey , honey , honey ...yeah yeah I know , ok honey ? Sorry honey , listen honey . .. and she barked out numbers and addresses so fast with out warning , he had to ask her to repeat herself several times to get them correct . She cut him off and when we asked her for her name, she got very rude and yelled WHOS NAME !??! And then took a long pause before giving us her name ,.. you can see from my other reviews on here that I never leave bad reviews. . I hope this lady gets fired and I will not use this location until she is . My ears are ringing still from her horrible voice screaming honey over and over again !!!!

Horrible, once again Chris cant find my address......smh and then called 1800 # to figure the problem and lady told me its there and get there before 8 to pick up.... get there and lady tells me the check out guy left already and I wont be able to get it till Monday....i asked what bout you or any other person working then and she said their not going to do it..... this place is a complete joke and wish Amazon wouldnt use ups anymore.

Always great service

I was tracking my order by my tracking number and the tracking changed from in route to first attempt made. I was asking myself how could this be when im right here looking out my window looking for this guy. I really need my books for school and with no convenience of not being open for at least 2-4 hours on Saturday is not a service to the public.

I had to return merchandise and they help me with inexpensive box and free packing material and tape

The lady that works the counter at this location is a very rude and unhelpful. Anytime Ive ever been in there if you try to ask her a question or tell her something she cuts you off two to three words into what you want to say with her answer which is always wrong because she didnt take the time to listen to your question to begin with.
