If I could give them 0 stars I would. I hired this company to help me with starting up my non-medical home care business and it was such a waste of money. We hired someone separate to do a business plan for us and we wanted some insight on fine tuning the numbers and they were never able to be reached. Business planning was on the list of items they would help us with, and when it came down to it they did not deliver.They provided the application to the state that they put together for my partner and I and there were so many corrections and the whole binder was out of order. My 5 year old could have done a better job. I had to put a stop payment on the rest of the fee, but the $8,000 spent was completely not worth it. They kept blaming COVID on their poor customer service, but there was no excuse for the terrible quality of work, lack of service, and not delivering services we signed up for. Please look at their reviews with the Better Business Bureau, and all avenues before signing up with them. It will save you a headache and hopefully keep you from sending your money down the tubes.

I had an awesome experience. They give you all the information and tools you may need to get your business up and running! You can ask as many questions as you like. Your given a manual with everything you need to succeed. They give you a contact list of every specialist you may need to help you along the way if you happen to come across a problem. They also provided a breakfast/ lunch buffet each day during our training which was very thoughtful. You also get to network with many different people whom are all on the same journey as you. John definitely gets you motivated and inspired!! Karon is hilarious and gives you great information. The training session is a little too long for my liking but overall everyone there gave me a vital piece of information to leave with.

Although at first we were assigned to different coaches and we were not informed about the changes. We were even the one calling to follow up.
