Great job fixing my a11 Samsung thank you Jay

I brought my phone in to have the front screen replaced when I went to pick up my phone they told me not to take the case off for 3 days because the glue wasnt done drying. I allowed 3 days to pass and when I took my case off I noticed electric tape on the back of my phone and over my stylus. I removed the electrical tape to find that the back of my phone was shattered in the place where the electrical tape had been placed right over the cameras. They also lost the magnet out of the phone which kept the stylus in place so the stylus just basically fell out once I took the electrical tape off. I allowed them to make their mistake right as I found this very deceptive business practice. The owner took my call and was nice and I went ahead and brought my phone back in however as soon as I got it home the back that they replaced started peeling up. I called up and let them know what was going on with the phone and they said well we just need to put the better adhesive on it. Well why didnt you put the very best adhesive you could on it? I will not return to this place of business if it were the last cell phone repair shop on the planet.

Amazing service. The young man with curly hair was beyond professional. My husbands phone was having charging issues and he cleaned it out for FREE. Now it works without issues. Truly a wonderful kind person. Will definitely come back when I need my phone services.

I brought my phone in there just to get the back fixed JUST THE BACK!! and they give it back to me with the back glass still coming up flash light broken speaker phone and wireless charging so I brought it back to let them fix there mistake they make they only fixed my flash and the wireless charging like where is my speaker phone and my new led screen poor quality and not personal at all if some can please give me the owner of the store in for information that will be great

I cannot let my recent experience with the owner pass by without comment. Mike is one of the most accommodating professionals I have ever encountered in his field. My screen was functional, but dimming for no apparent reason. We decided to take a chance and change the screen to see if that helped the problem. The screen had to be ordered but when it came in I was called and it was installed in about 1 hour +/- . The screen was brighter but not as bright as an identical phone in my possession. The owner said that he did not feel he fixed the problem and the effort was free. I offered to pay for his time as well as the new screen which was now installed on my phone. He declined both offers. This is a true professional who takes pride in his work. His professional ethic is rare in this day and age. I recommend his firm without reservation.2/16/21 - So 4 weeks later and the replacement screen started to act strange. It seemed to think that I was pushing icons on it when I didnt. It had a mind of its own. So, Phone Physician ordered a new phone (My model but refurbished) and installed by mother board into it. The result, working perfectly. The cost for all the back forth and time invested only $30.00. Based upon my personal experience, these guys (Mike & Jay) are true professionals who just want to MAKE THINGS RIGHT for their clients. They are truly ethical and accommodating people . Recently, they even helped me transfer photos from an old, obsolete phone to a SD card so the photos can be accessed by my laptop. They did this without charge for the time invested. They seem to just be truly interested in building relationships and a client base. I have never found any company which offers their services to be as accommodating.

At first, I had a great experience with the folks at Phone Physician. They fixed a cracked screen on my sons ipad in December with no issues, though it took a week for the repair. Unfortunately, my son dropped his ipad just once in early January and the screen shattered again. I returned to Phone Physicians a second time and asked them to replace the screen just like the first time. Upon picking up the ipad, i immediately noticed an issue with the home button. It was loose and moving around under the glass. In addition, there was a notification indicating that the touch screen did not work. I immediately brought it back to Phone Physician and the tech said he would have the guy that did the repair take a look at the home button issue for me. I returned later that day after receiving a call wherein he said it was ready. When I arrived at the store, the home button was still in the same condition and the touch bad still was defective. I was told by the tech that I should call Apple and they would fix the issue. (this was a lie). He pawned me off by offering me a protective glass cover and cheap phone case for my iphone. After having the ipad home for a couple of weeks, my son kept complaining about the screen not responding to his touch, and this was confirmed by me trying to enter passwords several times for him. Then, one afternoon, the home button slid completely under the glass and was inoperable. I returned to Phone Physician (less than 2 weeks after the second repair) and they took it back to fix it. I received a telephone call later that day when I again brought up the touch pad not working and the tech that called said it was a motherboard issue and he couldnt fix it. This immediately made me angry because the only issue that the ipad ever had was broken glass. After speaking with the tech about not buying his BS motherboard excuse, the owner, Jay, text me and said that the issue could be a faulty screen and he would replace the screen (yet again) and it would take about a week. I picked up my sons ipad on Sunday and the ipad was in deplorable condition. Not only did Phone Physicians cause permanent damage to the touch pad of the ipad, but there was dust trapped UNDER the screen (see photo), there was a crack in the glass under the home button AND the actual screen was not even glued down to the ipad!! (see photo). When I notified the tech that this was unacceptable, he told me that Jay would be in the next day and that a manager would be calling me. Not only did a manager never call me, but Jay blocked my contact so that I couldnt call him.WORD TO THE WISE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TECHNOLOGY AT ALL - DO NOT TAKE IT TO THESE PEOPLE FOR REPAIR. My 2017 5th Generation iPad is now worthless. Apple wont repair it at all and this company doesnt have the common decency to call people back OR make the situation right. Photos dont lie people.As a follow up to our response..I IN NO WAY DROPPED THIS IPAD A THIRD TIME. YOUR TECHNICIAN BROKE THE FINGERPRINT PORTION OF THIS IPAD AND THE SCREEN WAS NOT ATTACHED AFTER REPAIR. YOU ARE UNETHICAL AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ON EVERY SINGLE PLATFORM THAT I CAN. PLEASE KNOW THAT.

I came to change the glass on my phone, and they made me return 2 more times because, due to bad work, they left the glass detached and when opening it they split it around the corners.

I was honestly skeptical at first because my iPhone was shattered front and back and also BENT. I waited about 4 days and was impatient BUT when my phone was ready for pick up I couldn’t believe the fix, the wait was worth it. You can tell work was done to it but nothing too off! Everything was able to be fixed except the home button, but they were able to make solution for that. With a case it looks practically new. I would definitely recommend Phone Physician! Very affordable also!

Improperly installed front and back glass on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Phone now randomly shuts down. Back glass is not flush anymore and the cover over the flash is missing.

This place is like the Hilton of phone repairs. Great people work here, repairs are quick and it’s not expensive at all. I have an older LG phone and these guys ordered the parts for me to do the repair. All the other shops I went to didn’t even offer that. DO NOT GO THERE !!! This guys replaced my broken glass of my iPhone 10x max and used inferior parts.. now my battery life is terrible and phone is screwed up... they’re customer service is awful ... I told them I would write a bad review and call my credit card company and they said “ do what you have to do “ !!! To answer the owner I called 1 time ... he is a liar !!!! Yes I was upset but he could have diffused the situation easily and chose not to ..BAD COMPANY !!!!!

What a great place! Nabeel is a great technician and the honesty is outstanding and his ability to fix my phone made it look new. He made sure the phone was not only working, he also made me feel very safe with my phone as our phones have private information. The screen they put on my iPhone had my battery and screen not working properly. My phone kept turning off randomly. I took it to apple to see what was going on and they explained to me that all my Screws to remove my screen were scripped into my phone So there was no way for them to remove my screen. I had to buy a whole new phone. Don’t waist your time here if you don’t wanna end up having to buy a new phone.

I got my iPad fixed here about a month ago. It stopped responding to my touch so I took it back to see what was wrong. I was actually under the stores 90 day warranty and got it repaired for free. This place has honest and good people. Ask for Dean. Hes respectable and keeps the place fun to be in.
