Awesome company they put full afford in finding a good job for you. They got me a very good high paying job. I been trough all the other staffing companies in Bradenton. I can sincerely say Elite Staffing is the best of the best.

My husband has worked 6 12 hour shifts and recieved $171 dollars in pay! This is not the first occurrence and he cannot get straight answers on the phone! This is the worse employment agency that Ive ever seen. I do not advice anyone to accept employment from these thieves and will be contacting the labor board to report this great disservice to hardworking honest American people!!!

The reason why I am giving this staffing agency a low rating is for the simple fact of terrible communication. After doing one assignment with one of their companies I worked for directly they said I could resign since they mentioned it would be pointless to continue training after letting them know I have a permanent job than a tempt to hire one. Then after applying for another job I applied for with these guys. They sent an email to me to come to the office. Sure enough, after I arrived, they then mislabeled me for walking out on the job after I contacted them over the phone about letting me know I resigned and touched base after I told them. Which they said it is fine and come back when you are ready for a new job. I also did not like how they gave me the address/location to be late for the interview before getting the job. A shame for a first impression for yourself when showing you need work. Talk about terrible disorganization skills while these guys still have their jobs. I have no problem being unable to continue if they do not give you the right direction to keep even a temporary job established with their poor management and guiding skills. Talk about being “elite” on their part.

PAY ME MY MONEY!!!!!This company did not pay for the hours I worked. They tell lies about when youll get paid, and refuse to answer calls when you follow up. Sheri Biondi with Elite will leave you in debt with your bills. Don;t work here unless youre planning on struggling in the near future to get paid.

When I very first started with this company I enjoyed it.... but after working for two weeks I started to have problems, they were unresponsive to my messages, I would not get paid on time, when I did get paid on time I would not get all of my hours that I worked.. I noticed they like to put the blame of the companies lack of organization on you and claim you “misunderstood” whatever the problem may be. They do NOT go to bat for you and they do not care if you have problems. The lady that clearly had some work done on her face will pretend she’s concerned and cares about your issues but is lazy and treats it as if the issue will fix itself if you just wait it out.Try Adecco Staffing Agency instead.

I went here to have an interview for a possible job and other possible job opportunities if the one I wanted didnt work out. Kortnie was the one I had an interview with and she said she would contact me back. Its been about two weeks and I have had zero communication after calling the office multiple times and her cell to see whats going on or what opportunities are available for me. The whole business should be about communication and they have zero, I recommend to not come here even as a last option

Management is accessible and salaries are competitive, they also really care about their staff, which is hard to find with most employers these days.Thanks for everything and please continue doing a great job.
