Víctor was in today at Integrative Wellness Centers to pickup our paper that needed to be shredded, and I forgot to call my boss so she can bring me her box to be shred the other office. When she call me to ask at what time Victor was coming, I reply he just left. She ask can I call and see if they will come and pick up her load. I did call the company and spoke with the sweet receptionist with I can remember her name, “by the way thank sweet lady” and explained my situation. Dropped off documents to be disposed to ShredQuick. It was fast, easy and safe. They have on-site shredding or one can take documents to their location where they will be placed in a locked bin for shredding later. Customer is in control of how they want their documents destroyed. I highly recommend them as opposed to other places that provide similar services. I had 50 boxes of documents that had been digitized and needed to be shredded. ShredQuick had the best price in my area (I called everyone, as this is not inexpensive) and the easiest, safest procedures. Unlike some companies I called, I did not have to remove anything from the files (like black binder clips, file brads, etc.). ShredQuick came to me, the driver was respectful, nice, and quick (and wore a mask). He shredded the contents of all 50 boxes onsite, and I am comfortable that the confidential information of my customers was safely handled. All I had to do was show the driver what I wanted shredded and then break down my empty boxes to go in my recycling. The only thing the company could do to make this process better would be to give the customer a longer heads up regarding when the driver will arrive (they tell you a time block the morning they are going scheduled to arrive).

We have used Shred Quick at our Company for awhile. 3 weeks ago we called, like usual, to have our bin emptied and shredded. No one showed. I called again on the next Monday, was told we were never put on the schedule, and was rescheduled for that same week with a 50% discount, which we VERY much appreciated. But, no one showed up again. I called today to reschedule again, and the same woman who never put us on the schedule in the first place answered. She was very rude and accused us of having dogs in our office and not responding to knocks on the door. 3 times I told her that was not the case and she insisted it was, and had absolutely zero customer service skills. I informed her I would call another company and we would no longer use their business. I called Shred Medic a local company, and not only can they come out today (Shredquick can never make it within the same week), but its half the price!
