I cannot say enough about this place! It was my first time visiting, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted like an old friend. It is clean & modern, the staff are all super friendly, and they were able to accommodate my appointment and my sister’s walk-in at the same time. Jade did a phenomenal job with my dip manicure (including help choose the perfect color!) and pedicure. She took the time to make sure it was perfect and even though she had another client arrive as she was finishing up, I never felt like she was rushing. I will definitely be back!

I was taken as a walk-in with terrible thick nails that were a mess. Mary immediately took me and did a PHENOMENAL job! My nails feel so fresh, natural, and clean. She made sure I was okay with every choice made such as length, thickness and design. Definitely going back!!

This place is seriously amazing! From the person at the front desk to the nail techs, I can’t find a single thing about this place to dislike! I had an amazing time and an amazing service here, and I am absolutely sure that this place is my new go-to from now on! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

My nails and toes look good. However, my pedicure lasted ohhh about 7 minutes and I felt I paid for service that I didnt actually receive like a 7 minute pedicure for 30 bucks. I also never gave permission to do the dip on my nails and once she started I felt bad...my fault for not speaking up to let her know I wasnt interested. I liked the nail spa better under Nams management. He took his time and was very thorough.

My friend and I got manicures and pedicures and the experience was great. Jade and Sylvia were great technicians. Prices were good. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great nails, clean establishment, and fast. Would’ve been 5 star but the price I was charged was different than the website and I had no additional services. Plain acrylic nails with just color on the website said $35, I was charged $55. Would come again, but be aware they charge more than what you’d expect.

Never get your brows waxed here. Never in my life has this happened. I got them waxed 3 days ago

Lana and Tina took care of my boyfriend and me. We both got pedicures and our eyebrows done, and needless to say, LOVED it! The place is clean, big, organized, and they are very professional. Lana went above and beyond and even spent time writing down places she suggested us to go to when we told her about our upcoming trip out of state. What a great crew! Will definitely be back.

Love flora nails! Highly recommend, they are super friendly, clean and so a wonderful job! They are also super sweet to my little girls when I bring them which is a major plus.

Not even two weeks in and my SNS dip powder nails are breaking on four nails after my second visit. Will not return as they cut me and did a terrible French pedicure on my first visit, and my nails broke quickly on my second. When I went in to have them redone, I was treated terribly and blamed for the broken SNS nails.

BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. They serve complimentary wine, very clean, professional and nice. One time I got a gel manicure and a few nails chipped in a few days. I called to see what it would cost to fix them. The owner had me come in that day and fixed them for free. I left a tip for the woman that fixed them. Highly recommend!

Finally a good nail salon!!! Trina did my nails and she was EXCELLENT. Im originally from Philly and slightly picky about my nails. Trina delivered a great service and I highly recommend her! This place is great!

The front desk associate (Zoe) was not only rude to me but also to many other customers. She also told me one price when I walked in that matched the price on their website. After she (Zoe) told me the price and it was above what she had originally told me and no additional services were preformed. My nail tech was great but the front associate (Zoe) made the experience awful and I was charged the wrong price. When i asked why the price was different she told me their website and pamphlet were wrong. She was disrespectful and crumbled the receipt in-front of me. I would not recommend going though the hassle of dealing with her !! 5 stars nails is right down the road the the service is great!

This was THE BEST service I have ever received complimentary, water, soda or wine. The receptionist helped me pick my colors that were multicolored for Spring. The salon is HUGE! I highly recommend the Hydrate Pedicure .. I normally never upgrade but it was heavenly!! Totally wowed! 💯

Every time I go to this salon, I have an amazing experience. Everyone there is so kind and friendly! I especially love Trina and Tina ! Jade is by far the best nail technician I have come across yet, she’s extremely conscientious and does the best job. Trina is amazing as well. Flora nail salon is definitely one of the best around. Super clean/sterile environment with friendly staff. You also get discounts and points for your continued services as a customer which is nice!

Trina is by far the best tech Ive ever had! She is professional and shapes to perfection, and is a creative nail goddess lol. After finding this gem I wouldnt even think of allowing anyone else to do my nails. The salon is beautiful and the rest of the staff are great too, but Trina is my go to nail professional!

Trina was excellent! Finally found a nail salon I really enjoy after looking for two months! I will be coming back on a regular basis. I got a excellent pedicure that was very relaxing. Had my first pedicure here with Trina, it was the best pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable and thorough, gave me a nice long massage! The place is brand new, everything was super clean and it’s big enough that they are able to space people out. Great selection of OPI colors. And they are open on Sundays! I will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to Flora nail spa. I needed a full set done and requested Trina after reading so many positive reviews about her. I was not disappointed! Trina was amazing. She did an incredible job on my nails. She is not only personable and incredibly talented at what she does, but also one of the funniest people I’ve met. She had me laughing all the way out the door. So happy with every experience at Flora Nails! Their facility is very clean, which is extremely important, especially during this crazy pandemic. Everyone that I have encountered is so nice. Trina has been my girl since I started going there bc she was highly recommend by a good friend, but I just recently experienced a different nail tech when I walked in for a last minute appointment, and she was just as wonderful. I have brought my children in for services, as well as my hubby for pedicures. I will not go anywhere else!

My experience here was not good. The nail tech rushed through the services, and was very sloppy. The “massage” on the pedicure was terrible, all she did was rub the lotion around, there was no pressure at all, and the water was cold. She also put my shoes on while my feet were still wet. Then on to the manicure... very rough. My hands only soaked for a minute and she didn’t use any cuticle softener so it was painful. Also it was hot in the Salon, and the music was very low so it was uncomfortably quiet. The salon is spacious and clean but the service needs some improvement.

Wonderful nail salon. Everything is new. Technicians are so nice. Owners are very conscientious. They do beautiful work. Tons of wonderful massaging pedicure chairs. Ive enjoyed awesome pedicures and powder dip manicures there. Always offered a glass of wine for a relaxing experience.

I went to flora before the virus hit and gave it a 5 but today I thought I’d check it out to see if I felt safe in there to get my nails done and the receptionist and many of the people customers and workers were not wearing masks. Receptionist said “we don’t have to” well that is not where I want to go when this virus is nowhere near over. I’ll find a responsible nail spa

Our first time here for my daughter she got her nails done less than a week ago at another salon and they quality wasnt up to par. So we came here and it was a great experience her nails were done exaclty how she asked and you can see the difference in quality from iur las experience!

The first time I ever went to the salon I got the dip powder and within a week they were all off. The second time I went was on thursday 10/15 and I got the acrylic and I wanted matte. Well today 10/19 two nails broke off and the nail tech didn’t even do matte color when I went in. Let’s just say I won’t be going back.

So. The customer service is great and the guy that did my nails was sweet but my nails were pretty bad. For starters I wanted a long coffin shape pink and white ombré. The ombré turned out so spotty, uneven, and messy that I had to choose a color to paint over them. I told him about my concern for the thickness of the powder and he assured me that the thickness would be filed down. My nails are so thick and have weird uneven flat spots. I’m really disappointed in this set that I’m going to a whole new place to have them fixed. I won’t be returning here. I’m sad because they live so closely. But beware of their new techs!
