We had an issue with an on-going ant problem so we called in and talked with the new GM Chris, and i was telling him of all the issues we have been having and not once did i get put on hold or anything he said we will get you taken care of Chris and the service manager Chuck traveled out of there way to fit me in thank god they told me that my ant problem was now their problem!it was so good to feel like i was worth dropping everything and for them to come out and take care of the ants!!!!now Im on day 3 and not seeing any ants !!!!!I also called in to update my account phone number and the office manager was so helpful and niceall I can say is it is so nice to feel valued it seems that the office is under a new direction and must say its nice to see!!

Theyre OK. We still have roaches despite their guarantees...(but in Jesus name theyre dying and disappearing!). The last technician shouldve left us with more IDTs

They cleared up our pest problem. When I do see the occasional ants or wasp nests in-between the regularly scheduled visits I just give them a call and they come right out to take care of them.

I would not recommend Massey for lawn service. The first couple of months I had a wonderful tech Catherine and then it changed to someone else. This someone else drove up, logged in that he was at my address, preceded to finish smoking in the company truck for 15 minutes and then spent 4 minutes on my yard. Tony the service manager, promised I would get the old tech back for the next month and beyond for service but the someone else showed up again and I wouldnt let him treat my yard. This company has techs who dont care and it shows. Beware.10/2020 Never heard from their Regional Manager. Now with a better company.

NOT a Lawn Care Service! First schedule appointment - no show. Walked the lawn on 2nd appointment. We agreed to their service and the rep didnt put in paperwork. From that point forward, if we didnt call, you never knew if they would show up. Finally scheduled the first visit and they didnt bring enough chemicals? Didnt they just walk our lawn? All I heard for 3 months was excuses. They are plenty that do this and are motivated for you business - use them, not Massey for lawn. If I were them, id keep my pest control and divest their lawn service. I think Google needs to offer a 0 start review - they earned it.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. They over promise and under deliver. The salesman promised that the tech would be out to put the first lawn application on within 5 days. It never happened. We gave them an additional 3 business days and it still never happened. In the mean time they had taken the automatic payment out of my checking account.The lack of follow through on their commitments led me to cancel the service immediately. That was almost a month ago with now 5 follow up phone calls to get my money returned. My wife and I keep getting told it wasnt me and Ill have someone call you back. I dont care who does it and I dont want to talk to anyone with the Massey organization. What I would like is someone to take responsibility for their behavior and return my money - which they have had for almost 6 weeks - when they were very prompt on taking the payment out of my account.

Beware! These people are 100 unmotivated to earn your business, take advantage of the fact that termite services are essential and somebody is going to end up needing their services, wait FOREVER, call their office in Bradenton to follow up on why you have not gotten a courtesy call and get yelled at by a nasty person there called Lisa. I have been waiting days for them to send me a quote OVER EMAIL, the service tech wont even take 5 seconds to reply to my text messages. Really, this is more of a disservice than a service, IM OUT!You have been warned!We have decided to go with TOTAL CONTROL who are professional, come to your residence when they say they are going to, responsible and dependable, feel comfortable doing business with somebody that takes a second to treat you in a professional manner and fulfills their part.

Outstanding service start to finish.I used them for pest service at my work and when they came out to treat they noticed that there was a problem with our irrigation system. I had been asking my landscaper about it and he kept making excuses. They took initiative to point out a potential problem and had their office set up someone to come out to look at right away. Great follow through, prompt service and extremely professional. Highly recommend. Thank you John Laughner and Judd Cressey for a great experience and you have a loyal customer .

We have had bug tech Ross for 3 years. He is excellent! Polite, courteous, arrives within 2 hour timeframe, knocks down any spider webs from lanai, and gives us suggestions re keeping shrubs or trees from touching house. Highly recommend Ross!

I signed month to month lawn care contract with Massey in Sarasota about 6 months ago. The local manager is knowledgeable and competent but not so much the lawn service techs. The first one had experience but a bad attitude. The second had no prior experience and left after a few months. Then the prior one returned. The service schedule seemed to be erratic resulting in my calling them several times. They also were at the high end regarding cost. Overall I would not recommend them for lawn care.

I recently had a very good experience at my home with the inspector Grayson Elder and later with the termite technician, Sean Dolan on a very small localized problem in one very small cupboard in my kitchen. they were both very courteous, efficient and effective in successfully treating this small but very important problem. Great job guys!

Called 2 days ago for Free Termite Inspection. Set up appointment “AT THEIR CONVENIENCE SCHEDULE” for today 3/1/18 @ 1 p.m. . At 2:10 NO SHOW, NO CALL . Called them asked where he was and she said he’s at another house and we’re next. NOT how this was set up by them . They can’t make on their scheduled appointments , how can you trust them to do any kind of work? Surely doesn’t deserve a One Star but Google forces it at least.

Worst exterminating company Ive ever encountered. Employee was unmotivated to do anything to get rid of wasps in eve of roof. Gave story that they are docile. I am highly allergic to all insect stings. He would not get on a ladder and look for nest. Thank goodness the landlord is paying not me but I will be informing the property manager of sub par service. KELLER PEST CONTROL IS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. I’ve had them for 5 plus years and within the last 2 years they have become increasingly worse. I have asked numerous times to schedule the service however they never do. They show up, don’t treat my interior and then expect me to pay. I refused to pay a bill un. They said they would schedule my visit and then call to tell me they’ll be there at 12-1 when it was suppose to be after 3:30 pm. It’s not the technicians fault, it’s obviously he office staff and upper management. I’m honestly going to give Massey another try just bc I’ve been with them for 5 plus years. And the only reason I’m going that is because of Louis the technician. He handled the situation with grace and we worked something out for by next time he’s here.

They do not honor their warrant. When I had this service, I was told that they would treat each quarter and if anything went wrong during the three month, they would come to treat again. I had four services and then I cancelled the future service because I was moving to a new house soon. But 2 months after the last treatment I got ants again. I called Massey, they said since I cancelled the future service, they would not honor the warranty any more. You may say that I could simply cancel on the last day of 3 months. It will not work because they require you to cancel one month before.I actually was trying to call and let them retreat my old house one more time and then start a new service for my new house. Now I used a different company because of the dishonesty.

Their employee reports back to my management office that my boyfriend was always there whenever they came to exterminate for their roaches which Im having a HUGE ISSUE with.Next day I got a 3 day eviction notice stating I have an illegal tenant residing with me.What business is it of theirs. Tell your employees to spray and mind their DAMM BUSINESS. I pay my rent and can have whomever I please there. Thats so unprofessional. I called the office to complain and was told I needed to contact my management office. The office manager at Massey wasnt HELPFUL AT ALL. My issue was with YOUR EMPLOYEE not my management.

Mike, the Massey Pest Prevention technician, arrived at 3:58 pm on 8/14/18. I had an appointment at a neighbors home at 4:00 and met the tech in the driveway. I told him I found three large red ants around the laundry room in the past week. I explained that a Massey tech came out last year and found an ant infestation along the retaining wall on our property. I asked Mike to check the wall and also treat any ant mounds. I told him I had to leave and to let my husband know when he was done. I returned home about 20 minutes later and Mike was in his truck doing paperwork. We went into the house and he told me that he treated the exterior with bait, which he said should take care of any ants. He also said that he had sprayed the crevices and cracks (baseboards) of the interior of my house. I was furious when I heard this information. At no time did I ask him to treat the interior of my house with a pesticide. I asked him why he thought he had permission to spray in the house. He said, Nobody told me not to. I asked him what chemical he used as there was nothing on his report that indicated he treated anywhere inside the house. He said he used Arilon. I looked it up in the computer while he was talking and found that Arilon is a Category 4 pesticide for exterior use only. Furthermore, it causes damage if inhaled and to organs. When I told him this, he said it comes in a packet and is diluted in water and that theyve been using it in homes with no problems. I would never have allowed this product to be sprayed in my home. I told him that I did not tell him to treat inside my home. I asked him to make sure to note on our account to never spray inside. I asked him to write on his report exactly what he had used and what he did and then he left. I then asked my husband if he let Mike into the house. He said he had been in the master bedroom and came out and found Mike in the laundry room, which is off the garage. He said he never heard a knock and that he thought I let Mike into the house to spray. So, Mike came into the house through the open garage without being invited and proceeded to spray a pesticide in our home without even asking us if he could do so. I would have expected a well trained tech to knock and wait to be invited to enter, explain what he planned to do, and answer any questions before proceeding. Had that happened, he would have been stopped from spraying. In my opinion, Mikes actions were unprofessional and totally inappropriate. I called the company to speak with his supervisor and was told he was on leave but that a regional person was due in the office shortly. That person called the next afternoon while I was out. He told my husband he would call back the next day. He never called back. So much for customer service! Needless to say, we have cancelled our account with Massey.

Set up an appointment and spoke with customer service and gave me schedule, took half day off and nobody showed up. When I call customer service and directed to local branch said they don’t know anything about it and don’t have it in the schedule. Wasted my time with this company!
