Jumpy king was amazing! Staff was very friendly, and professional! Arrived on time and were very efficient! The quality of the water slide we got was top notch, safe and sparkling clean! It was great for kids and us kids at heart 😉 Everyone had a blast. Thank you so much Jumpy King for giving our family a day we will never forget, celebrating something very special to us.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Website was easy to use - I called and spoke to Jim before I placed my order to make sure I didn’t need to order anything additional, he was knowledgeable & efficient. Called me a few days prior to our event to confirm, as promised. Showed up on time. Quickly set up and had the bouncer/snow cone machine ready to go. My party was for my 4 year old daughter - attendees ages ranged from 3 to 11 and it was perfect for everyone. I let him know when he could pick it up on following day (I paid extra to keep it overnight) and he was here & finished collecting our rented items in 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - WILL USE AGAIN. I would highly recommend this company for all your bounce house needs. Ordering was easy and convenient. Also able to make your payment online which is easy for me. They called the day before to confirm order as promised. They even offered to deliver a day early. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Bounce house was in great shape and clean.
