This is unfortunately the only shop station in the area which is tough but the staff is nice which helps.

Shipped an envelope from Canada to Sarasota Fl. FedEx priority overnight. It arrived at Bradenton Fl next day where it has been sitting for 6 days now with no explanation or indication when it will be cleared for delivery. Paid a premium for service I never got and no offer to efund any portion of my money.A TOTAL RIPOFF.I suggest going elsewhere.

I went into fed ex to ship an item the lady was very helpful and patience, I dont remember her name but she lives out in Myakka City if that helps, I wish everyone would greet and make customers as comfortable as she did. Thank you!

I really like fedex its a lot cheaper than the post office. When I go in the cashier/ teller is always friendly. My packages always arrive safely to there destination on time and had no problems with delivery.

They are always friendly and professional and I have never had a problem with their service. They do their best to get me the fastest shipping with the best price and my packages are never damaged in anyway.

Fedex never delivered my parts today .i did call customer services on fedex all day long . they say first at 930 am and then at 10 amlater they say at 12 noon and never happened .and then the last person says delivery should be before 8 pm today it never happens.and finally update the delivery to attempt to deliver and they will try tomorrow. I was here at front of my office waiting and they never came hereI also have my cameras recording all , and nothing . i complained to fedex and tried to find what to do .and nothing until tomorrow maybe about 10 30 am . We lost a lot of money because thiscompany (Fedex ).

I went in on a Sunday and the manager was working solo and despite seeming to be busy she was quite helpful, pleasant, and got me in and out. I remember being thinking how easy the experience was to ship my unboxed device to California.I give 4 stars because despite this particular center being cool and really helpful, this package was crazy delayed from a weather even on the west coast but it took forever to figure out where the package was, how long till it reached its destination, etc. That part was a headache but the shipping center was ace.

Had all the boxes and the sales clerk was efficient.

Employee/Manager (I think his name is Tom) went out of his way to give me recommendations for my resume that I needed to print. He really showed he cared and takes pride in his position with the company. Just for the customer service and my experience, I will now continue to use this location.

They claim they made a delivery attempt but I’ve been home all morning they didn’t come, & they usually leave a door tag to let someone know they came no door tag was left so that’s how I know they’re lying also, now I have to go all the way to them to get my package I like ups better

The lady at the counter was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. The center doesnt seem to get too busy although I did have to wait for the customer in front of me for a couple of minutes.

Firstly, you CAN NOT call this place, you have to just show up and hope for the best. I paid for 3 day shipping on a Monday. Tuesday the item is processed and picked up. Day 1: Wednesday Day 2: Thursday Day 3: Friday 7 a.m. package is sorted at Bradenton facility and listed as Delivery Exception and will not be delivered until the following Monday because some incompetent person labeled my package as 5-7 day shipping but had no problem with charging me the extra money for the 3 day price. Also they listed delivery not attempted due to FedEx Business being closed. Its a Friday, its not a holiday. They are open. My neighbor got a package today. Done with FedEx. UPS doesnt have these problems.

Terrible. No way to contact these people other than to walk in. Lady called and said they had the wrong address and asked if they could hold it there and I informed her that our regular location was the other one in bradenton near the AT&T store. She told me she could have the package sent there for me to pick up later this afternoon. Now I have to wait until after 4:30 PM the following day to even pick it up. If I had known this I would have just told her to hold it there. I needed this package here yesterday. I have people waiting on this shipment. I didnt know it takes over 24 hours to move a package less than 3 miles away. Customer service line is poor. Other location couldnt do anything about it and just gave me the run-around. Poor poor service. Terrible experience.

Ive been to this location on a number of occasions and have always had good service. Right now, Im standing in line behind one of the ugliest people Ive ever seen (shes very condescending, and has a very haughty voice) if I was the clerk Id toss her out. The clerk here however is very friendly, helpful, and informative, despite her condescending tone and words. This place deserves commendation.

Poor customer service. Walked in grabbed envelope already had my sending slip printed. Waited in lobby for 5 minutes heard people talking on other side of door and then watched ppl walk back and forth. Knocked on door and then a mans voice said Dee there is a man waiting. She yelled one minute and proceeded to finish her personal story. He then said again there is a gentleman waiting. A couple of minutes later she had emerged and processed my order as if i was a bother. You are at work and work customer service, not story telling while customers wait.Not even a sorry for the wait or anything. Will use UPS next time.

Not happy with this place at all. My college ring checked in at the location at 8:00 AM Saturday morning. I called Monday around 3:00 PM to ask why my ring wasnt delivered and they told me it wouldnt start moving until Wednesday. Why is it necessary for my $500 ring to just be sitting there four days?! Got in my car and drove across town to get it, because clearly when you want things done you have to take care of it yourself. Very annoying on their part! Although the guy working the desk was very nice in getting my ring for me at the store without any problems.

This is the worst Fed Ex Center in the USA.They are impossible to contact( no direct number) and their carriers do not consider times when delivering packages nor do they even care when you may be home.I have been dealing with them for a couple of years and always with the same unsatisfactory results. DO NOT USE Fed Ex if your packages come through this location. You will only get them if you are lucky.How they can stay open is beyond me. They get an F minus. I have since found out that the facility delivers packages at their pleasure and will not honor any special times as advertised on all Fed Ex web sites. Bad, bad, bad.

Got a package that was destroyed and one that was ripped open. The manager was supposed to call me probably about six months ago-never did. Thats ok, run your business into the ground one person at a time.Update 11/16/17-no knock on the door. Nothing. But you can get out to leave a sticker on my door about a package needing a signature.Then again, I should have expected it, you all destroyed one package and ripped the other open and I never heard back from management.Sooo thanks guys! I’ll hang out in my driveway tomorrow, pretending I have nothing better to do with my life than sit and wait for someone who clearly hates their job, that way you won’t have to hurt your knuckles by knocking on an evil door.
