I took an aquamarine ring to be repaired. Was disappointed with the result. The repair does not blend with the rest of the ring. I was very embarrassed when the owner stated loudly, so other customers could hear, how these people have been coming here for years and are always very satisfied. To their credit, they did offer to repair again and did not charge me for the repair. I declined the offer. Unfortunately, I did not notice until that evening that my stone has a significant chip out of it, adjacent to the repair that was not there before. The underside of the stone is also chipped. I do understand that it can be challenging to repair someone elses work. However, I would not recommend this store for any repairs.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I got three watch batteries replaced for $6 each, and she walked me through how to do it, including what to do and what not to do to not damage my watch in the future if I ever wanted to do it myself. Ill will be returning to and would recommend Natalies!

Great jewelry for good prices and great service

Small place with normally great service but, the race smells like an ashtray and they have more excuses about any and everything. If they are so busy its called hire someone. I also dont like Jesus written all over the place. Unless he is in the store helping his name doesnt need to be all over.

We took in a pile of jewelry a few years ago. It was cleaned & assistance was given on whether a piece was costume or real. We kept some & sold some & had pearls restrung also. They are knowledgeable & helpful!
