I had Pro Appliance come out to work on a 20 year old freezer that was no longer cooling. Chris came out and worked on the freezer and tried everything to get it up and running. The next day Brian the owner even came out to see if there was anything more to be done, but my freezer was dead. They charged me unbelievable good price for all the time spent . I will defiantly use this company again.

All Pro Appliance Repair is ALL PRO! After reading many Next Door recommendations and Google reviews I decided to give All Pro a call for my KitchenAid refrigerator that stopped cooling.  What a refreshing experience!  They were timely in setting up an appointment and the technician Paul was courteous and professional and was able to diagnose the problem and do the  repair work in about 45 minutes.   Add to that the part that was needed and the work done was all reasonably priced.  I will use All Pro again for sure.

It took 3 1/2 weeks, 3 technicians, and 2 brand new and totally unnecessary valve changes to finally get my washer fixed. These were not the guys who managed the repair. The repair was managed by one man in 15 minutes with zero parts. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the “ these washers are notorious for this problem” lecture followed by the “we give up” declaration, even after I repeatedly stated that I knew that none of the 3 technicians had ever checked the hoses. These are not the guys to call. I’ll save my A+ rating for the other guy.

I would absolutely recommend All Pro Appliance Repair if you have a down appliance! Brian (our technician) was spot on with his diagnosis of our ailing (Samsung) washing machine, and was equally quick to give an estimated cost (which actually was higher than what it ended up costing me) and timeline for the repair. The cost for the repair was very fair, him doing his absolute best not to break the bank. I hope we don’t have any more issues in the near term, but if we do I know who to call.

I called All Pro after using another local company who charged me a lot of money and never did fix my fridge. Ive used All Pro Appliance Repair twice in the past 3 months after reading their excellent reviews. The office pleasantly facilitated the appt both times with same-day service. Had Larry respond each time with a smile on his face. Very knowledgeable he fixed the lock assembly on my washer, and later fixed refrigerator filter release. Even took the time to explain the DIY way were it to happen again and cleaned condenser just because he was there.... and charged only the trip fee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic customer service! I called on Monday, thinking I might get a repairman out by mid week due to my work schedule, but they squeezed me in that afternoon and immediately ordered the part needed to fix my dryer. Great Service! Larry was awesome! Our washer was broken. I called Tuesday afternoon to schedule a service call. Larry called me 1st thing Wednesday morning to let me know he would be out that day. This company was sent through our home warranty company. The receptionist was very rude and could care less about anyone but herself which gives the business a very bad image. She scheduled days over the 48 hour window required by the warranty company. When someone came right at lunch time we stated we would return within 5 minutes,as we were in the middle of running a quick errand, but our cameras show they immediately left after a call to most likely the rude office lady. When we called to inquire she wanted to schedule days later but couldn’t give us an exact date because she had no available calendar. Needless to say we notified our warranty company and requested that they no longer use this company with extremely poor customer service.

Larry came out today and replaced the computer board in my GE fridge. Had me back up and running the same day for a fraction of the cost of getting a new fridge. Very professional and knowledgeable and same day service! Will use them for all my appliance repairs!

Thought I needed a fuse for my dryer so called this place to see if they could help me identify the part needed. Turned out it was actually the door switch! Not only did they help me troubleshoot it over the phone, he even gave me secret on how to bypass the door switch! Instead of telling me to schedule a technician out for repair hew went the extra mile to save me money and pretty much helped me fix it for free! AND to top it off, it wasnear closing when I called yet he still went out of his way to go the extra mile for me even tho it meant he potentially lost a repair order! We had a ice maker and water supply give out on our refrigerator .Called All Pro and Brian was here first thing to replace and repair . We have used him before and would highly recommend if you need appliance help.

I own a home,located near the North Siesta Key bridge. After a call from my tenant about the 1-1/2 yr old dishwasher not draining, I called several repair business in the area. They were either not helpful or too expensive. All Pro came up in the search and after reading the reviews,I figured that I would be out of their service area. Brian answered and confirmed it was a bit out of their zone,but he hung in there and Larry(another tech) just happen to know the location and had another call close by.I cant thank them enough for their quick response and much more reasonable price. This should be your FIRST call. Dont think about it, you dont need anymore research. I spent 6 months looking at forums and you tube videos replacing parts in my refrigerator trying to save a buck. I called two other guys who told me it was something else, after I replaced something else I found out it was something else that Larry figured out in 30 seconds. Larry has over 30 years experience and nothing will ever replace that. I wish I had called ALL Pro first, I will next time! I am somewhat mechanical and somewhat frugal. I wont hesitate to call them first next time.

I was having problems with my washer. After making an appointment with another repair service in town whom scheduled me for Monday. I decided to call around for the best quotes , etc. As well as I wanted someone TODAY not next week. In my research Appliance Repair was the best choice I could make as far as the initial service call price. So I called the number and Brian who has been mentioned in most of the reviews here answered promptly. How great is that to actually get the repair man on the first call. I explained the issue as well as I wanted someone today. He asked for the make.. etc... Brian informed me he would be at my house in 30-40 minutes. And that he upheld !!! Amazing ...eh?! It gets better. After 20 seconds of bonding with my washer... he informed me of the problem, price, and even had the parts with him. No waiting for days for him to order... then come back. After all I had some washing to do. The price was unbelievable. Brian is a down to earth straight forward professional repair man. Obviously the price depends on what the problem is, the difficulty and location. I feel Brian was more than fair.I will never use anyone else in town even if I have to wait like the other repair places wanted me to do. I called All Pro from my home in NY to inquire about a repair at my condo. I told them that I would be arriving on Sunday and they said to call and schedule a visit Monday morning. Just used All Pro Appliance Repair and am extremely satisfied. I am a part time resident and had a problem with my washing machine the last time down. Happened on the last day of my stay. I called All Pro and discussed the issue with Brian. I gave him the code to my door and told him to call me once he had it diagnosed since I am 1000 miles away. He called to tell me it was a simple fix and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He could have easily said it was a bad part that he had to replace and charged me for the part and the call. Very unprofessional. The owner got offended when I informed him that the ice maker was not working properly after he had worked on the refrigerator. Claimed he didnt have anything to do with it. He would not evve finish fixing the appliance, packed up his tools and stormed out like a CHILD. Find a professional!

We (Bradenton Veterinary Hospital) are very pleased with All Pros service. We have often dealt with Sears who cannot come out for a week. Sears arrives without parts, which take a week to order. Then you have to call for another appointment, which will be in 4 or 5 days. In all it takes Sears two and a half weeks. All Pro was at our business within two hours of my phone call. They brought the part our refrigerator needed and fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing!

Fantastic same day service! I had been working with another Appliance Repair service for almost a month before reading their reviews here and realizing Id been caught up in a scam. It was the 3rd time I had to block out my patient schedule to meet this subpar tech - only to hear he needed another part. That is almost a month with out a washing machine! I called AllPro and the kind lady on the phone listened to my situation and I received a call from the technician, Alex, within 30min. He agreed to come out that same day! He looked at my machine, asked questions and LISTENED to what I had noticed from the start of the problems. He immediately had an idea of what the problem was and sure enough...he also knew that the problem would require complete dismantling of the machine and stated that I would be better off with a new machine. Thank you for your honesty and for not wasting any more of my precious time beating a dead horse AND scamming me and my warranty company! TOP NOTCH HONEST SERVICE. My Splendide washer stopped working. They checked the part price and it was expensive. So, Bryon came over again to verify the problem, gave the machine a tap and surprise! The washer started right up. I paid for the service call. But, they saved me almost $400 - so long as it keeps running. This is a honest outfit!

I had a terrible experience with this company. For three weeks I went back and forth and heard excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t finish the job. After crumbling the entire time the repair person was at my house, not to mention his argumentative nature on the phone, he stated I needed a new part for my dryer which was delivered in three days. They never finished the job and I had someone out there the following day and the job was done.

Fast same day service at very fair price!!! Broken drawer dishwasher many people shy away he fixed it no problem.
