Abysmal quality car washing aside, the air jets completely ripped off my back window louvre. I was essentially told “tough luck. The gentlemen on the phone was everything but helpful or accommodating of the situation. I highly recommend you get your car washed somewhere professional!

Good car wash, liked that they have an option for debit card use. Wish they had more options as far as vacuum, fragrance, shampoo wash, or the option to buy accessories to dry/ condition/ clean your car. Also have a larger vehicle and had a hard time getting around, wish the hoses were a bit longer.

The last two times I have been here, there have been breaks in the hoses and faulty performance overall. Today was my last.

It’s a self service car wash with very low price per minute. Both self-service stations buttons are sticky so when pressing the button for a 3 minute timer, the sticky buttons ring up 6-7 times charging customers for 5-6 times more than the advertised price. No one there to complain about the sticky buttons or ask for a refund. It’s been like this for at least 2 years, not accidentally.

This is one busy car wash, meaning their equipment is in good working order. I see the owners out there, keeping it safe and stocked and up to date.They replaced the rails in the auto wash side and the vacuums, are also top notched.I know this first hand as I walk my small dogs in this area.The water they use, doesnt smell, thats always a plus. Also its easy pulling in and out, off Manatee Avenue.Its a carwash you can trust, to be in a safe neighborhood, with no worries at night.As always, Annette😋

Had problems with car wash. Called the phone number on a Sunday. Owner picked up and helped me.. wow.. on a sunday.. thats awesome. And he also fixed the problem. Thanks

Love it when it works but 3 times now Ive gone through the automatic wash and it didnt work. Thats $24 down the drain.

I really dont understand why I choose this car wash itself serve thats what I want and its close I guess thats the reason but its a horrible car wash its like maintenance is never there to take care of any problem the pressure is horrible my garden hose at home has more pressure than this place its horrible they need to fix it

I would give this place a 0 if I could.On three different occasions, I visited this place just to spray the pollen off my car. The service panel clearly states the charge is $1.50. When I checked my account I noticed they took $10. I wish I had checked my account sooner, my normal full wash with free vacuum is only $10....... Serious rip off!!

I paid for a car wash but the machine was out of order. There was no indication of this before I paid for it. I’ve called and left two voicemails with no calls back. I think a refund should be issued or at least a car wash since I’ve already paid for it.....

Your typical spray it down do it yourself car wash not overly impressed not under impressed good spot to hit a quick car wash when you need it

I like the fact that you can wash your own vehicle or do the TOUCH FREE automatic option. It does a good job not great. Vaccums available as well.

Definitely a very well maintained car wash. Easy in and out, good value at $1.50 for 4 minutes. Use it mainly to rinse saltwater off of my boat and trailer.

No pressure and the soap leaks from the ceiling everywhere. Vacuum works fine and its clean

Paid 8 for a car wash that should have been $1 did not do what it said it would do did not even wash or dry the soap off of my F-150 had to hand wash it still

It keeps charging us $10 each $8 wash. Never anyone on-site to ask at the Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205 location.

It was a good experience there was an intended on-site to help me there just wasnt anything you could do their but wash and vacuum out your car a lot of places have emachines where you can get things out to Armor the inside of the car and things like that but overall it was a very good experience sincerely David schueneman

No soap & NO WAX twice!!!!! Not sure if the drive thru is broken?I paid $8.00 for water & a tiny teaspoon of soap. TWICE ... I called about the issue, was told to go back, I did. Still no WAX or maybe little SOAP suds.I hope they fix the problem, if not, I wont go back & waste $8Sorry for the complaint, but, after 10 years living here, this car wash needs to fix what ever is wrong?Thanks & sorry to give a complaint, its $8 for a water car wash?

I see a lot of negative reviews here but I just visited and used the automatic wash and was very surprised. The $5 and $6 washes dont include the dryer, so I got the $7 wash and Im very impressed with the water pressure and the dryers. I dont know if the dryers are new but I felt like the roof of my car was going to fly off.Also, if you are getting charged $10 even if you didnt spend $10 - it is completely normal for almost every self service car wash. It is an authorization charge that will change to the actual amount spent within a few business days.I would give this car wash a chance if you have avoided it based on others reviews.

Always get in and out with supreme touch less wash and wax. Any time the owner is there, he has given me freebies..very nice owner and machines are kept up daily..fast and great wash. Vacuums, supplies, and wash bays too. Takes debit, credit, makes change. Awesome! !

Well kept, never had to many issues with the bays and when I did I called the number provided and was well taken care of. Could be 5 star if the vaccum bays where upgraded, and if the hoses where a tad bit longer for those of us who have larger vehicles.

Love this place. And the man who runs it is great! Will continue to get my truck cleaned there!

Been there twice, used self serve stalls and a different one each time. Hose connections at the sprayer had a bad leak the 1st time and then today, terrible leak at the coupling for the soap brush

Sometimes the hoses leak or the trigger is half broken or the automated car wash doesnt work after I paid for it and cant get a refund. Last time I tried the place the soap wouldnt shut off when I switched to rinse so I couldnt rinse my Jeep off. They dont answer the phone and have a long, ridiculous voicemail setup.Other than that, honestly Ive probably washed my vehicles there fairly often without too much incident.Maybe I should give them 3 stars? Nah. Maybe if they give me 2 free car washes...and include those paper-but-not-paper towels. And a hug.... for my wifes poor, sad, soapy Jeep!!!!!

The debit card machine charged my card $12 when I checked my bank acct. transactions! Probably wont be able to get a refund, either. Not going back! Disappointment. The brushes are in bad shape, too.

The dryer wasnt working again. I did contact the owner to let him know. However I never heard back from him to let me know if it was working so I could go back through again.

I been at this car wash place a couple of time. No soap and no tire clean. Thought it be just that one day. Well this is going to be my last.Gave them chances cause its located near where I commute. Today, soap leaking and water for clear coat. The brush is leaking soap and water. No triple shine, just water. As right now. Why open a business if you cant maintain it?

I just left Friendly City Carwash and was extremely disappointed. I used the self wash to clean my wheels and the hose for the brush was slit and soap got ALL over the place, including me... Then I spent $8 for the best car wash that was offered and it didnt clean my car. There was still pollen and bird crap all over it. Will not go back unless I see that improvements have been made to this location. Waste of $10!

Complete rip off! The foaming wand didnt work. The wax and clearcoat made no impact. I think it was just water coming out.

I have NOTHING good to say, they were out of wax(but you have to spend money to find out), blower barely works, I think my truck came out dirtier! Had to rewash it at a different carwash!

Didnt get the dirt off, and the car was not even very dirty, just mainly dust that didnt get washed off. There is a sign that says to let them know if you are not satisfied, but no contact information and no attendant there.
