I just wanted to say thank you for having such great customer service AND amazing preventative pest control. I had the same bug buy spraying my house that I did when I was 5. When he finally retired, I was devastated and went with the company who bought him out. They were awful! Your company was referred and I couldnt be happier. Justin is always right on time. He is kind and thorough. He has the code to our house and doesnt mind our yappy dog. The dog even had an accident today while Justin was there and he cleaned it up for us. Companies can either make it a smooth process or a vexing ordeal. Sometimes you even have to go through several before you find one you actually want to remain a loyal customer to. That wasnt the case with Sherman Pest Control.I commend Alex; for he couldnt have made it an easier process. Hes a nice and knowledgable guy who cares about the company and his customers! He approaches the work professionally and finishes the job thoroughly. I had noticed an issue with termites while he was on vacation and still, he responded quickly and straight forward— asking for photos and referring me to 2 excellent companies for fumigation.He is both my home and works routine bug guy.
