They had the largest selection of any pressure washing store I had been to. The staff was great and provided extensive information on different equipment, its functionality and price. One of the owners TJ spoke with me personally for over 30 minutes providing me with great info and Bill at the front desk offered to tell local company’s I’m looking for employment.

Jared provided the absolute best customer service, Ive literally ever experienced. He was communicative, and worked with urgency and intention. There was a bolt not completeIy tightened on the gear drive, but you should probably check everything you get anyway. That aside, I will probably never buy another PW from another vendor again.

I took my pressure washer there to get service..telling them everything that I wanted done...they wrote up the order which was what I wanted..I Left it for a few days...was happy to hear it was finished !!Drove after work...working all day took me 35 min drive and paid almost double of what they originally said when I got home to check everything...nothing was done and they put some 3.00 plugs and bolts which I could of put on myself for 1/3 of the cost!!!NO OIL CHANGE,NO FILTER CHANCE...WHICH I NEEDED THE MOST!!GUYS IF GOING TO GET SERVICE ON YOUR PRESSURE MACHINE DON’T!!!THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED I THOUGHT I FOUND A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY PLACE!! I needed a certain hose reel. I contacted another company, long story short the other company ended up having to refund my money back for the hose reel. I then contacted Manatees and was informed that not only did they have the reel in stock, but they would match to price of the other company!
